Napa Auto parts is a joke do not go there!!! Bring your car here they will help you regardless of the situation. If they can't get an answer they will try to give you solutions to trouble shoot... It's like the family that you need in tough times. The staff and manager have helped me for the last 15 years.... Thank you for keeping us safe!!

They are ok, not too bas for an auto parts store, but about the same as autozone! Want REAL QUALITY PARTS YOU CAN TRUST, FOR AN UNTEASONABLE PRICE THEN GO TO NAPA/ WESTBAY, MAY BE SPENDY BUT ....****ALWAYS**** QUALITY!!

Battery light came on a few days after buying a new one. Had to pop in for help. The guys were great and helped me out. They also diagnosed my alternator is going out. Getting that fixed today. Thanks so much!! Quick, knowledgeable and very helpful. Great Customer Service

I had the worst experience on the west side on Kitsap Way. He was rude and disrespectful. Between the two stores they couldn't even give me a straight price on a part I needed. I wouldn't suggest anyone going to that store until they get their employees on check.

Went here for a foldable windshield shade and they were the first place that had them while other places said they were a seasonal product. Workers were helpful and friendly.

I love oreillys but the customer service at this one is terrible. If you break up there little chats amongst themselves to check out they act as if doing their job is a huge inconvenience for them. They don't even try to hide the fact that they don't want to be there and it's been like this everytime I've been there, which is actually pretty frequent. There's only 1 worker there that's on point, but most of the new guys probably can't even spell their name right let alone give professional advice on anything to do with automotives. I hate giving bad reviews but this ones been a long time coming. I was hoping it'd get better but its only gotten worse. The sad thing is that I keep returning

Windshield wiper section was overwhelming with choices and hard to understand the different choices. The computer sided guide did correct job of identifying size, but no idea which was which Staff was too busy to provide any aid

Hello everybody, I'm happy Sunday. I hope everyone is getting out enjoying this beautiful weather and the beautiful views of the surrounding Washington State. I highly recommend lake Cushman Kitsap lake and any other camping areas that you might run saw a family of three beers walking across the road a few weeks ago and I thought that was pretty exciting. Also found out that I have two peacocks living directly across the street who come over and visit regularly.

The young man that helped me was VERY helpful, even though they did not have what I needed, he helped me with a temp. Fix and showed me how to do it. He also wrote down for me what I needed to look online. I had went to another store before this one and they just said can't find it in their system!? That's that I guess? So this young man to show and write everything down for me was very helpful! Made my day!!

Workers in this store are always as helpful as they can be. Lines move much faster here than other O'Riley's I have been in as well. I worked very closely with this store as a parts manager at a car dealership and had nothing but great experiences with this location.

Went in with my husband to get parts for MY car. I did all the talking because again, it’s my car, and I’ve done the replacement before. Dude at the counter would only speak to my husband, barely even looked at me. So I guess if you wanna be treated like a humane being, ladies, leave your spouse at home.

Not too happy with them. Called about a part and port orchard store told me this store had one in stock so I called the next day to make sure they had it before making a 35 min drive here to be told they don’t have it. I literally called to MAKE SURE THEY HAD IT. Time is valuable and so is gas but I needed the part ASAP and could have drove the same or less time in the other direction but now out of luck because they’ll be closed after driving to Lakewood now. Thanks… NOT! Could have just waited one extra day to get the same part delivered for 1/2 price online.

Pleasant young gentleman for the help my husband was looking for information for on a vehicle. This young gentleman was a bit disappointed when his teammate didn't hear his question of where the or what section in the backroom area to start looking for specialty items. He did acknowledge as well as I myself did to that he must not have heard him as he was walking out with the customer he was tending too. But great job there, you didn't let that get you down and you provided excellent customer care service to Richard G. Thank you and continue moving in that positive customer flow as you did very well as a part was sold. Yeah!

Employees were more concerned about who was going to do what instead of helping their customers. Asked for lock deicer, and was directed to starting fluid! One endcap was all the winterizing supplies they offered. Sorry...not sorry, but if want to be ignored, I can go to Walmart.

Broke out a brake light cover. They ordered it for me and were very sweet and put it on for me. The young man also found I had a light out too. Then he had me test all the lights to make sure they work. He went beyond the call of duty for an older person.

Excellent, personal service. My go-to auto parts store, hands down. They always have what I need, or can get it quickly. Price matching makes my life so much simpler. No more running from store to store to get the best prices.

My goto auto supply!! I don't know why, maybe because they just about always have what I need. And if they don't have it, they will see if one of the other stores have it or quickly get it ordered. The staff are 99% of the time very helpful and have good positive attitudes. I mostly shop at the Silverdale or the Kitsap Way stores, those are the folks I am talking about.

Usually have what I need. If not, they can usually get it in a few hours. Recently, I was looking for an obscure item and Alex went above and beyond to locate it. Great people, competitive pricing and plenty of free parking.

Better then other parts stores around, and awesome staff very helpful..and get there job done. And YES everyone makes mistakes no one's freaken perfect..we are all humane..I think other CUSTOMERS complain cause they don't get there way or have nothing better to do when the employees are doing there jobs. Don't see them go complain about you at your job!

Crappy service. I looked up online if they had a part i needed in stock, it said they did. I called to make sure they had my part in the store, I was hung up on the first time, the second time i called, the lady tells me they did have the part in stock. When i arrive at the store they told me they didn't have the part, there were 3 of them on computers looking and they said they didnt have it. I pulled out my phone and went onto their website found the part # and told it to them and what do you know? they have it. I asked before i did anything if they accept debit cards, they said yes. When it came time to pay, my debit card isn't accepted there. I will not be going back to this location. I would rather wait for another autopart store to order the same part than go back.
