I have been here (the Kitsap Way store) several times and the employees have always been helpful. This last experience, March 26th and 27th, really impressed me. First, Kathy was so helpful, encouraging and empathetic, on the 26th, in helping me choose a new battery and installing it myself. She was an absolute professional and very encouraging. The next day, Brent bent over backwards to help me, even going out to my car and showing me the basics of removing/installing. There's more to this - and how patient they were with me - but suffice it to say, the store obviously has great management that encourages the best in their employees. Last but not least, Trent was incredibly helpful over the phone, answering all my questions. Very patient and articulate. I'm so glad I have a store like this near me.
Overpriced quality better ree boxers and actually have low quality parts little people don't know the difference between a pinion bearing and an axle bearing overcharged me for the wrong part
