Quick, friendly, and very well priced (I've had to have my car towed several places this past month and this tow was by far the best price per mile). Make sure you can use zelle or cash for payment tho!

Had issues with my car staring. Called them and they were able to quote me and show up within 20 minutes! Driver was very friendly and experienced. Was able to accommodate me by getting on the military base (which lots of other places told me they couldn’t). All at a great price!

Best towing in town. Called multiple towing companies and jimco had the best availability and price out of 7 or so towing companies I called, I also loved how responsive and quick they were to arrive to the location. Of course no one loves when their car dies and you need a tow…but these folks were amazing! I called them at 1757, was told to text them our location and where to tow it, and they’d let me know if they accept the job. Within minutes I received a response saying price, and told me they’d be here in 26 minutes…they showed up around 1820. Not only did they show up quicker than expected, the tow driver was pleasant. I would definitely recommend them is you need a tow. Thank you guys so much!

This service blew my mind. He was prompt in returning texts and calls, got there in 20 min, was able to get the car positioned and loaded in 10, and even waiting for me to catch up at the drop off location.
He made it simple and hassle free, and I would hands down recommend. I've used many tow services, and not to talk down on any of them, this was the best and CHEAPEST, for above and beyond work.

Amazing service! They met us out on the side of the freeway in the rain and dark and helped us get my daughters car home. They showed up in less than 30 min. They were so nice and the price was very reasonable for the distance they had to transport is from Lakewood to lacey. One of the nicest tow truck companies I have ever worked with and would highly recommend them. = )
I’ve never left a good review for a tow company before, so it’s saying a lot that I am for this place. Went through three companies, 1 which was over priced and two others that cancelled on me. The guys came over to me in 10-15min and wore a smile throughout the whole process. I felt very safe and comfortable. No pressure and a lot of patience. Would recommend to anyone.
