Always nice and helpful when I call and always have my hard to find small wheels. Staff is quick to help when you arrive and pretty cheap, I always tip them.

Sold me a motor then dropped it when bringing it out to me and I finally got time off from work to get my motor swap done and low and behold they sold me a junk motor and refuse to refund me. I wouldnt recommend them at all I'd say got a wreking yard that cares about their customers.

I come every saturday and have really come to appreciate my experience at this yard. The staff is super friendly,very knowledgeable.and the prices are often times half or better what other yards charge. Good assortment of cars,not so much vintage stuff but there are rare exceptions. One of the best yards i go to. Have James or Cameron help you if you want exceptional service and a great experience. They even have a security guard (whos cool as hell) patrol the lot so cars dont get messed with. Why would u go anywhere else?

Really clean decent yard with helpful staff and good inventory. The prices are a bit on the steeper side but not as bad as alot of places nowadays. Will be going back for sure

This is a great place. I have a lot of fun every time I come there. As long as you are respectful, you will get that that respect back from the employees. The counter guys are very helpful and very fair on prices. They always are willing to help you out in any way they can, whether it be loaning out tools or directing you through the yard to get to the car you need parts for. I love these guys, they are like family to me. And I hear Mom's seem to really love these guys, so you should too!

The employees here are all walking around with some kind of chip on their shoulder. Its really off putting. Although there is ample amount of staff to help you if you feel like burdening one with a question or two. However the yard is clean and they do have a fairly large selection.

I really wanted to like working with this company but they just couldn't get it together. Friendly communication leading up to the day they were to pick up my car. I made a request to have it picked up a certain time so that I could take off work and be there to make sure everything went smoothly. I called to confirm that everything was set on the day to go well and got confirmation we were all set. After an hour and half into waiting, I call to confirm they are coming and they assure me they are. After waiting around for 3 hours for the pick-up, they called me to tell me they weren't coming - they don't come to Seattle in the evenings. That's a fine policy, I can understand it, but after 3 calls to confirm everything was ready to go, that's unacceptable. Pickup was arranged then for the following morning where they were still 20 minutes later than stated. 2 stars since when they did pick it up it was a smooth process and they were gentle enough to save my dollies that the shell was resting on.

Called to inquire about a part, was told they had it. When I got there, turned out they didn't have it. Wasted my time and gas. Went to Black Diamond Auto Wrecking the following week after I called them first. They had the part and it was smooth sailing.

Went to the tire shop there, got a used rim to replace a bent one, then went and got new tires at Firestone, the tire kept leaking air went back to Firestone 5 times, they couldn't figure it out, 6th time they put a new tire on, still leaked, lost confidence in Firestone, took it to big O to try and figure out the problem, they said rim was corroded around valve stem area where air was leaking, so I called Binford tire shop where I bought the rim, the guy said bring it down, it was the end if the day there were busy, I waited patiently, then one of the guys came over, I showed him the results from big O and showed him my receipt, he had my car jacked up and tire off into dunk bin to confirm the leak from the rim, took it in to the garage had it fixed checked it and back on my car, no questions asked and fast, week later no leak! Great customer service and they work fast. Thanks guys.

Binford Auto is always a good time to visit. The workers (most of them) are cool and prices are reasonable. And I will be going there tomorrow so yes I love going there I enjoy it very much so.

No consisteny in pricing. Half the time it feels like they are making it up on the spot. Expected to pay 90% of the price of a brand new item for a piece I just took an 30 min disassembling, when I voiced my opinion, he didnt want to bargain, took the part, threw my money back at me and refused service. No customer service skills at all. There are better options for cars and people just down the road from them.

I would recommend Budget Auto Wrecking to everyone who is looking to sell their junk car. They offered more money than any other companies I called to. Their service is quick and professional. I brought my car to them and all was done within 10 min. I had a very hard day and their service made me believe that good courteous service exists in this world.

I bought a battery it was the wrong battery. We tried returning it 2 days later because we didn't even need a battery and they would not give me a refund. I am a single mom and really could have used that money to feed my kids. My advice.... Do not buy anything there unless you are positive it will fit or you need it. My suggestion to the company. Better business would to be give refunds even if its like same day or a couple days. Its just a good way of doing business and keeping your customers happy.

I have been to many wrecking yards over the years; this one is among the nicest of them. The yard is clean and organized and at least the area i was in is paved. The prices are fair and the staf is friendly.

Extremely clean and very well organized compared to Pick n Pull. This yard is great, prices are very reasonable and fair. Most of the yard is paved concrete, making visibility and safety much more fluid.

There customer service sucked they act as if they could careless not to mention judgmental as hell. The funny thing is I agree with the other reviews about them not sticking to their hours. There was at least 15 min left til closing and they waited for my fiance to walk up to them closer before shaking their head and saying they were closing. If you don't want people keeping you til closing time you should have enough common sense to say no services after a certain time instead of wasting potential customers time. Especially if you guys are going to say one thing on the phone and contradict it when they are there face to face. Don't waste your time here there's much better junkyard choices not far from here that are helpful, respectful and oh I don't know actually stay open the hours they say they will. Besides got quotes from other places and you can definitely get better prices elsewhere.

Well organized and very clean yard , fair pricing and great staff and hours of operation .

bought a transmission, put it in my car, didn't work. wanted my money back but they only do store credit since they didn't have another one. but the guy had verbally told me, if it doesn't work, bring it back and we'll give you your money back. little man had the nerve to tell me that i messed up the transmission to get my money back. that makes no sense. after an hr of arguing he gave my money back and told not to come back ever again. i'm totally fine with that. F- on service. went here occasionally when i was younger, service sucked. several years later. service still sucks. only thing good about this place is that the cars are actually organized very well. wear eye protection and maybe a hard hat n gloves while searching through though. and tires n rims are almost worth dealing with the shitty service. would not recommend this place unless you're buying small random things for your car. plastic trim/door knob/etc. but even then. you've been warned

They've done it again I've been going to the Budget yards for years now and they've always been fair and reasonable on pricing. Today was the first time I've been to the tire shop and they saved my ass. I called and asked if they had two tires and the guy says ya I can do it for 80 bucks out the door. For those who don't know this is an awesome price. I get there and of course have to wait a minute cause it's a tire shop and they're busy doing work like normal people. But after a bit one of the gentlemen addresses me and says come check out what we have in your size. I'm thinking cool at least I get to check them out before I give up any dough. He showed me a couple different pairs of varying qualities and prices and I chose a very decent pair that ended up being 20 bucks less than quoted simply amazing. Then while installing them the guy doing it say hey one of your wheels is damaged and I knew it was a little bit cause my girl hit a curb to avoid a serious accident but I thought it was just the lip cause the shop it went to didn't replace it. Well my new friend there threw it on the balancer and the wheel was wobbling like a weeble and he immediately quoted me 20 bucks for a new steelie. So in all I still only paid as my as they quoted me on the phone but not only did I get two great condition BF Goodrich tires for $60 installed but they also did me a huge favor by bringing the wheel problem to my attention and helping me solve it immediately for a fair price. So like I said they've done in again and that is why I go there. These people are America support them.

Called to see if they had what I needed guy told me he couldn't go out in the yard. Drove over 11 miles one way to find out that they didn't have what I was looking for.. to add salt to the wound I watched the same guy making multiple trips in the yard whilst I was there. Just my luck I guess. The yard was really organized though.

Daniel mounted and balanced tires I had brought, switching them from loose trims to my vehicle. He was kind, helpful and funny. He was patient when asked questions, even when an older gentleman asked the SAME question several different times. He was the epitome of awesomeness, and I was glad to have had him service my tires. As a bonus, a bald eagle was flying overhead...

I have been buying parts here for years, never had an issue. Customer service is just like at any other scrap yard. The negative reviews here are ridiculous, if you have ever gone to a scrap yard and got parts, this experience is exactly the same. I was laughing so much at the other reviews here I had to write one from someone who actually builds and works on their own stuff. These guys have not done me wrong I have always got my parts at a decent price with decent customer service. This is a junk yard not Macys, if you are expecting white gloves and tuxedos you should go somewhere else, If yu want good used parts for a good price go here.

I told them I had two pre 1980 and a later mdl vichels they said they would pay 300.00 per vec. Only taking one being over 2.5 hours late on the return only to decline the older vec as they did not have cat's They should be aware that pre 1984 vec were not manufactured with cat converters. Could have saved everyone a lot of time.

Budget Auto Wrecking is a place that you can feel comfortable to go get a piece or whatever you're working on with cars bands not truck this is a car lot only they got good quality used tires that you can really save some money on radiators there's even people that will pull a part for you if you're not able to it's world's wheelchair accessible elevator up elevator down all entries have to go upstairs to the office sign the register no cover charge they'll tell you where your car is that you're looking for the part 2 you can see me downstairs and out to the lot on your own watch out for the forklifts and trucks coming in and out let's have a safe day
