First off I’ve been here and a loyal customer for over 10 years never had an issue in the past they’ve recently gotten top flight security I asked at front counter I was coming in the yard for a pig tail James agreed said no worries you know where the certain vehicle is at I proceed and grab my part and top flight security questions to why I have wire snipers I told him I asked at front desk that I was here for a pig tail and they agreed and he instantly started acting out of character and asked for the part back I said radio the front desk if you don’t believe me and he insisted that I was wrong won’t be back there for a while hopefully things change around there

Management is a joke he is stuck on himself and over charges for used parts. He's Rude and obnoxious when he talks to customers and belittles them and just dont care at all. I hope it starts getting better again soon.

This place is amazing! Acres of cars ready to be picked apart. Constantly changing inventory. New inventory coming in weekly, batteries, and random stuff on sale as well. Knowledgeable staff on site ready to help you find what you need.

I went to look at a 2003 Lexus GX470 engine listed on Car-Part.com with “138k miles” for $1300 (Stock #301853). When I ran a Carfax, it showed the engine already had 200k miles back in 2021—so it’s very likely much higher today. I showed the Carfax to the guy at the counter, but he just said, “We can only go off what’s in the car.” They’re still listing this same engine as having 138k miles, even though the history clearly shows otherwise. Save yourself the headache and avoid Stock #301853. At best, the mileage is inaccurate; at worst, it’s deliberately misleading!!!

This place is wild. Their prices were the same as new from the dealer on one part, and the same or more expensive as online for 2 other parts I needed. There was also another customer getting scolded for wanting to use his credit card. I’ve been getting decent prices here for years. Times sure do change. Now I know.

This was an interesting experience! I used to go to the junkyards with my father. When I was young. Back then, these were large broad fields full of wrecked cars. You could go in, pull anything off.Come back and they'd price it, and you'd pay. Benford, auto wrecking has a little bit different system, but similar to what I was used to as a youth. You still go in with your tools. But they need to inspect your toolcart before you go in. This place has cars on racks. They are stacked four and five car racks high. So if the vehicle that you want to pull apart from is up on a rack, you have to commit to taking parts off of it before they'll take it down. Luckily, for me, the car I wanted to pull a taillight off of was on the bottom rack, and I was able to easily get access to it.

Always pull through when you need them! Thread who gets your car paperwork is a gem, the tire sales cashier is also a gem. And the owners are pretty darn good people. All around great business!

my review is based on what i explained by a particular worker who is Mexican. This guy tried to embarrass me calling me a LIAR after agreeing with him on headlight of Lexus es350. We agreed on $220 for both headlights which he started his price $257. I got only 1 headlight which was clear and went back to pay, he was busy so I spoke to this slim old man who assisted me by paying. He asked what was the final price agreed on and I told him 220 for both but I hot only driver's side and 2 other stuffs. He was like that shouldn't be the price so he asked this Racist Mexican guy. This Mexican guy didn't want to admit about the price we agreed on and started calling me a liar infront of all the people and I assume he profiled me because I was the only black person among them. I was so furious cos I felt so embarrassed like am trying to cheat on them with the price we agreed on. The old slim guy charged me $150 for the headlights and I paid out of anger but later I realized I have been duped by paying more than what I was to pay cos if even we agreed on paying $257 as he mentioned half of that is not $150 but rather $125+. I wont recommend anyone black person to go to this yard if you wants to build your car look somewhere else cos they will PROFILE you. Am not going back there again

If you’re expecting hugs, rainbows, and fairy dust at Binford Auto Wrecking, turn that jalopy around, chief. This ain’t a lemonade stand — it’s a fortress built from fenders and steel, guarded by a staff sharper than a katana and twice as fast on the verbal draw. Yeah, the staff is mean. Mean like a junkyard dog with a law degree. But guess what? They have to be. They’re not there to coddle lost souls and bug-eyed weirdos — they’re there to keep the lot clean, the chaos low, and the actual car hunters focused. Try pulling some wacko nonsense here, and you’ll be spun around faster than a lug nut on race day. Inside? Clean and organized like a general’s war room. A treasure chest of used parts, all laid out so even a half-awake grease monkey can find a bumper without needing a GPS and a prayer. Prices? Little high, sure — but you're paying for sanity, safety, and access to a solid fleet of newer vehicles that aren’t rotted to holy hell. Moral of the story: If you walk in like a warrior with a purpose, you’ll leave with the parts you need and your pride intact. If you walk in like a clown… well, Binford don’t do circuses.

Shout out to Ronnie and his co-worker for helping & assisting with finding some car parts! Me & my old man was looking for some car parts for a 2014 Ford Escape SE & Ronnie was there provided great customer service & helped with pulling out the parts we needed. We had to come back multiple times & the service was great every time. Great place for used parts. Have been going there for years and still will. Thank you Ronnie for the great customer service experience.

I was looking for a passenger side window after a smash and grab. I saw that they had one on Car-Part.com. I called and spoke with Adam to confirm they had the part. I arrived a few minutes before they closed. Adam and a couple of other employees came out and helped me get the part before they closed. They were all super helpful. Made my day! Thanks for the great customer service.

i would like to make a complaint about a specific employee that works here that goes by the name of "James" i believe yeah very unprofessional and unsympathetic to his customers. I went there to get some rubber gaskets for the oil cooler in my van, which btw is a necessity in order for me to drive my van. So I tell him what I'm looking for and instead of asking me the only questions that he's supposed like what year, make, and model he proceeds to ask this stupid question "why would you want used rubber gaskets?" Which yes i agree best thing to do would be to just buy brand new ones but unfortunately I have a budget I'm working with and cant afford to go buy brand new ones now if I was able to we wouldn't be having this conversation now would we? I even stressed to him how important it was for me to get those gaskets my van was broke down on the side of the road and I couldn't afford to have it towed so getting the gaskets from binfords was my only option. So what did he do? Continued to be a bully and give me hard time asking the same stupid question after I already told him why and then kept saying "go to the auto part store" never giving me a legitimate reason for why he wouldn't allow me to go get the parts I needed. This whole conversation was also in front of his other coworkers and other customers which I felt embarrassed for him because of how childish and unprofessional he was acting so I just walked out and will never go back to binfords wrecking yard as long as that guy is working their.

Don't bother coming here if you're looking for smaller parts. I came in to get a replacement door check, a couple interior trim pieces, and some other bits off a car, but got told that I couldn't buy the smaller pieces alone and had to buy the entire door. They even told me "I don't want to sell you just a few trim pieces" and explicitly asked "what's the most expensive thing you're going to buy?". They act like they're selling you gold off a goose's egg. Also, if your car is on the racks in the back, they'll get pissed if you don't buy something expensive. Before I left, one of them made it clear that if I wasn't buying something expensive next time, they wouldn't even pull the car off the rack to let me buy a part. The staff seemed like they didn't want me there if I wasn't in to spend hundreds. Prices weren't that great either, I found some parts cheaper for sale on ebay, shipping included. If you're looking for smaller parts just go to ebay unless you want to put up with their "you aren't buying enough" attitude.

I actually I went here with a friend who was looking for parts for his vehicle and it was very cheap. Good and fast customer care and service. I recommend this place to all looking for parts. They have a wide variety of vehicles to pick parts from. Enjoy!!!

I love this place. Had a starter break on my 2008 Lincoln MKZ and didn't have a lot to spend on another one. They had a fully functional easy to use website to see they had a 2010 Ford Fusion in stock with the same starter for only $50. I went there and was made aware I'm supposed to have a car brought down off a shelf and have tools to take it out and had no idea this was how this worked at all being new to fixing cars but getting good pretty fast. Someone helped me out and we got the thing out. The cashier said that will be $38. I was a happy guy, even lower than the price online. The Rebuilder wanted $115 to fix the same thing I got for $38 here, and I will be coming back for any more parts that break down. Wondering if you got the wiring for the Alternator to the engine but not sure what that's called.

Good place for parts usually good selection of European cars. However, the staff is the problem at this place. Let’s start with the office. Cameron and Beatriz are both friendly and easy to deal with. Then there is James. James is an absolute pain to deal with. He has never once been in even an OK mood. He is always mad at the world and rude. I have never seen bigger black bags under someone’s eyes in my life. He tried to ban me awhile back because I brought up headlight lenses to purchase and he told me I destroyed parts in “his” yard and I now HAVE to pay $150/ea for the lenses because they are destroyed now AND I will still be banned because of this. I laughed and told him he is crazy and I’m not paying for a damn thing. Now for the forklift driver. He is constantly breathing down my neck and keeps checking up on me over and over to tell me I can’t pull this part or that part. If I want the tail lights I have to buy the whole trunk lid. If I want the door panel, I have to buy the whole door. And if i even tried to look at parts on a different car in the area that was different from the one I said I needed parts from, I would be denied and lectured. I think they have a different forklift driver now who is much easier to deal with. Now for their best employee. The “security” guard that sits in the birds nest in the sky spying on everyone and probably touching himself as well. That’s the younger “security” guy. The older one that thinks he is in the hells angels or something , is NUTS! he came down screaming at me saying I can’t work on my car there, so I said “okay, no problem, I did not know.” And this guy is still screaming and swearing and even threatened me saying he was going to kick my ass and remove me with force if I’m not gone in 2 minutes!!! And told me he can do anything he wants. Absolutely speechless by all of the workers! I go there for parts but don’t appreciate how the employees always act. 2 stars for the parts and yard. But overall is a 0. Buyer beware!!!

We use this company often. The staff was great to me every time I went to pull a part. They have tools for everyone to use on a honor system. When we order parts for delivery the drivers are very polite. We will continue using them for the foreseeable future. Oh and the yard is cleaner then some places I been. Tony from the autoglass shop.

I used to come here all the time and everything used to be reasonably priced, but in the last few months I’ve noticed they are charging you the same if not even more for the same brand new parts you can find online. ( kind of explains why the place used to be supper busy back than more than now,) and regular costumers are catching on I would guess so last few times I was there it’s been empty with costumers. Also the front desk people get offended every time time you show them how much the part actually costs brand new. And I feel like they price things based on how they’re feeling that day , I got 2 different prices for the same bumper on two different days, on the first day I asked the old man about it he told me A price and went home got some tools, and came back the next day to actually get it , the young guy basically almost doubled the price and even argued with me about it. I would just say buy your parts brand new, at this place they sell them almost for the same price. And you won’t have to remove them yourself

Great place! Called yesterday as they had some rare seats that matched the back seats of my car. They pulled the seats and had them ready for me to pick up today at a pretty fair price. Will return and do some parts hunting. Big thanks to Cameron for being so helpful online.
