They left me sitting for hours and then called to say no driver would come get me - I was in Coupeville. No way to run a business. They are difficult to talk to - a lot of miscommunication happens with language barriers.
We had a VERY distressing situation when someone we’d hired to work at our home, took a wrong turn into our neighbors drive and found their car “high centered” on a couple of large boulders. After calling AAA and waiting 3 hours for a tow truck, they called and said “sorry we can’t find anyone willing/able to come today”…. We were quite distressed by then . I was luckily able to reach out to Simmons Towing directly and they were wonderful. They arrived within the hour and managed to carefully get the car hoisted up, remove the rocks and assist the driver out of their predicament without damage to the car.

They dropped what they had scheduled and retrieved our car off the ferry. Kept it overnight indoors and delivered it early AM to the dealership with video confirmation. I could not have asked for anything more. Professional, courteous and communicative. I highly recommend Simmons Towing.

Leaving to catch the ferry for an appointment on the mainland, my Youngest duscovered they accidentally locked their keys in the car.
Tyler from Simmons came right away. They not only unlocked the car in moments, but waited for the car to start, explaining that sometimes the car alarm will go off after an unlock when starting car. As it is difficult to turn off alarm, they stayed to ensured everything was okay before leaving, just in case they needed to assist with alarm.
Youngest made the ferry and got to appointment on time!

Tyler saved my butt today and was awesome! I got a flat tire, and after passing on Honda Roadside's infuriating and expensive service, I found Simmons on Google Maps. Tyler came out immediately, in about 30 minutes, and was great—not just to interact with, but he went above and beyond by walking me through how to change the tire with my own tools, giving me a discount since he was so close, and checking and filling the pressure in the rest of my tires. Cannot recommend enough!! Thank god there are still people like this in the world.
Today, my truck broke down on the road, creating a dangerous situation. The first person to stop and offer help was a guy named Kori (if I remember correctly), but at the time, I refused, thinking I could restart the truck myself. However, the problem turned out to be serious, and my truck was partially blocking the road. The police arrived, told me I had to move it, and called for a tow truck, which would take 1 hour and 40 minutes to arrive and cost a lot.
Then, I remembered this guy who had offered to help earlier. I called him, and he came back—this time with a small tow truck. He pulled me to a safe place, and the most amazing part—he refused to take any money for his help! A truly honest and kind-hearted person, a real Good Samaritan. I highly recommend his services! Thank you so much for your quick response and kindness!

Contacted Simmons towing about picking up my car and taking to a repair shop in the Shoreline area. They gave me instructions on when to contact AAA to schedule the pick up. They arrived when they said they would, and had no issues loading the car and taking it to the repair shop. Everything worked out great. It is so nice to have a local towing company so close to us.

This was an emergency and Simmons Towing, Inc. showed up within 15 minutes of the original request. I was so happy since this was the 3rd company contacted. The driver was kind and courteous. A gentleman, I think James, was sent out to assist me with jump starting my dead battery. He showed up a half hour quicker than was quoted, super nice and professional and got me back on the road in no time. Great experience all around.
