Awful service. The owner is lazy and rude. Had our car towed and handed him my id he took responsibility for losing it. I just moved from kentucky so this is ridiculous.
After Toyota Roadside Assistance completely failed me at 2am while broke down in a not great part of town, Lakewood Towing came to my rescue! Dispatch was helpful and understanding, the driver was quick to respond and put me at ease! Price was very reasonable! I'd give them 6 stars if I could!
This company picked up the truck we sold to Wheelsy. Jim (driving a Western Towing truck) kept us informed of his arrival time and was very conscientious about prepping the tow. You can tell he's mechanically skilled in securing the vehicle, concerned about safety, and provided excellent customer service.
I work long hours and come home exhausted, only to find someone parked in my spot. Despite providing proof that it’s my assigned space, this tow company refuses to tow the car. After spending 40 minutes giving them all the necessary information, I still had to park down the street with my dog and all my belongings. Extremely frustrating and disappointing service.
Nice towtruck operator but the business charged me $1,700 because they made it almost impossible to get my car out of there lockup , just bought the car and got towed before the paperwork was put in so was a nightmare
I was shopping, Got to my van and didn't realize that I had a flat tire. I'm Stressed out and full of anxiety, called around, got quotes and this was I believe my third or fourth call. And dispatch wa so friendly, she was amazing and was super sweet. She answered all the questions that I needed and more. I wish I got her name so I could give her kudos on here, but you helped me out and I thank you so much for that. She sent out somebody that literally was 20 minutes away and got there literally in 20 minutes and he did his job, which I should've got his name to. He was very kind and really helpful. Such a kind gentleman. I kick myself for not remembering his name but he did what needed to be done in such a timely matter. He really needs acknowledgment because he's busting his ass. Overall, great company. I'll be calling them in the future, if need be. They're super punctual. They answer what you need and if you're not sure what you need, they help you find out. They have great prices and that's a plus.
I had a difficult situation that put them in the middle. They were wonderful walking me through step by step. While I still had to pay, they helped me ensure that I had everything done quickly and easily.
Hey, i just got my car repoed today by this company claiming i was illegal parking at the apartment i live at. It’s odd because i lived her for almost a year and never had that situation and the lady that answered the phone never stated her name nor business. When i asked her about my car being taken she cut me off to tell me why and how much it was and it was up to 500 for illegal parking at my apartment complex .
My car recently decided to stop running at the light of a very busy intersection. Not being able to get ahold of AAA, I googled the nearest tow company which was Lakewood Towing. From the wonderful woman who answered the phone to Shane the driver, this was the best experience. They were so kind and extremely quick in coming to help me. I couldn't have asked for better service and fast. It is so intimidating to sit there not knowing what to do. They eased the situation and saved me!! Thanks so much.
It was a week ago Sunday when my car died on I-5 going North on my way home from work. I called Gene's Towing and they said no way they were too busy tonight. So I called Lakewood Towing, they said it was a busy evening but would do the best they can to get to me in less than an hour. Fifteen long minutes later Rafael Dolores called me and said he'd be there in ten minutes. He was courteous, friendly and very reassuring. He asked me where to tow it to, and I said to my place and he'd have to come back in the morning to tow to my mechanic. Because my Mechanic 's Garage has been fenced in and is locked at night because of vandals. He suggested he lock it up in the tow yard and drive it to my Mechanic first thing with no extra charge. He also offered me a water and use of the facilities while I waited for my ride and stayed with me until it arrived. He made a stressful experience the best that it could be and I am so very grateful. Thank you Rafael & Lakewood Towing, you're #1 in my book.

Russell showed up in a matter of minutes, was friendly and professional and got me and my vehicle to a repair shop quickly and safely. This is top quality service. I highly recommend these folks if you need a tow.
Car was towed by this company, Agree i was at fault, i had my reasons. when i tried to get in touch the towing operator. He seems to be rude. don’t know what exactly did made him go mad. i appreciate they are helping many people around but this rude behavior seems to be awful . Felt like he was being racist.
Hope this sends the message to the concerned team and they can look after it and no one else would feel the same away.

Amazing service! Guy is pretty incredible! Our skoolie broke down in the middle of nowhere and he definitely saved us. He kept in great communication with us and was SO kind. Our tow to Kelso was perfect. So thankful for Lakewood towing!
They brought the old fashioned tow car up in the air truck . Didn't even ask me what I needed. I needed a flat bed or my car would have gotten screwed up. I made them go back and bring a flat bed. Finally, I got one. So it all finally worked out!
I wanted to give Judi (the support staff over the call) a huge thank you for providing an amazing customer service and being exceptionally personable. While I was on the call with her translating for the individual that was in need of the actual towing, she was able to offer putting me on the priority in queue so that I would be able to connect with her again fast once I called back. She was able to walk us through all of the details with the pricing and put us with her personal favorite driver as well who was also very polite (forgot her name but Judi will know!). She quoted the estimation of wait time as an hour to give the driver a safe time not to rush the existing job she was set up with and the driver ended up coming less than 30 minutes. She is definitely a well deserved keeper with the company.
Greedy thieves these people are!!!! These people are extremely rude all they want is your money I was living in my car it was stolen and towed now they're trying to charge me over $800 which is more than worth of the car and now I am without a car homeless living on the streets with my dog so I hope these people are happy and can sleep at night knowing that they are stealing from me and causing nothing but more hardship than I already have they are charging me almost $100 a day on top of everything and I can't do anything to fix it because I am homeless
I called for a tow to the mechanic at 830am. They told me truck would be there in 90 min. I called back at 1030. She said I'm the next stop. 30 min. I called back at 1140. Traffic must be bad. I called back at 1215 and canceled. Secure towing was there by 1pm after 5 hours of waiting for lakewood towing. I will never call Lakewood towing again. They wasted my whole day
Nice people. Helped me when my car was stolen qnd recovered. VERY PRICEY! $400!! and wasn't in the yard for 10 hrs.. but they did help me get my car started and didn't have to so I appreciate the service I received. Nice guys out in the yard.
Was involved in a motorcycle accident on the narrows bridge right in front of Andrew and Joe in their Lakewood Towing truck. They stopped, helped me stand up and get to the side of the road, made sure I had some water to drink and stayed to give a statement to the troopers. The entire time they were calm and professional. This in turn helped keep me calm. This guys both went above and beyond what most "normal people" would do these days. They didn't have to stop. They didn't have to take care of me until the ambulance arrived. But they did. Says a lot about what kind of people this company hires and retains.
I would like to start by apologizing as I cannot remember the name of the gal who answered the phone!! I was temporarily put on hold as they are a pretty busy company!! When she returned to the line she thought it was somebody else & all I hear is this HUGE SIGH!!!!! And when I said "Hello?" She was very apologetic!!!! We had a great laugh over that one which was very much needed indeed on both ends of the phone!!!!!! So THANK YOU for the laugh bec knowing you have to have your car towed FROM the mechanic TO YOUR HOUSE is not entirely fun!! LOL. The receptionist was warm, friendly & a great sense of humor!!! THANK YOU AGAIN FOR THAT bec even a fraction of laughter can sure make a difference!!!!!!!
The driver was friendly, very polite & kept me posted on where he was w/my car. When he was 20min away from the repair shop, when he was leaving the shop w/my car & when he was almost to my house!!!!!! THANK YOU FOR THAT!! So my overall experience w/Lakewood Towing was just awesome!!!!!!
This place is absolutely amazing. My car broke on the side of the road, and I had to leave it to get to a business meeting. I left my keys with a friend and called this towing company. They had excellent communication and towed my car with no problems to the shop. It was super easy, considering I was several thousand miles away.
Had a fantastic interaction with Lakewood Towing this week. There were able to dispatch a truck to me within 2 hours and they made it as scheduled. Dave was great - nobody likes to have their vehicle towed, but he made it as painless as humanly possible. He did a great job getting my car out of my garage (precision required - it was tight!), up on the truck, and delivered for service quickly and professionally. Will definitely use Lakewood Towing for any future needs (although I hope there aren't any more towing needs for me!)
A had a good experience with this towing company. They charged much less than other ones I called up, and the people I spoke to were very communicative. I would've took off a star because my scheduled tow had to be delayed, but they let me know well in advance that it wouldn't work out and instantly offered an alternative pick up time.
Worst customer service of my life. I had all the proper paperwork showing my vehicle was mine,sellers report bill of sale identification and still the police were called and I was attempting to retrieve my heart medication and personal belongings.lakewood towing is a joke. So much that the police not only allowed me to retrieve my belongings but walk away and personally identify myself as who I presented myself as since the tow company didn't want to accept my documents.

Michael the driver was the best! He was friendly and professional and really knew what he was doing navigating a very difficult drop off. I will definitely call them again.

Great service. Tow truck operator Michael was very prompt, about a half hour after I called. The lady on the phone was friendly and helpful. The price point was less than the competition. It sucks to have your car breakdown, but this company was great. Strongly recommended.
Good company to do business with! Dispatch took my info etc., gave me an ETA but then when it was going to be longer, dispatch CALLED ME with status update, driver called shortly after with his en-route status and he arrived when he said he would. The driver (Eric) was very polite and personable and hustled doing his work while still being friendly and was very mindful of my car even though it was an old rusty clunker parts car! I recommend these guys and more than likely, you too will have a good experience! Thanks guys!
