Great customer service over the phone and in person. Quick, easy, affordable for someone looking for car parts.

These guys have one of the cleanest and most organized wrecking yards I have ever been to. Also called about parts the day prior and Jeremy (staff member I spoke with over the phone) without my request held the parts for me to drive up the following day. When I came in he let me know that he held them for me despite almost 20 minutes after my call someone else asking about the same parts. This saved me from having to drive 200 miles to the next nearest wrecking yard that had the parts I needed. Can't wait for another excuse to come back to this yard.

Shout out to Luis for being a badass! I went from being totally lost just walking around looking for a high pressure fuel pump..for a Kia none the less..was assured that they had one, so I was pretty confident. Bam! Hi Luis! Who showed us our options, found a car with a motor and went above and beyond to make sure we were able to get it off the car and take it home. Affordable, friendly with such a great staff. This was my first time..tho it’s a normal recommendation in my field..and I will definitely be back and continue to recommend!! Thank you Luis, you saved the day sir!

Inventory isn't that great pricing is rather high. There is one person at the front desk who seems like every day he is having a bad day.he makes you feel like he would rather you not be there. I bought a pioneer car stereo there, and the potentiometer (volume knob) doesn't work. I will update this when I find out if they take care of their customers or stanf behind there stuff

Great place! Called yesterday as they had some rare seats that matched the back seats of my car. They pulled the seats and had them ready for me to pick up today at a pretty fair price. Will return and do some parts hunting. Big thanks to Cameron for being so helpful online.

Best wrecking yard in the area in my opinion (& I know MANY WOULD AGREE!!)🏆🏗⛓️🪝🚍🚙🛢🛞🗜🚘 these guys are helpful, have an organized lot & have such a great selection of vehicles to choose from!! Located in the center of two of the main highways so easy to get to no matter which direction or part of town coming from. Only $1.50 to get in I believe. The whole yard is filled with every kind of vehicle u may need, great assortment at any given time. You bring ur own tools..& be prepared to get pullin'..tell them what make/model you need parts from & they will let u grab all the parts from vehicles yourself! Bring a Flashlight or a Headlamp (even better)! Parts are good priced pretty fair & they even might cut u a deal if you are getting a lot! (But can't promise anything) they even guarantee the parts for you & give the ability to bring back/exchange them if parts are broken! Great hours & parking right out front of the property along both sides of the road so no matter what you won't have too far of a walk. Two male operators driving a company truck Monday 3/18 1230pm headerd west through and up on s 277th. C91929z. First driver wasn’t paying attention , ran a red from a stop, then at the next light ran a red flying through the intersection, then went speeding up the hill. Won’t be doing business with a company that is so lax with training their drivers on safety , or the lack there of, with company property.

if i can give half a star i would. terrible customer service. called from out of state to buy a part and arrange third party shipping and the guy that answered the phone did not want to give me measurements for the part so i can give the shipping company. terrible custom service.

After a local tire shop stole my tires rims I went to their tire shop and they replaced both my tires rims and install it to my car at reasonable price. They were also quick the whole thing took less than half hour. Thank you

Very poor customer service, I asked the model of a transmision in a bronco they advertised (it could be one of two), they didnt know and was "too busy" to go look, but they wanted me to drive there and ask in person.

First time ever to a junk yard. Showed up 20 mins before closing. Was afraid id be told I didn't have enough time or something but the dude behind the counter "Cameron" was more then awesome and helpful. Way more friendly then the whoever answers the phone is that's fursure. He explained clearly exactly where to find what I was there for and seemed as happy as I was when I came back with the part right as they were closing. Ontop if it the guy even gave me a discount and let me have a steering wheel cover I found for free! Flipping score I'll definitely be back in the near future for my jeeps grill and to tell management to give the guy a raise! That's how good customer service should always be. Thanks alot Cameron !

Cheap. Won't give you top dollar for any vehicle. Call pick n pull first, you won't regret it. Most of these drivers are unhealthy....

Asked part for my car. They said I need to remove it myself which is fine. I asked the price they give me $75 which it sells in Amozon brand new $26. If I buy higher quality max $40. Why should I spend time to remove old part pay 3x more then brand new? I asked them if they check the price for new item before pricing theirs of course very rude answer. Greedy people. Check your parts somewhere else before buying from them

Claimed they can't tow vehicles unless they have the title. Registration isn't enough. I thought they were new but the lady said she'd worked there for years. Edit: You've towed multiple of my vehicles in the past and never needed a title before. Only an idiot would leave their title in the car so anybody could just steal the car and title at the same time. It's ridiculous to expect broken down cars on the highway to have the title with them. Anyone financed doesn't even have a title or affidavit in lieu of title. Registration should be enough for a tow.

Called and the lady that answered was extremely rude and hung up on me twice and refused to let me talk to a manager I am a certified mechanic and try to find a cheaper price to work on cars I run Neat ‘N Compete Auto Care, I do not recommend this company they are very rude, unprofessional and unexperienced

Known James and Gary for many years. Great people and great prices. Yard is clean, and will always be my first call for used auto parts. I run a shop in town and it is important to have great and fast service for me.

I went in looking for glass for a 2016 Mazda SUV. The people at the front desk were helpful and I found the glass needed. I forgot my glasses and went back and thankfully the person driving the forklift Luis, found them and kept them in a safe place until I got em back. People and the service are great.

Called on Monday and spoke with Cameron, who told me that he would call me back, and he didn’t ( it was regarding pulling a sunroof for me to come and pick up). I call back on Thursday and speak with a guy who tells me he’s going to figure it out and put me on a five minute hold and then another guy named James five minutes later picks up and says hey how can I help you so I explain my situation to him again and ask why is he trying to help me when I was holding for another guy? He proceeds to put me on another hold and then gets me to Cameron. I then proceeded to speak with Cameron who tells me we’re not pulling anything for you. If you want it, you can come pull it yourself. Keep in mind I also called this company on Tuesday and on Wednesday with no response. I don’t think it needs to be this hard to tell me you don’t want to sell parts. In summarize this company is a mess. Don’t tell me things that aren’t true and that you’re not going to do multiple times.

Skinny old man is very disrespectful!!! Wouldn’t let us buy the part we need unless we spend more money.

Tried to order a part, was quoted <$50 for shipping, they told me for 3 days (Thursday afternoon - Tuesday afternoon, they are open on Saturdays) that they would update me on when the item would be packed and shipped within no more than a couple hours, but that didn't happen so I had to call back the following days throughout that period. On the final day, I was told that shipping would be $150. Prior to this, I had suggested disassembling the part to reduce the dimensions by >30% to save on shipping cost - I did this only to help him save money, and didn't ask for anything in return (the dimensions cited below by the company are inaccurate). Furthermore, I was asked for an additional $50 for removing the part from the car, which they had not mentioned in their pricing. This spoiled my plans, wasted a lot of my time, and ended costing me a lot of money despite finding the part cheaper elsewhere.

Called and emailed before driving 2 hours with a newborn. Received inconsistent conflicting information in response. Drive up here just to be told it was too much work for them to remove the part so they won’t do it and they’re sorry, they were supposed to call me and let me know but didn’t. Standing at their front door and there is people in their parking lot smoking drugs off tinfoil and blowing their smoking in my infants and mines direction while laughing about it. Disgusting service and disgusting customers. Won’t be doing business here again!

Binford is excellent! Cameron was so incredibly helpful and kind, both on the phone and in person. Cameron patiently answered all of my questions and helped me find what I needed. I would absolutely recommend Binford for finding parts quickly and great customer service.

Amazing place to find parts for your vehicle. Lots of inventory, super friendly and helpful staff! Found engine for my Kia optima, happy to revive my car! Special thanks to Beatriz, she was so helpful and kind! Definitely recommend 👍🏻
