I needed a new battery for my SUV, and it was in a hard-to-reach spot in the trunk. Dakota was incredibly helpful—he removed and installed the new battery on a freezing, windy day without a single complaint. He was patient, professional, and thorough. went in there requesting for code reader at 4:15 pm on 08/27/2025. their answer "both of ours are broken". I find it hard to believe that didnt have even one scanner to read obd codes
Went in to buy a new car battery, and was honest in the fact I wasnt certain which I needed. Both employees, Ones name Stephanie but I missed the gentlemans name, were so helpful. I felt no shame in requesting assistance, and they offered to bring the battery to my vehicle since I was carrying my toddler. Amazing store!

I needed some wipers on my Subaru Legacy asap so I popped in here. I have been going there for my years and the customer service has been consistently good. Hazel was working the counter. She promptly got me some Bosch wipers within my budget and had them installed in under three minutes. Thank you Hazel for your professional customer service.
Just witnessed a male employee tell a female customer he doesn’t know how to put on her new windshield wipers and then told her she should probably watch a YouTube video on it. Nice
Had the light bulbs I needed for my vehicle. All three people working we're on their phones, did not acknowledge me when I walked in, and I had to approach them stand there and finally ask who I could pay for my item. Only one of the three looked up kind of sighed and very reluctantly rang up my item. Didn't say a word the whole time.
Came to this location for headlight bulbs on 4th of July .woman helped me with them . When I installed them and then found another bulb placement. Returned to oreillys to ask why was told should be in owners manual . Asked if he could maybe look it up he declined . And was done with me. No they were not to busy. I think they should check into customer service skills . Won’t return here again
I like to thank Galen, who helped me tremendously when I was there for a quick check engine light. The store was very busy with one cashier and she's running everywhere. She ran my diagnostic, and Galen stepped up to help her co-worker and me. He went the extra length, trying to remedy my easy fix. It's the gas cap leak. True enough, a few days later, my check engine light is gone.
I came in to have a battery replaced and Greg was extremely helpful in replacing the battery .He didn't forget about me even though the store was very busy that day. He had a friendly attitude and was great as far as customer service.
I’ve only been once, but the employee was friendly and helpful. She walked me through windshield wiper blade options and then installed them, all while humoring my 4-year-old daughter.
Are they the cheapest? No. But, what I am always super impressed with the staff here. They always treat me right, have an answer for my question or issue, and are pretty knowledgeable about diesels (whereas, I am not). The manager, Stephanie, is always super welcoming and friendly, and is always going the extra mile for me when I pop in for whatever it is I need that day. I also love that they carry premium brands I have issues finding elsewhere and they always have exactly what I am looking for. :)
Awesome customer service. Although I do understand people steal from these places; please wait sitting there staring at me or pretending to look for something in the aisle I'm in. You work there, you know where the stuffs at.
This O'Reilly store is amazing!! They know about cars(which is huge). I work on cars all day every day, so I truly appreciate the staff and their knowledge.
Called to get an ETA and pricing on a special order part. Thomas answered the phone. The entire time, he acted as if I was wasting his time. When I asked him to clarify the ETA of said part, he started to raise his voice. Thomas, you need to be fired. If you can't handle serving customers, get out of customer service. It's that simple. Good thing Autozone is only a couple blocks down the street.
I just experienced customer service at its best. Unfortunately I missed the guys name but probably not good to put online. But he's from Georgia and true southern hospitality. That I miss being from Knoxville. Wow he helped with a battery install and purchase and tips and the other worker helped me with good information. This place is #1. No more AutoZone ever for me. To start I not only had been shorted a great amount all four times I had gone in to purchase parts for my boyfriend, but both of the men that had been working had terrible attitudes. One of the gentlemen was even irritated with me and the fact that I had even come back into the store due to the simple fact that the lady he had coming in to cover the rest of his shift for him was not there when she said she would be, he complained about having to give me all of his smaller bills, he was also VERY snappy, cocky and had acted like he didn't know that it was him whom had JUST minutes before sold the radiator hose adapter that I was trying to return to my boyfriend and didn't offer him the receipt before my boyfriend had walked back out of the store. I was shorted $44 dollars of the $50 change i should have been given back..
I will not be returning to this establishment under any circumstances
Very good place and people are friendly. They let me borrow tools to put in new battery which was awesome. I couldn't have been able to fix the battery without that help. I will definitely come back again.

Had second visit and they honored the warranty for a 2 year old battery and they installed the new one. Very, very nice people and wonderful place to shop here. Recommended.
Complaint!!!! Your store located inBremerton, WA where my son worked has been nothing but harassing. My son has severe anxiety. He has had to miss work for it. He went and got the dr notes per their request and that was not good enough. Adam at that store has given my son stomach ulcers again documented by a dr who did the endoscope. You keep sending threatening mail to him. Which does not help his anxiety. He has literally done everything you have asked. Let him come back to work or fire him so he can at least get unemployment.
We will never ever recommend you to any of the people we know after the treatment you have given our son. Adam specifically at store #2770
I have gone to this location twice now in the past week and have had the worst customer service experience. A specific team member is rude and obviously irritated he has to be at work. I hope that you guys can talk to your staff. We all understand that life is hard right now but that doesnt mean that your still cant be somewhat decent to your customers.
I want to personally thank Wayne at the front counter of this store. I bought a front headlight from him and he went and helped me outside and put in the bulb for me! I'm grateful. I didn't have any tools on me as I left them at home. Thank you so much Wayne for your outstanding customer service! That's why I go back to O'Reilly's!
Pretty standard auto parts place but definitely helpful, friendly, and we'll stocked. They seem to have had all of the parts in stock that I've needed even on one of my cars from the 1990s. Haven't ever had to have them order something for me or transfer from another store; they seem to have it.
You can take your car in for a free diagnostics check here. I've done it a few times and just takes a few minutes.
I feel like you get the most value out of an auto parts store when you join one of the rewards programs and stick with that parts store. This way you're cosntantly earning rewards. This place always seems to have coupons as well. For instance I just had $10 off of $20 and commonly get $20 off of $100.
This location is in the Fred Meyer plaza which is a great location whether you're going North or South on Wheaton Way / Highway 303. They also have pretty good hours: 7:30am to 9pm and open every day. Even people who work 9-5 will have plenty of time to stop by.
