Been here twice and both times have been awful. Firstly, they are SUPER eager to get your car in for whatever service. They’ll set you up with an advisor and give you very high prices for said service—it’s Kirkland so that part is kind of expected. They also talk crap about other Toyota locations right off the bat. However Both times I’ve brought my car in, it’s been impossible to get an update or even try to come pick up my car! Both advisors that initially helped me and gave me their contact number randomly leave during the day and don’t tell anyone. Putting me in a forever loop of not knowing when I can come get my car, and customer service forwarding me to a voicemail that won’t ever be checked. I got out through this loop 16 times until I told the front desk i just want to pickup my car! Stop forwarding me to a full voice box! On top of that—they constantly send you mail that looks like an emergent unpaid bill only for it to be junk asking you to come in and spend more money. Absolutely DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Went to other Toyota dealers and was so disappointed with their sales managers. Came here on the way home, as we forgot about this dealer. Walked in and it was 100% different experience. Jazz (our salesman) was awesome. We told him of our bad experiences elsewhere and he didn’t play any games. He knew we were tired and was great getting us an excellent first offer. We probably would have done that price, but pushed back and they dropped it another $2k (lower than the lowest on KBB average price for a ‘25 Taco OR). He moved fast to get the paperwork done so we could make it home for the M’s game. In and out in an hour. If you go to a Toyota dealer, go here and ask for Jazz. Could not have asked for a better experience!

We recently bought a Grand Highlander from Toyota of Kirkland through the Costco Auto Program. The whole experience was smooth and fair — the price was transparent, and the sales team helped us locate and deliver the car quickly. Special thanks to Kelly and Elizabeth, who were both very responsive and professional. Even when our license plate took unusually long to arrive, Kelly kept tracking the progress, provided updates, and arranged a temporary plate right away. She also answered all my questions promptly over text. Overall, I’m very satisfied with the purchase and the after-sales service. Would definitely recommend this dealership and their team.

We had an amazing experience at Toyota of Kirkland! Cohen helped us with our new Tundra, and he was — super kind and helpful. His manager, Po, was absolutely fantastic, friendly, professional, and very patient. We’ve purchased cars from BMW and Audi before, but this time was by far the best experience we’ve ever had. The whole process was smooth, transparent, and enjoyable. We truly love our new truck and couldn’t be happier. Highly recommend Cohen, Po, and the Toyota of Kirkland team!

BAD EXPERIENCE….I bought 4 Toyota’s before, Toyota of Kirkland is the worst place to get your Toyota from. First they will screw you over with price, they will manipulate you by a way or another, and you will not even realised that because they practiced that too many times and they know how to calculate number so quick, and that what happened with me when I got my RAV4.They raised the price and the salesman told me that is life time warranty car for the power train and I was happy about that because my intention was not to buy any more car after this car. But when I was doing the first service I found out that my car is under the regular warranty which is 60k miles. After awhile my car needed alignment I made appointment with Toyota of Kirkland and the mechanic told me it will coast you $260 to fix it and I asked him does the warranty cover alignment he said no because it is not the manufacturer issue. I called another Toyota to ask him if the alignment covered under the warranty and the said yes it is cover for the first year. I went back to the mechanic why you said it is not covered and he said because you must be hitted a bump or so and I was like how are you sure like that because I am a slow driver. I asked to talk to his manager and he said yes it is covered. That happened in the first year of buying this car ..I do not know what will happen in next years. Bad experience with Toyota of Kirkland and will not even come here to do my car service .every body work in TOYOTA OF KRIKLAND is trained to manipulate you. No thank you to TOYOTA OF KIRKLAND

The dealership should do a better job of giving time estimates and following through. Some events like child care pickups can't be pushed back because the dealership under estimates how long it'll take them to do something. If they're not sure, the dealership should add in a big time buffer and/or ask the customer if they have a hard cutoff time when they need their vehicle back. If the dealership said they weren't certain that they would be able to get my service done before I needed to go, I would have gladly rescheduled. For what it's worth, my two experiences at Toyota Kirkland haven't been very good and would recommend Michaels Bellevue Toyota instead.

I just picked up a Corolla XSE from here on Saturday. The experience was stellar - from the initial call until pickup. Mobin and Julia both were professional, courteous and extremely resourceful and worked hard to help me find exactly what I wanted. By far and away the smoothest experience I've had buying a new car.

I've been a loyal customer since 2022, but I will not come back here for anything. Took my car yesterday for a regular servicing appointment. After the service there was a huge crack in the windshield, which the service advisor claimed was already there. They threw the signed inspection sheet as evidence. No photos were taken during the inspection and nothing was said about the windshield issue when I was signing my documents. For all I know it could have been tampered with(since there were no before and after photos taken). The service manager and I chatted for a while about this, but he kept saying that his service advisor is really honest and would not do this. Got a call today from the service manager restating the same thing. So basically I am the liar here in other words. Completely unethical. I will never go back here for another service. WORST SERVICE CENTER ever.

After car shopping for a couple months, I felt most comfortable and confident buying a car from Andy, Liz, and Kobe. They were patient and assisted the process to my satisfaction. Andy is an awesome guy as well. I was driving cars with him two months ago, had a great time but was waiting till the right car was available. He followed up many times informing the cars they had come in. I drove cars at other Toyota dealerships and ultimately went back to Kirkland Toyota because Andy was persistent, transparent and a cool guy to make a deal with.

I bought a car from this dealership 20 years ago, and I’m happy to say they’re just as great today—if not better. They’ve recently moved to a larger location, still in the same neighborhood, and continue to provide outstanding service. I came in for a new 2025 RAV4 XLE Hybrid, and Merlin made the entire experience exceptional. He was professional, friendly, and made the process smooth from start to finish. It’s rare to find this level of consistency and care over the years. I highly recommend Merlin and this dealership if you’re in the market for a vehicle. Thank you to the owner for responding to my review so quickly. During the car-buying process, we also enjoyed a delicious chicken sandwich from a nearby restaurant. It happened to be around dinnertime, and my wife and daughter were hungry. Merlin was incredibly kind and helped us order food. The quality of your service is truly unbelievable.

Anayat and Brian did a fantastic job showing me around. From the first visit, they were friendly, knowledgeable, and never pushy. They answered all my questions with patience, walked me through different options, and gave me space to think without pressure. The whole process felt honest and low-stress—something that’s hard to find at dealerships. I highly recommend this dealership. We visited four different Toyota dealerships in the area, and this was by far the best, most organized, transparent, and kind dealership that we dealt with. Every single employee that we interacted with was pleasant and honest. Especially our saleswoman, Liz Foster. I want to share my experience at Toyota of Kirkland from about a year ago to help others be cautious. When I moved to the U.S. without any credit history, I chose this dealership because of its good reputation. I worked with a salesperson who spoke my language, which initially made me feel comfortable. However, instead of guiding me through the process honestly, he convinced me to buy a new Corolla Hybrid with many expensive add-ons and extended warranties that I didn’t fully understand. He added warranties that I wasn’t even aware of, and he never explained that these warranties were optional. He suggested using a family member’s credit to secure the loan and assured me that I could easily transfer the car into my own name after six months, which turned out to be far more complicated and costly. As a newcomer, I didn’t know this and accepted it, hoping that I would be able to transfer the car to my name after six months. But that turned out to be untrue and not possible at all. This entire experience left me with a high 7.99% APR and a much more expensive car than I anticipated. I hope the general manager and other managers at this dealership see my comments and take action. This experience changed my perception of customer service in America, especially with a brand like Toyota. It made me realize that not everything is as it seems, and I want others to be aware and cautious.

We came to Toyota of Kirkland just to check on a new vehicle. Anayat received us at the door, was very patient to listen to what we needed and what we were looking. He helped us find a New Toyota Tacoma that met our needs, he tooked us for a test drive and we loved the vehicle. At his desk Anayat helped us find a good deal that would fit our budget and we walked out with a new vehicle. This is the second car we've purchased from Toyota of Kirkland, and once again, we had an excellent experience! Merlin, our sales consultant, helped us find the perfect car - a 2025 Toyota Corolla LE Hybrid. I had a special request to leave the car indoors with the windows down to help air out the new car smell, and the team kindly accommodated that without any hesitation. Merlin was incredibly patient, professional, and thoughtful throughout the process. One huge plus: Merlin speaks Mandarin, which was a big help since my husband only speaks Mandarin. He helped interpret during the paperwork and made the entire transaction smooth and stress-free. We are very happy with our purchase and would definitely recommend Merlin and the Toyota of Kirkland team to anyone looking for a great car-buying experience!

Highly Recommend Cohen, up front and honest the whole time, no pressure and honest! (my trade sucked ) , test drive was great and he literally knew everything about the Tacoma I was interested in, even thought we did not strike a deal he was upfront about my trade, if I can give any advice it would be to ask for Cohen for a 5 ⭐ experience ! Please don’t buy this Truck I have to convince my wife it’s worth it!!!!

Complaint Regarding Unprofessional Management and Delay in Providing Second Car Key Hello, I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the service I received from Toyota of Kirkland. I purchased a new Toyota RAV4 from your dealership on January 15, 2024, and was told at the time of purchase that I would receive only one key due to a chip shortage. The salesperson informed me that the second key would be provided within a few months, possibly up to six months. Since then, my wife regularly visited the dealership every three months to follow up on the second key. Each time, she was told by the front desk staff that the key was still in progress and that many other customers were also waiting. After 1.5 years, on May 17, 2025, I finally received the second key. Before that, I visited other Toyota dealerships (Puyallup, Renton, and Seattle) to see if this was a common issue. All of them confirmed that they always provide two keys with a new car and had no such delays. When I returned to Toyota of Kirkland, I spoke with a manager named Paul at the front desk. He told me there was no record of my second key in the system but that I could come back on Monday to have the key made. When I asked why I had waited 1.5 years, he simply said, “I don’t know, maybe we lost your key.” I asked for a proper explanation, but he kept repeating, “I don’t know, I didn’t speak with you before.” Paul was dismissive and rude. He never once apologized for the delay or inconvenience. His attitude and lack of accountability were extremely unprofessional and reflect poorly on your dealership’s management and customer service standards. This experience has left me very disappointed.
