I DEFINITELY RECOMMEND GOING HERE!! Although they unfortunately didn't have the part I needed, one of the employees wrote down a partner wrecking yard that DID have the part I was looking for. Shout out to Luis for being so kind an escorting me thru the yard to search for another part for my truck! Thanks! I WILL BE RETURNING SOON! (:

The guys at the tire repair are great, fixed my flats really fast and it didn’t cost much. They also had a nice selection of used tires for low prices. When I went and need to replace a couple, I found a match set, that had about 95% tread left and it coast 1/3 the price, if night new. Never used the wrecking yard, so I cannot speak to that.

I have never gotten parts from these folks, but I have bought tires from them a couple times and I have been extremely happy with their service. I was short on money one time but needed tires and the guy held the tires for me until I had the cash. When I have gone into the parts section to use the restroom, the people in there seemed friendly enough. It is a junk yard, so I don't expect the same type of etiquette I might get from going to Nordstrom, and the language is a little rough, but I have been nothing but happy from my experience with them... and I would, and have, recommend them to other people.

It's a junk yard expect the employees to be abrasive with the line of work they do and the type of people they deal with everyday. That being said as long as you Are courteous the employees won't be so abrasive and wouldn't mind asking a few questions about what parts you would need to replace to solve issues on your vehicle and if the vehicles you need to remove parts from ain't at there location they can give a print out of the locations of the partnered wreaking yards they work with that does have the vehicles including the parts in questioned and the prices or phone numbers to find out the prices.

These are my go-to guys for tires, rims, and any other spare parts that you can find. People are super friendly and very helpful too. If you need something call them to see if they have that year make model of vehicle you have and if they do bring your tools and Go find yourself a bargain.

Good prices, they allow you to pull your own parts, open to offers. Under new ownership, so the name is changing. Inventory database accuracy might be a little off due to the merging of systems.

Terrible customer service. The know-it-all behind the counter treated me like an idiot because their website hasn't been updated in months. Then proceeded to mock a customer who spoke broken English, but did nothing to deserve the treatment the sea cow behind the counter gave him, then wouldn't even let the guy into the yard to explain what he was looking for. How this place has stayed in business is beyond me. Must be a lot of desperate people looking for car parts. Biggest waste of time you could possibly spend looking for automotive parts.

Cons: Overpriced, had to call them just to find the status on my car part retrieval, when I gave them my number and they told me they would call. Also, they gave me misinformation the first time I called, telling me the price of the part and then it would be out of the car the next day. I then call the next day and they said I had to pay for the item first before retrieval. Pros: Great selection.

Most of the parts are almost the same price as new. I called for a radiator fan and I was told $60. When new one at the auto part store is $69. The price are just to high I don't think I will be going back.

Very rude guy works here. Hes also a complete moron. Prices are cheaper new or any other yard. Delt with a woman here who was nice and reasonable on price. Overall terrible junkyard though I wouldnt recommend wasting your time.

Recently bought out by binford metals, whom I deem excellent in terms of pricing and availability, assuming you know what your looking for. Unfortunately Binford chose to retain the original AAA staff and they suck.If you enter this place you will know what im referring too.

These guys have a serious problem with the pricing. Just as another reveiwer stated they pretend to "sort of" work out a deal and "sort of" give you a better price. Yeah, right. $200 for a fender which is not even my color. Take a leak. I'd pay you $200 for the fender if it was from a Ferrari or Mercedes McLaren. Not from a cheap car that I can buy the whole car for $300. Every time I request a quote for a part I get scared off. Not realistic at all. As everybody stated here for that price you can buy the part brand new shipped. Their neighbor Budget aren't any better. Schmucks . Occasionaly Budget gives good prices, once in a blue moon, at AAA you are out of luck.

I never will bring my business to this place they have this guy that is really rude he was yelling to a co-worker he was telling get out on my face I'm not going to work to 8 o'clock all he was talking is about he dont want to work late I was there for 5 minutes waiting for him. we as a customer we don't care if they need to work late we don't need to be listen to stupid s*** we go there because we need our part for our cars and then my wife call my phone my phone ring 1 time and this guy told me that I need to call the building this is f****** b******* this mother f***** need to be fire. The owner should do a secret shopping so you can see the reality what we go through when we go to this place customer service is socks on this place you happened to me many times and I never ever ever go back to this place

BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE AND CHARGE TO MUCH $$$. I went in there today after work, the guy at the front desk was not only rude, he quoted me $300 higher than any other wrecking yard near by (including the 2 located next door to them) for an used Honda Engine. Then when I called an hour later I was quoted the same $100 less over the phone... FOR THE SAME ENGINE! So over the phone was quoted $450, in person $550, everywhere else was $300-350. RIP OFF!!! I used to go here all the time back in 2000-2003, however never again.

VERY helpful information as well as extremely friendly customer service! They gave me information that literally NO shop has given me on how to find parts for my vehicle! Gave me websites & other helpful information on how to find the part I needed! Thank You!

Nice and clean facility but of the some prices are way to high, 100$ for a plastic grill its like they shop eBay prices I give them 3 star for it being clean and organized

I've had a little time to wander through their yard picking up little pieces for cars I'm working on was a very wonderful experience their prices were Fair I will keep coming back thank you guys Edwin

Even though they did'my have what i needed in the yard the Tire Shop has a great selection of rubber replacement and or rim / wheel options.

******BUYER BEWARE**** This is the absolute worst company to work with in the world. They have 0 respect for anyone what so ever. I will NEVER EVER purchase a single part from them again. I cannot not believe that they are still in business. Bunch of crooks and frauds. Don't be shocked if you purchase something from them and it's bad don't expect them to work with you. *******BUYER BEWARE******

They don’t answer phone calls and when they answer they put u on hold and hang up on you, tried many times tho

The worst place, there is this guy there that i would fire on the spot. He talks very slow and is very unfriendly. I would have bought parts from this place and they have my parts but the customer service is soo terrible that i wonder where they find these guys..

Worst wrecking yard I've been to. They make their prices up and their customer service sucks. They have no respect for their customers what so ever. I feel like just buying a new part then to deal with them in person.

If you want to know whats its like to be raised with no manners and have a a horrible sense of customer service, I highly recommend this place. Rude employees and overpriced junk.

Never in my life have i been talked to so... disrepectfully, i asked a simple question he beat the heck out of the bush told me to get up drive down their and check for my self he no longer wanted to i said " sir im not trying to have an attude but can you please explain the differance to me" he said " iv been doing this for 20 somthing years i know what im talking about" raising his voice i asked for a manager he said" thats me what do you got" it was the same person iv been down there one time before this there was an older gentalman vry helpful very nice but this "manager" should be fired!

Terrible people, terrible manners and horrible customer service. All the workers in the main office act like you're inconveniencing them by being there. And they've told me they don't have certain parts that I'll find on my own once I walk out there. Seems like a very unhealthy work environment for the employees.
