Stupid rules — they get worse every year. Now they don’t even load from the side. I think next time I come, they’ll say they don’t load at all — new rules.

This Copart location was enlisted by my insurance to pick up my damaged vehicle from a tow yard and return it to my house. There was a mix-up and it got delivered to their yard. The team at Copart Graham answered my calls and emails immediately with grace and kindness. They worked quickly to resolve the mix-up and get my car delivered to me with NO additional damage. They went out of their way to ensure it wasn't carried by a vehicle lifter and Rob, the Assistant GM was great. Thank you!

This is the worst company I've ever had to deal with in my life. They send me from person to person, asking me all of the same questions I've already answered, they barely speak English and keep getting my info wrong (like calling my last name Joseph even though I've corrected them multiple times), they give me a low ball offer for my car that I've put nearly $20K into in the last 3 months, and they say they'll have movers contact me to get my title and give me a check, which they didn't do. They got me to send a picture of my title, tell them where my car was at, and then without notifying me, they had a tow truck from West Sound Towing take my car without meeting me, picking up my title, or paying me!! They just went and stole my car!! I called them multiple times, and they just kept asking the same questions and sending me to numbers that wouldn't answer. I had to file a police report, and wasted tons of time. Over a week later, I finally got through to them. They don't give a time that they'll come out. They just say "the driver will call you within an hour of pickup, and you just have to always be ready for whenever they call." As if I have nothing else to do in my life but wait for them to follow through with their end of the deal. If I could give them 0 stars, I would.

Apparently, they can’t find anything. A guy that was there before me waiting for them to find keys, which they never did. I came in to pick up a title that they can’t find either. This is ridiculous and not a way to run a business.

Had a company driver come out to pickup up a vehicle. The keys were locked inside. Management refused to unlock the vehicle. Mentioned we had two options, either break the window or hire a locksmith to unlock the unit. Copart has always unlocked vehicles in past occasions. Highly recommend management reviews policy for cases like these.

I have never in my life seen a group of people that are so unprofessional and rude towards their clients . They said they lost the keys to the car that was supposed to come with keys . And they straight told me they don’t care about it because it is in their buyers clause that they can’t be responsible for the keys . Sold me a run and drive car that can’t run or drive without getting started cause the keys are missing and it is their fault . This is insane. They will expect you to tow it by paying their towing fees. That’s also interesting . Someone needs to look up into the way the do business, this is unacceptable. Worse customer service, rude and negligent personnel. Will take my business elsewhere.

Purchased a vehicle here with them that in the description and pictures showed and said it had keys. I paid for their Copart delivery. Transporter that picked up the vehicle advised that Copart did not leave my keys in the vehicle. I called them and explained the situation and they said most likely someone stole them from their yard but explained how that is still somehow my fault and my problem. So basically even if you purchase a vehicle they can remove parts from it and blame it on you. Terrible policy and a disgusting practice.

Your customer service got a lot better in 2024 comparing to 2021-2023. 1 star down due to not all titles/B.O.S that are marked as mailed are actually mailed (I get mailed bulk of paperwork per envelope), and the problem is not that something was accidentally left out, but the fact that when I call and ask for someone to check if the title is still present at the office, as soon as the staff sees that it's marked as mailed, the service stops right there... Every time I have to fight for someone to actually go and check for title.... I understand that mistakes happen, and as long as the title still in your office, I have no problem with that, but it seems like your staff believes they are error free.

We sold a car to Copart via Peddle and the driver picked up the vehicle without getting the registration from me, and did not leave my check. I was really concerned about what I had just done.... BUT Peddle put me in touch with Julie at Copart and she was a huge help in resolving my issue. She communicated with me every step of the way and made sure I got my check. I really appreciate her giving me peace of mind.

This place is a total rip off. I bought a Hyundai Sonata. The description said bio-hazards and Enhanced vehicle. Upon delivery we found out the engine was failed. Hyundai is asking $10K to replace engine because no warranty left. When I tried yo get help from Copart, they never replied. I’m not sure why attorney general of Washington is sitting quiet on a company that recently posted billion in profits with lies and deceits. It should be shut down in Washington.

Horrible customer service. Very rarely, will you find someone to attend or answer your phone call and Care or try to resolve the matter instead of bouncing you around Keep in mind I’ve purchased over 500 cars from Copart and I still have the same issue with them every time

These people stole from me. Do not "sell" your vehicle to them. They picked up my vehicle and gave me a very nice looking check that bounced. Now, I keep getting the run around. Scammers!!!!!!!!

These people aren’t working properly and the company don’t care , had a car which wasn’t flagged as insurance destroyed by Copart , after going back and forth to DMV had a DMV lady call them because they always say Oh we sent the flag but DOL is behind 4-6 weeks . After DMV lady asked the how they sent the flag ? Was it Electronically or by mail ? They had no answer and flagged my car right away . Because they knew I would file a legal complaint against their services. If you guys have the same issue and they aren’t helping , make sure file a complaint because Cop art is responsible for documentation and reports since they charge us for every thing .

If you're looking for competence, you won't find it here. My insurance company had me deal with these jokers. They harassed me with several phone calls a day because THEY screwed up. My insurance company took a long time to total out my car and even though I communicated this with these people, even though my insurance company communicated with these people, they continued to harass me over the holidays with multiple calls a day. When I had paperwork to bring in because I wouldn't sign over power of attorney to them, I paid somebody to drive an hour each direction to drop off this "final" paperwork. In fact I called them beforehand to make certain that was it but when my driver got there, "oh she needs to sign this, it's the last one". I have a broken leg & communicated this to them. I cannot drive. I paid money out of my pocket because these people kept screwing up. Oh but if there is a spot of water on your title, you have to pay for a new one. Ironic, huh?

BUYER BEWARE LOT # 63502003 has a blown motor. This is a 100k car and Copart knows that it will be a hot item. On impact the oil intercooler was damaged and all the oil drained while running. There are shavings in the oil filter. I have been repeatedly calling Copart to update the notes but they refuse to and are keeping it as a “run and drive”.

Not sure what everyone is bitching about. These guys were really good to me. The office personnel were polite and helpful every time I called. They were quick and friendly when I went in for my paperwork. Forklift driver was very quick and loaded my car with no damage. I was in and out In 30 minutes on a Friday morning. Are the fees expensive? Sure, but if you can read you would know that before you bid.

Rewriting my previous review since the reply from the owner made it seem like it was unclear. I am well aware that as a basic member, I am entitled to preview vehicles. I've been doing it for years. But when yesterday I went to the Spanaway sublot, I was given 2 options: Upgrade to premium or go home. I was never notified of the fact that basic members can no longer preview at that location. When I asked to at least let me in once, since I wasn't made aware of the fact that basics can no longer preview, I was denied. Extremely unprofessional, showing no regard for customers time or the membership agreement. If it is due to safety, then you should increase security, not make basic members pay for it. Again, copart does not fail to disappoint.

0 stars. My insurance company sent my car there to be evaluated after it was vandalized. When I received my car back they stripped more parts from the interior of the vehicle I have time stamped pictures from right after the break before they picked it up to prove it. They are thieves

Won a car here at a sub-lot they made me come to one yard just to pick up paper work.when I got here I marked arrived waited waited came inside they told me I need to do another request on my phone. Makes no sense to waste time/ waste employees times and cause traffic when they can invest into a printer and print directly at their sub-lots where the vehicle is. Copart’s employees are horrible Custoemr serivce from forklift drivers to inside the office. Reading reviews this Copart in particular

Why would they put the actual value of the car kbb when they cars are damaged . And they make u do the most to view a car . And the car ur going to view they will take a note of it and as soon u leave they will raise the price . Don't forget that the car owners are betting against you as well . I see cars that are 2013 or less going for 10k and on top of it the super high fees they charge u always 650 and up . Taxes fees and repairs u will make no profit at all. Unless u are planning on keeping it . I see copart as a dealership and not a salvage auction total scam

You wait 2 hours no one assist you and they for sure have discrimination, based in your color and race done your work faster, once you got there you will for sure notice that and I really don’t recommend this location for anyone. If I had power would show them how to behavior with customers. There is a lady, when you enter straight the left computer, she is rude and does not have a good behavior with customers.

The majority of the staff is fine. One girl I've dealt with up front is amazing, super friendly and helpful. Unfortunately another is on a power trip, unfriendly, short and lacks any customer service skills. Makes me never want to buy from Copart ever again, certainly from this location. Thanks for making a simple transaction stressful and frustrating. The forklift guys are always friendly at every location I've been to and I think they're pretty quick. They have a large workload out in those dirty lots in all sorts of weather. Maybe put that girl who works up front in a loader and give her some perspective.

Horrible website and app for viewing and trying to bid on vehicles. If you hit page back, it goes back like three pages. If you select they make a vehicle and go back that is gone and you have to enter the make all over again and start from the beginning. The prices and fees are ridiculous. Greed…..

What’s the point of having appoints time, I came right on time even 5 min before got loaded after hour and half. Told the forklift driver I had an appointment at 12 he said other truck had and appointment for 8:30. He is late 3:30 hrs what does that have to do with me. Still had to wait till he got loaded 9 cars. Extremely slow forklift operators.

Bought a truck here. It said that the truck had keys. When my transporter showed up they couldn’t find them. They were unwilling to take responsibility and either make me another key or reimburse me for the locksmith service. Very unprofessional and technically false advertisement stating it had keys.
