They got my dad's truck in right away, ordered the parts and had it fixed as soon as they could. They communicated with him along the way and the cost was reasonable. FYI they winterize jetskis. Also reasonable and done that same day. 10/10 for this local business!

Great local place for both basic service as well as repair work. Both my husband and I highly recommend this place. They are knowledgeable, efficient, and nice!
Luis and his team has been my go-to mechanic for the past 13 years. He does only what needs to be done. When a cool went out on my F150 Ford only wanted to replace them all. Luis says that's silly and just replaced the two bad coils. More than once I've called while on the road to get advice on emergency service. And though I now live 3.5 hours away I still try to put off service until I'm in Oroville.
2nd car,Very thorough inspection of car, oil change done in timely manner. 1st car, brakes dones, shone, and explanation given. The guys there, Billy, David, Luis seems very knowledgeable. Will continue to take vehicles there.
I absolutely will be back to this shop! They went above and beyond great service. Quick, thorough, and fixed the click in my driver's side door for nothing.
We are really grateful for Luis and his team of mechanics! We really needed our AC to run for our son, we have been taking him weekly to Spokane for infusions. The hot air made his nose bleed and with his low platelet count; his nose would bleed almost the whole trip.
I explained our situation to Luis and told him we will need to leave again by the end of the week.
He had our car fixed and ready to go just in time and his rates are as incredible as his service!
(Seriously, we were pleased.)
Car has one more problem, but you can guess where it's sitting right now getting worked on.

First I want to say thank you to the owner and his team. All greated me kindly and were very friendly. I had an exhaust leak on the front catalytic converters on my 04 Range Rover...The factory welds had cracked. They came up with a plan and they put two mechanics on it. They did a fantastic job in a very short time. My car is quiet as new and the price was far cheaper than you would find on the other side of the mountains or even Omak for that matter. I will be bringing it back for some minor maintenance repairs and I have 100% confidence in them. So go there with confidence and leave happy))

I bought a vehicle with check engine light on. I had beentold that the catalytic converter was stolen. So I called asking if they would replace the catalytic converter. By then I was an easy target. 5 minutes later they tell me that the catalytic converter had NOT been stolen. They verified the codes and it was an evap code. Charged me for diagnosis and gas cap… on my way 30 minutes later! By the way the accept working on RVs!
I've had an issue with my truck that multiple mechanics and a dealership couldn't solve. I finally left it with Luis and his guys and let them dig around. They came back with a few ideas and were honest that they should fix it, but it could not work too. I had them dig around more and narrow it down and the one they were most confident in worked (needed my computer reprogrammed). It wasn't cheap, I think there shop rate is high don't get me wrong, but when the problem gets fixed and your vehicle works great again how much is that worth? Cheap Mechanics aren't good and Good Mechanics aren't cheap!
Automatic car was was not worth it. Pulled out and still had alot of dirt around the bottom of the car. Didn't even look like I had just washed it. Not worth it at all!
Washed a truck saturday no problem. Washed a truck sunday and the machine ate my money lol. Facility is nice. Takes quarters. Has change machine but i wouldnt trust it again....
Nick and Luis were fantastic!!! My alternator went out on my home from a trip in Canada. Not only did Nick find a replacement part for me, they got my vehicle fixed and I was headed home in less than 3 hours. They were professional and very helpful.
