The most incredible boutique I’ve ever come across! It has such a diverse collection of items from niche to popular and everything is so well priced! I’m not sure if this happens regularly, but the owner noticed my frustration at picking out gifts and offered to put a package together on my behalf. Her taste is impeccable and I couldn’t be more impressed with the package she put together. Needless to say, she is my “go to” every holiday season!!!
I placed an order for 4 Jellycats online.But only 1 Jellycat Napping Nipper Dog was sent to me by USPS. This package weighs is 0.18lb.And package is not damaged.This Jellycat Napping Nipper is 0.18lb. The sales missed sending 3 Jellycat Little Reindeer to me but refused to admit it.
I sent emails to communicate but the sales said I was a fraud.Then I made two phone calls. One sales said it's because Jellycat's policy is to only send one item per order, but he needs to communicate with the sales who replied to my email and then call back. I waited for two days and called again,the sales who replied to my email answered the phone and said again that I was fraud and hung up the phone.
You refuse to admit that you missed the 3 Jellycat Little Reindeer to me and you also refuse to refund.Why not to confirm the shipping weight?Four Jellycat toys is at least 1lb!I called USPS and the USPS confirmed this package is only 0.18lb!
If you don't want sending Jellycats to warehouses,you can send me an email telling me to cancel my order.Why send only 1 to me and not to admit it? You are fraud!
Love this place! The website is easy to navigate and order from, and the gifts are top-notch quality. There is something here for everyone on your gift list and for every occasion—holidays, birthdays, hostess gifts. You name it, they have a gift for it.
I love shopping at P&M; hate that I’m so far away! However, Kimberlee took the time to send me an email and share her understanding of the austere environment we are in presently—-from 1 mil fam to another! I will always value you guys and thank you thank you for being the perfect, quaint & personable boutique that you are! I’d call in for personal shopping ( my OB during a traumatic delivery, my kiddos teachers), balloons and during the pandemic they delivered to my doorstep (from earrings, rugs, to ramekins etc) ! We have truly enjoyed Pine and Moss the past two years. From holiday gifts and housewarming items to thank you gifts and purchases just for me I have always been able to find exactly what I was looking for. Lots of locally inspired items and unique finds every single time we come in. Kimberly and her staff take excellent care and have an eye for detail that is the best in the area. We are sad to be leaving the nearby area but I'm sure we will continue to be online customers!
Last year, a friend gave me gifts from Pine & Moss so this holiday season, I decided to check them out. I shouldn't have waited so long! This store is adorable and there was something in there for everyone on my list. I probably spent an hour in there as the space is so cheerful and creatively arranged. I will make this my go-to gift shop for anyone I need to do a little something special for! I went on a Monday so it wasn't too busy; the staff was accommodating --just a really delightful afternoon.
Finally had the time to go and check out this darling boutique. WOW. Such a cute little place! I walked out with way too much stuff, lol. But, it feels good to support local woman ran business. Can't wait to go back and see what new stuff I never knew I needed! ?

I LOVE Pine & Moss! Always stocked full of the cutest gifts and clothes. Take time to browse all of the racks. There is something neat and fun in every corner of this shop.
This is the first store I’ve experienced that sells so many products to help others and I love how positive the messages are on so many things that they sell . Candles that feed kids in need, car coasters that donate a cut to a mental health organization, cosmetic products that help women’s organizations. There’s so many unique finds in there between cute decor, gifts, cook books and just really unique items that I’ve never seen any where else. I’ve bought notebooks and decor with inspiring quotes, inspiring little books to cheer up friends or family, gifts for kids birthdays, adult drink mixers, jewelry, cosmetic products, bbq items, charcuterie items, gifts for my man, car coasters that have inspiring little messages. I really love what the store stands for and how unique their selection is. Hands down favorite store.
Just stopped in after my dental consult and this shop was just the sweetest find. Be prepared to spend at least an hour to look around. Inspiring trinkets, sweet gifts, romantic treasures to celebrate your relationship and a store full of self spoiling products from something to keep you busy or creating something beautiful and especially if you need a self spa day.
Personally I grabbed a set of "open when" love cards for wjen my husband is far away for long periods. Plus some "shop local" gifts and some gorgeous local made jewelry. Absolutely love this place, will be by in a few weeks to pickup gifts for my niece, a sweet unicorn child to celebrate and I saw so many presents to let her know how perfect she is just the way she is inside outside.
