Communication was a bit challenging at first. Howver, SBK Recycle did an excellent job. The gentelman who came in the truck was very friendly and super helpful. It was our first recycling event and we plan work with SBK again.

This place is amazing! The scheduling was super easy to do right from their Website and the day they came, they called ahead to verify when exactly they would be here and where they needed to park their truck. They then assisted in grabbing all of our items and loaded them in. No cost and you'd be surprised at what they really do accept. We are very happy! Thank you SBK Recycle!

From scheduling to pick-up, these folks are first rate. Great communication and hand-holding from Ashley (I had lots of questions...LOL!) to great email follow-up/reminders and the icing on the cake was Isaias on day of pick up. Very kind and efficient. Thank you SBK!

Isaias was respectful of the property and closed the pickup by calling me and left me voicemail. This was easy to do and recommend SBK Recycle.

SBK hauls away scrap metal and e-waste for my 180 condo complex. We fill the bin, when its full they swap it out for an empty. The very model of efficiency! They offer other services I have not needed yet; I am sure they handle them as well as they handle my scrap.

Very quick to answer, I have been using them for years for e-waste pickups. Isaias has always been extremely friendly and nothing but professional. Will continue to use as long as I can.

Ashley in scheduling and the driver Isiah .... UNBELIEVABLE. I am forever in debt to this company. My father passed away and as a retired Electronic Mechanic...I needed a 'two car garage' FULL of electronics picked up. This company is efficient, does exactly what they say they will do and more!! When they couldn't pick up on my requested date, Ashley said she'd try to work me in sooner and DID! Who actually does that anymore? Isiah was just amazing and went above and beyond by going into a shed to get more wire I couldn't reach down. It was a WONDERFUL experience from start to finish. I wholeheartedly recommend this service to help the planet and give you ease of mind.

I brought a car load of old computers, cables and cords, and two guys came out and unloaded them from my car. They were respectful and kind. I will be bringing more. My son used to work on computers and bought them by the pallet full. We need to get rid of them and I’m glad there’s a recycling place that takes care of that.

I was looking for an organization that disposes of electronics: TVs, CPUs, and monitors. Communication with SBK Recycle was easy from the first inquiry. I was able to set a pickup time that worked with my schedule. I appreciate that they are part of the recycling resources available in Pierce County.

I called and they said they took old tvs for free. Got there and the dude was rude, stuck his hand out asking for $10. Felt like a scam. Update - emailed back and forth with the owner. Glad to see he was responsive and helpful. Wanted to address my issue.

Friendly and easy to recycle! I have used them for personal electronic items so I cannot speak to their business/pickup programs, or purchasing from them. Their website isn’t the easiest to decipher what they take for free versus what you have to pay for, but the website has a chat function. Every time I’ve used it, I’ve been answered quickly and helpfully. Drop offs have been incredibly quick and easy. Thank you!

We used SBK to recycle several old laptops, printers, and other various business electronics. They made it so easy, and the driver was super quick and efficient loading and hauling away our items. Thanks again!

I found this little gem of a shop to get IT goods by pure coincidence. Super convenient place to go, with good prices. Also the store clerk who works here is also super helpful and nice, plus I like his accent. I will be back plenty of times in the future!

Two devices bought from this business - a dual processor Xeon workstation, and a I7 laptop. The former via ebay, the latter via trip to the store. On both occasions the staff was helpful and the products are wonderful for the price they charge. I was glad to experience both modes of purchase and recommend them highly

We had a closing office that needed pretty quick turn around service; and SBK was there to help. They sent out a special truck specifically to our facility to ensure they had the time and room to take everything we had to recycle, that day. They also itemized all of the items we had to recycle, and provided data destruction services at ALL at no cost.

My business was doing a huge clean out because we were be going to be getting a whole bunch of newer equipment and just needed to clear the place out a bit. We had way more than we expected to get rid of. I found SBK on a local google search and it turned out they do free pickup for businesses, great news! They promptly got us on the schedule. They also allowed us to have our employees bring in their own electronics for recycling as well (why not!). The driver arrived and got everything we had, he was a great guy, friendly and efficient. We really needed this service and it was so convenient and easy. Definitely keeping them in mind for the future.
