  Recently started using their reman Allison transmissions and steering gears. Everything has been perfect. The products have come with necessary hardware, sensors etc, well packaged have come with an installation manual and support after the sale. Highly recommend them.

  This company does not stand behind the product they sell. We had replaced a clutch using one they sold us. They first sent out the wrong part. after 2 days of arguing with them on the phone, the office guys found they grabbed the wrong one off the shelf. after doing the job for the second time they sent us the correct part however, it lasted less then 2 months, and 24,000 miles. They said they would have to send it off to the company they got the product from that refused to warranty the clutch. after terrible customer service and a month of run around, they refused to warranty the product they sold. I will never use this company nor recommend them to anyone else.
