Got an engine from these guys for a 03 V8 4Runner. Best price around, already pulled and nice folks. I worked with a fella named Clay, great to work with. Next time I need a larger part I'll shop here again
Waited on the phone for 20min for them to tell me they're a wrecking yard and don't sell parts kits and to go shop online, and then hung up.... I didn't even get to ask if they have the part, I probably would've just bought a new pump outright...but I guess not anymore..terrible service.
So I went to the Gundie’s in Graham on Christmas Eve to purchase a battery for my truck. When I walked in they acted like they didn’t want to help because I didn’t know what I was looking for. When I asked they kept telling me that the batteries were over there. So I called my mechanic who had told me to come that they can google the type of battery like they had done for him. When I asked the guy that was working he tells me to google it. So I eventually get the battery and he asked me did I have my core which I didn’t have at the moment. I brought it back and he told me that I would receive cash back within 3days only to find out that he didn’t even put the paperwork through so I can receive my money back. The lady in Bellingham was really nice and she was the one who looked to see If Cameron did the process and told me that he didn’t and that she would handle immediately and she apologized for his actions.
Great customer service, decent prices but I paid on a Monday for my part and by Wednesday It should have been ready for a pick up, I wait for them to contact me (till Thursday 1-2pm) just to hear the part is damage, they offer me to get another one on different color and wait more day's, Na I couldn't wait and have to give the car back to the owner.... just wonder WHY wait to many days to tell me the part is damage
I have been looking for a white driver's side door for my car and almost gave up finding one then I called Gundie's of Graham on Saturday and they said they had one in Their auto yard in Bellingham and it would be ready and waiting for me on wed to pick up in Graham. And The price was less than I was expecting.... They were awesome

Great Service. I called, spoke to Cameron, and in moments he said he had my part. I wasn't able to order right then, but the next day I did and I received the part much sooner than expected. It is a cosmetic part, an engine cover, and it is the exact version that my truck had. Cameron in Graham, and the folks that I dealt with at the Battle Ground location, were great. Cameron knows his stuff and solved my problem quickly and ahead of schedule. Have a good one

Poor customer service and management that changes prices AFTER you have paid for your part.
Ordered a part from these guys. Spoke to Ethan who was friendly and helpful. They determined they did in fact have the part at one of their other locations. As it was a non inventoried part, we agreed upon a price, charged my card and finalized the order.
Approximately 1 week later, I received a text message saying that my part was ready to ship however, the manager at the location the part was at, Matt, wanted more money for it. And we aren't just talking $10 or $15. They now wanted to charge me nearly 3 times more than the original agreed upon price. I was told he found the part selling for $200 when our agreed upon price was $60 so they now wanted $170 AFTER they had already charged me.
I sent multiple images showing that the part was being sold consistently for $70-80 used and that a brand new one could be had for $110. Ethan was apologetic and agreed that it was not right. He said he wished he could honor the deal we made but that it was out of his hands and that there was nothing that could be done if I didn't want to pay the $170 after Matt said so. I called and attempted to speak to the general manager John, however I was told, "they were having phone issues and they couldn't transfer the call to him but that he would call me back". Guess what, never received a call back.
I purchased from them as I had done business with them before and all was great. Ethan was a pleasure to work with however, it seems that management has no integrity or care about their customers.
Pretty poor practice to make a deal, charge someone, then come back and refuse to honor the deal if more money was not paid.

My customer called around looking for a wiring harness for a caddy that had been damaged when thiefs tried to steal his car out of the driveway. This was the only place we could find it. We still haven't got the harness yet due to weather conditions, but they have been very helpful and fair working with us. Thank you, Ethan!
Gundie's of Graham was able to provide all the parts I've needed so far. One time they knew it could take about a week and after precisely a week I was able to pick it up. Other parts from Bellingham only took two days to be available. They are polite and helpful, and I'll certainly turn to them again. Thank you!
I've been trying to give these clowns about $1,000 for some parts. Everyone I've talked to has an attitude, Dan is the exact opposite of helpful, throws up more roadblocks than anything, and a downright jerk who will hang up on you in the middle of a conversation (other reviews mention this as well). I was told to order the parts I want I'd need to talk to Cameron @ Graham, I've left several voicemails for him, never heard back (been almost a week since the first voicemail). Great way to waste hours of time....total clown show.
Called on a part and they had 3 of them but wasn't able to see them unless I purchased the item. Told them to make sure the bearing on this part are in working condition because if not the part is junk.. Salesman proceeds to tell me they go through there guys who thoroughly inspect them before they go out. So believing him I purchased the part and when it came in it was junk.. I called to let him know and he would not send the others over to get looked at, he said I was wasting his time.. Last I checked I'm the customer that needs parts and if you're not helping me then you are the one wasting my time. He ended up being very unprofessional and had terrible customer service. I will no longer deal with this company. Thank you Dan! You were a peach to deal with.

Highly recommend for finding parts. I needed a hard to find trunk part for my Audi. I went into the Graham, Wa location where the very help front clerk Erica got me in touch with Bruce out of the Battle Ground location. Bruce went above and beyond to help find the part I needed, he was able to find the parts and sent me pictures to confirm everything I needed. I will be definitely be using Gundie’s again.
Found the seats I needed via online research. Called the yard to see if I could look at them before buying. Since its not a pick and pull type facility and for liability reason we were not able to visit. I was provided photos which worked for us. They were able to confirm they fit for our truck. Price was excellent and service was great. Thank you all for your help!
Jason W is always professional and a great resource for any of our used parts needs. I used him for my shop and have used him for the 5 shops I have worked at. If you want someone who is going to follow through and is knowledgeable and efficient give this guy a call. Gundies is also one of the better yards whether it's for pulling parts with out destroying them or there willingness to return incorrect parts In exchange for the correct part. Highly recommend starting here with any used parts needs. Ask for Jason W as he seems be the most knowledgeable person I have dealt with over the years.

I've been all over the US. PLENTY of Auto Salvage locations pull their parts and have them in stock. This guy was an ahole. He even asked if I wanted to buy a part from him after being rude. Absolutely not getting my business.
Called for a part for my 2014 ram 1500 big horn. They didn’t have my part but offered to reach their sister company and was able to track down the part for me. They got it and I paid for it within that week. These guys went above and beyond. I couldn’t be any more happier with their services and their prices. Thank you! Definitely recommend this place.
I needed a rear taillight assembly. I called them up. 1/2 the price of new. He confirmed the part in less than a minute. It arrived well packaged, as described within 2 business days. No frills, no surprises. A great experience
Always helpful, usually have all the parts I need at really great prices, and honest too! I bought an engine, installed it, it was not as good as what it should have been for what I paid. SO... they found one better than what I paid for (by a lot... 12000 miles on it instead of the 45000 miles motor I bought) and gave me that one instead. I'll always go there first from now on
