Had a truck leaning on the verge of tipping over into a creek near Hwy 7 south of Eatonville. The tow truck was on site in 30 minutes and had me out in 10 minutes. The nearest towing company would have taken almost 2 hours to reach me. Eatonville towing really knows what they're doing.

If you are truly stuck in deep snow in the hills and need to get out right away Shawn can probably do it. He will also try to hustle you out of your money and tell you things to make a situation feel more urgent. He said no one else could help me and that I had to answer right away and give him $2000. Well, he was wrong. Someone else was able to get me out and saved me $1200. Thankfully didn't have to give my money to him as his business practices felt very shady and deceptive. I would pick him as my last option.
This outfit charged me $1700 to come out to tow me out of a ditch on a Saturday afternoon near Sno Park Rd.. I got my self out before he got there. Still got charged the full $1700. Boo! bad business!! Get you over a barrel and stick you
The owner of tried to bribe me out of $200 to unlock my vehicle that was in towing impound yard because I tried to unlock the vehicle earlier with his wife present so I could provide them with my license and truck keys that they locked themselves that were inside my truck. Since I had a couple tools in my hands the wife apparently felt threatened and told me that I couldn't get into my truck since the battery was dead from it being left on and the locks wouldn't work without power and they wouldn't provide a jumpbox to power up the truck so the locks would work to get inside. The tow bill and 1 day impound cost me $700 which the truck was towed only 7 miles to there impound lot. After getting the truck out of impound after providing a copy of my license my truck had a violent vibration driving down the road and when I pulled over to take a look underneith the truck and I saw that the drive line was damaged and bent with fresh markings. It was bent badly from where they picked up my truck with their flatbed because they couldn't put the truck in neutral to pull the truck onto the flatbed like it should of been. I bought my truck when it was brand new and it's always been a reliable and miticulously well maintained and to see the damage done to the drive line because of someone's mpatience and ignorance really upsets me for the fact that people with this kind of professionalism shouldn't be allowed to run a business of this nature when they're supposed to be in the business of assisting the public when they're called to do a service not a disservice, Eatonville should be ashamed that this company's logo represents the town of Eatonville. I'd stay as far away from Eatonville if possible from this group of organized thieves that this town proudly supports.
Even though they towed my Jeep after I got pulled over, it was one hell of a great experience. Sean the owner is one hell of a man. Does what he thinks is right. Hands down best DWL3 punishment ever!! Real humans work here. And i love it.
Money well spent! These guys know what they are doing and got us unstuck from deep snow way down a forest service road within a couple hours. Owner came out himself. He was super nice and im happy to pay him for his service. Thank you!
I am simultaneously grateful for a disappointed by this company. I slid off the icy road in Mt. Rainier and they were successfully able to wench my car out of a tricky location where I was able to drive away. The owner is clearly an expert at what he does. I was disappointed by a lack of integrity that I perceived from him however. His first question was “do you have roadside assistance?” I later learned that this is a justification to mark up the bill. My bill for the winch out was $976 and he charged my credit card prior to telling me the details or the cost. It was only after he charged my card that he gave me a copy of the receipt, which showed his “time out” as 30 minutes before I slid off the road and approximately 45 minutes prior to us calling. I didn’t feel like arguing with a man who refused to wear a mask and believes that COVID is a hoax. Lastly, he showed up with 3 friends in his truck. Not sure what we would have done had we not been able to drive the car away... scrunch together in the back of his truck with his buddies? My advice to the owner? Be honest about your hours and maybe implement a separate evening or weekend rate for service.
AMAZING! Above and beyond service! My husband was hunting and got stuck in snow. He was deep in snow in the Gifford Pinchot National Forest. If you need help they can do it! I had little contact with my husband but Eatonville Towing kept me updated through the process. I am so thankful for their service!!

150% recommend Eatonville towing. The people are friendly and the prices are reasonable. They arrived within 1 hour of the ranger station calling them for us and arrived on time. The driver who picked up our vehicle was more than helpful and courteous.
Once we got to the shop, David immediately knew what the problem was and was able to fix the issue at their shop by getting a part at a nearby shop. Within 90 minutes, we were on the road and good as new.
Also while we waited, they brought us water and our dog water.
A group of friends and i were towed while out hiking. Our bad, but their signs were not clear. The employees at the yard were very rude and unprofessional. There were a group of 4 frail, dirty unkempt, drug addict looking men who followed is to our car making rude comments and asking for spare change. Disgusting and pathetic.
Had my car towed. Completely own that it was my fault. I parked where I shouldn't have parked. But the staff was so VERY unprofessional, it was ridiculous. I go into the office to pay and get my paperwork and the man accused me of flipping off a driver, which I most certainly did not do. He explained that they charge extra for rudeness if I had. I again explained that I didn't. Paid my fee, walked down to get my car, and as I'm getting ready to leave, one employee said "hope to see you again". Words were exchanged between the employees and my passenger over the unnecessary comment, the employees proceeded to follow us out and make rude comments the entire time. Bad experience made WAY worse. I don't know how these guys have a city contract.
Black ice on the Mt Hwy this morning and after I slid across the highway coming out of my road and saw the rolled over vehicle in the ditch I parked beside Alder Lake. Two of their tow trucks drove in, one with the wrecked vehicle on it. I got out and explained I was afraid to drive down the cutoff road to Eatonville and they offered to have one of them drive behind me all the way, which he did. It was so kind and I am so grateful!!

Dealing with Eatonville Towing was so easy! They recovered our car quickly and then worked with us to gather personal belongings, obtain insurance photographs, and dispose of our daughter’s car which was a total loss. Every employee we encountered was kind, courteous, and professional. Their fees for towing services and storage were extremely reasonable, much less costly than anticipated and greatly appreciated. While we hope to never need them again, I would gladly do business with them in the future.
If I could give this place zero stars I would absolutely do so. My car was towed by these people and OMG can you say RUDE people... the most obnoctuous unprofessional people I have ever made contact with. Not only did they screw up my bumper and fender but they scratched my car all over the side it looks like someone took a piece of metal and just sliced marks all over the side door. Like did you guys learn to transport cars before you went and handled my 25 thousand dollar car!!!! I am very very unhappy . When I called and spoke to the people who work there . They actually tried telling me that they were already there and I must have not noticed the huge gouges and the big indent in my bumper like are you joking I never had so much a nic in the body of my car !!!! The nerve . THEY should be shut down no question asked .
As much as anyone hates to fork out money for a tow from deep in the foothills, these guys are very good at what they do. In my experience they were very respectful, timely and careful with my car. They made the situation as smooth as it could have gone. Thanks for getting me out of the back woods. If I ever make the mistake of forgetting my tire chains again these guys will be the first ones I call.
Dave and his crew were the best. He went above and beyond by getting my sons classic car away from a thief. It was a hard job and took some serious thinking to get what was left of the classic car on the back of his tow truck, but he did it . He did not charge us full price even though it took him much longer than a regular tow. He let me cry on his shoulder and offered help with the police report. He and his company are the best! I would recommend them to anyone for any reason, especially in an emergency. Thank you so much Eatonville Towing!
