I came in for a replacement vehicle battery, the assistant was rude and unwelcoming. I asked for a specific battery, he snickered and gave me what I thought was the correct battery for my vehicle. After attempting to replace the battery at home, I look at the reciept and realize he gave me the wrong battery even though he looked it up in the system. I refused to go back to that location and went to another local Autozone where I was helped and given the correct battery. The assistant there couldn't figure out why I was given the wrong battery to begin with. I wouldn't recommend this location solely based on the customer service and overall internal appearance of the store.

If you have a duelwheel brand new the Karen that just started working here will stick her head out and try to tell you how to park in a public lot as Autozone leases from the city!
The lady with the curly hair (don't recall her name) provided great customer service when checking my battery. She was able to recommend an auto shop to do a diagnostic since it was not a battery issue. I highly recommend this location. I had a good experience.
I was driving down the freeway yesterday, and all of a sudden , my passenger windshield wiper flew off and went over the top of my car. I watched it slide right over my sunroof and shoot off the back of my car. I found the nearest auto zone, and they went out to my car right away and found that my other wiper was just hanging on by a thread as well. Don't know what happened, but I think my sweet father in law did not put them on, right? He passed away on 3/1/24 so I won't say anything other than who ever sold them to him must of gave him the wrong ones or they put them on wrong because my father in law ( Charlie Brown) would have never bought the wrong ones. Anyway, the employees were great. $50.00 later, I have 2 new wiper blades that work perfectly! Thanks Auto zone on 6th street.
Return policy sucks I won't ever give Autozone my money again. Been trying to return a lousy tool for almost 3 months now. The first time I did not have the receipt because we thought the tool would be under the number which it wasn't. A couple of months later I found the receipt and now I'm being told it can only be refunded to the original card but the person's card that I used is in the military and is overseas. I don't want no store credit I should have had him dispute the charge because they suck. The customer service from the manager and regional office sucks. I will take my business to O' Reilly Auto part from here on out. I have not ever had such a hassle doing a return at an auto part shop. Just greed.
I called your store in Bremerton on 6th Street. The clerk on the phone was not really happy sounding to start off. I asked if I could pay for some RTV high temp red on the phone. Because my family members freeze plugs came out and I am in a different town. I wanted to use my card or even pay for it on the web sight. He said they just can't do that. That is so lazy. I was in retail for decades. Store manager at the Bon now Macy's and at Nordstrom's for 25 years. WE NEVER EVER SAY NO TO A CUSTOMER,!!!

As well as O'Reilly's. When we in need of auto parts, most people will think of an auto motive store. Most people will never think of auto zone first. Because your service is substandard and questionable at best.
Do not come here! Push your car to the next auto zone if you have to! They couldn’t jump my car because apparently no one charged the portable car jump and the guy “helping” us made it seem like our fault! In retrospect super funny, but in the moment I was so pissed. You had one job!
Just went to AutoZone to try and buy parts for my truck the person behind the counter proceeded to tell me that I should go waste my money at a mechanic shop instead of trying to fix my own vehicle so with that said I will go spend my money on Amazon and I will not spend my money at AutoZone anymore I believe the person I talked to should be fired for pushing customers away because of that employee if I had the option to give them no stars I would give them no stars so I'm only giving them one
Thought I needed a new lowbeam headlamp. Keller came out to take a look and discovered that it was disconnected. Fixed it in 2 seconds. Did not really have the money so I am completely thankful for his help. 20 stars!
We didn't find the item we were looking for during this trip (we have an rv so took a chance)but found several other items that we NEEDED and hadn't been able to find. The guys behind the counter were super helpful even fave us ideas as to where we could get what we were looking for. THANK YOU YOUR AWESOMESAUCE
Went in during a rain storm when my windshield wipers suddenly exploded from their arms. Luckily David was there to help me. I'm not a car guy. He was attentive and caring. He got me some new wipers, at a good price and even installed them for me in the rain none the less. I will be back for that alone. Thanks again
Great service and a very knowledgeable staff. They knew what I was looking for as soon as I pulled up. Chains during a bad snow week...they were out of the size I need, but didn't hesitate to recommend some other places. That is great customer service!
Dennis and Chad were super helpful with changing out the bulbs on my headlights. They were very knowledgeable and even showed me how the bulbs they recommended looked on his car. Really high quality help and expertise, and they let me learn it on my own but gladly jumped in whenever I was struggling or needed a hand. This store is great, thank you so much guys!
I came in and asked for help and they didn’t do anything and said call nappa poor customer service. The lady didnt knowledge me . She was having a whole conversation with her employee and not trying to help me. And gave me a paper and said bye. I’m very disappointed . I didn’t like it, so I called the one in port orchard, while I was park in the auto zone in Bremerton and they helped me in 5 minutes and my part is coming in 3 hours to they location and ill have a good car.. I’m disappointed in Bremerton autozone store . Never me again
Excellent customer service! I arrived about a half hour before closing and they didn't hesitate when I asked if they could run a test on my alternator. Found out it was my battery. The car died in the parking lot. They removed the old and installed the new battery for me in the dark. Thank you Harley and Johnny!
The employees here treated me very well. They were helpful and thorough. I will definitely shop here in the future, plus there are usually some good discount codes either for in store or online.
I was told about a "pretty boy" that works there and knows a lot about Japanese cars. I drove 30 minutes to the store just to see if he worked. HE'S A HUGE HELP! If anyone needs help hes the guy to go to. Thanks again Phil!
I shop here for all of my DIY parts. Staff greet me when I walk in the door and are happy to help find it if you cannot on your own. The manager and staff are smiling and If you are a Veteran/Military/First Responder they offer discounts you just have to ask and show ID.
Great staff & free use of a car code reader. My car at the time was having tons of issues. I stopped into this place to ask some quick questions and they gave me a car code reader. As long as you return their code reader within a certain period of time with everything you borrowed they will refund you the entire amount that you paid. Definitely something worth advertising more of, recommend AutoZone. 5/5 stars for this location.
some of the counter staff are very helpful, others act as if you are bothering them by being there. they do have helpful services, but not great selection. also too many car washes during the summer makes parking more of a challenge than needed.
Great store, competitive prices and quality products. It's nice to be able to order a part and get it next day not in 3 days like some other stores. Shout out to manager Dave, he's one of the best parts guys in the area. If Dave can't find it for you, it probably doesn't exist.
The girl who should be having issues with her car and doesn't know much about how to fix it herself Auto Zone is a wonderful place to go when you don't have to just go to a mechanic and son pulled off my rearview mirror went there for under twenty bucks got to get to reattach my mirror when I have problems with my battery to test it for free then put oil in my car for me so I don't have to get my hands dirty get their discount card save money for every purchase just a wonderful experience they send you coupons Hey What Can you say you have an AutoZone in your community
