This is the worst company I've ever had to deal with in my life. They send me from person to person, asking me all of the same questions I've already answered, they barely speak English and keep getting my info wrong (like calling my last name Joseph even though I've corrected them multiple times), they give me a low ball offer for my car that Ive put nearly $20K into in the last 3 months, and they say they'll have movers contact me to get my title and give me a check, which they didn't do. They got me to send a picture of my title, tell them where my car was at, and then without notifying me, they had a tow truck from West Sound Towing take my car without meeting me, picking up my title, or paying me!! They just went and stole my car!!
I called them multiple times, and they just kept asking the same questions and sending me to numbers that wouldn't answer. I had to file a police report, and wasted tons of time. Over a week later, I finally got through to them.
They don't give a time that they'll come out. They just say "the driver will call you within an hour of pickup, and you just have to always be ready for whenever they call." As if I have nothing else to do in my life but wait for them to follow through with their end of the deal.
If I could give them 0 stars, I would.
The overall experience was great and was able to have my old vehicle picked up next day with a check in my hand. I will highly recommend to my friends and family and even strangers.

Seems the business starts initial contact using US-based customer reps, but as the process goes along, they switch to off-shore personnel. This would not have been an issue, except that the reps I got (there were at least 4) garbled the information I was given and spoke really fast. There was one who was supposed to send me a text (twice) and I never received them.
A process that should have taken maybe 45 minutes took two days.
Be aware - they don't pay out much.

Terrible. The tow companies they parter with do not talk to them and do not respect your confirmed pick up time. They were late and told me that they wouldn’t pick up until the next day even though I had a confirmation for a timed pick up. So glad it is done and over with and I will use a different company if I ever sell my next car
Cash for cars offered me the most money for my car beating other offers by $100.00 or more. The tow company arrived arrived on time but it was a little late in the day for me. The service was top notch if you ask me. I will do business with them again in the future.

Callers English was broken that's fine we Set a time and date and he never showed got a call 4-5hrs later didn't answer by then already sold the car for more then what they offered. not like it was a piece of junk the car ran fine only had a dent just got a new car and had no place for it so thought they would be fast but I guess they didn't want a good condition running car honestly I recommend somewhere else 0/5 Stars

I was quite satisfied with their offer and service. Niranjan and his associates explained the process and walked me through anything I had difficulty with. Except for being told I would be paid with a cashier check and not a personal check everything went smoothly and quickly. The tow company wrote me a business check instead of a cashier check or cash but it was deposited without any problems. The staff was courteous and efficient.
