Worst place they never told me there WAS A 400 Dollar fee if we knew we woulda took it too my uncles ranch the same day they only said 100 a day.. what the hell if you have a place too take it too please take it same day

Best, most reliable, timely and capable tow service you're likely to find anywhere. Great for roadside rescue, but also my go-to service for specialty vehicles and classic cars - where extra care, quality and attention to detail really count. Jason, in particular, is a top-tier professional.

Great people and were extremely helpful. There was a motorcycle accident, and, while my friend was at the hospital, they arrived quickly and towed our bikes back safely. They definitely have experience towing motorcycles, which is so important! The driver was great and I’m very appreciative of their service.

We got stuck on Crystal Mountain in deep snow, and weren't able to dig ourselves out. We had no cell reception, but we were able to call 911. They called Fred's Towing at 10pm, and they drove 1.5hrs up the mountain to pull us out so we didn't have to sleep overnight in our truck in freezing temperatures. We're very thankful they helped us!

### 1-Star Review for Fred's Towing I had an extremely negative experience with Fred's Towing that I feel compelled to share. Following a difficult personal time—my mother had just passed away—I discovered they had towed my vehicle. When I went to retrieve my car, they demanded $810 for its release. Despite explaining my situation and requesting some compassion given the circumstances, the staff remained completely unsympathetic and inflexible. Their customer service was unprofessional throughout the entire ordeal. Worse yet, after finally getting my vehicle back, it wouldn't even start properly. The car was working fine before they took it, and now I'm faced with additional repair costs on top of their already excessive towing fee. Not once did anyone at Fred's Towing show any understanding or professional courtesy during this difficult time in my life. I would strongly caution anyone against using their services based on their lack of professionalism, excessive fees, and the condition in which they returned my vehicle.

Dead truck needed to get to the shop. Tim showed up at my house and helped me get my truck down my tricky driveway, and then loaded it up and took it to the shop. My compliments on the professionalism of the business.

I cannot praise enough about this company. I was stuck on the side of the road on Forest Road 70 in the mountains. They came up in the snow with frozen roads and pulled me out. The driver was professional and knew exactly what he was doing. I would highly recommend this company to anybody.

Great staff and very knowledgeable about the inventory. Helped me rebuild a front end ford explorer and found me the wheel I couldn't went way over and beyond. THANKS GUYS..

Thank you for saving us today!! My truck died on the hill above Argus Ranch (curvy, blind corners, hilly). I had a horse in the trailer behind me and it look a village to get everything home safely. Fred’s got a rig headed our way FAST and Jason did an amazing job loading the truck and getting it where it needed to be. Everyone was so calm and friendly, even though I was panicking. I appreciate Fred’s and Jason so much, thanks for saving the day!

PSA‼️ be very careful buying stuff from Fred’s towing service in enumclaw !! I bought some seats for my vehicle from them . Get the seats home and begin to clean them off and reach in the back pocket of a seat to clean it out and almost got stabbed by a USED NEEDLE THAT WAS FULL OF SUBSTANCE! Called them immediately and told them and the boss said “yea my guys found a lot of needles in the car those came from” . THEY DID NOT NOTIFY ME OF THIS BEFORE PURCHASE and these seats were also loaded into the minivan for transport that my kids were also in at the time ! THE WORKERS HELPED LOAD THE SEATS UP! Very unacceptable and just wanna give a heads up to anyone looking to do business with them . Side note : the authorities were notified and the used needle was disposed of properly .

Jason from Fred’s rescued us and couldn’t have been more awesome. He arrived right on time, only 45 minutes after our call. He double checked that we had a plan for after the tow (a place to stay and a way to get there) and then looked at the tire puncture and said it could be fixed right there. He taught us how to fix it, saving us from needing the tow at all (and a hotel night, and the repair or replacement bill). He escorted us back to Enumclaw to make sure everything was fine, and we made it back home that night. Thank you so much, Jason and Fred’s Towing!

Speedy help provided, while stranded on the mountain. Tow truck driver was extremely friendly. He also gave us a narrated tour as he towed us back to town.

My boyfriend and I were almost out of gas at the top of crystal mountain. We called for gas to be delivered. The guy on the phone quoted us $450 plus tax to deliver gas, but suggested we use what gas we had left in the car to coast down the mountain and if we ran out to call back and they’d bring the gas to us and the closer we were the cheaper it would be. We coasted down the mountain and were able to just barely make it to a gas station saving $450+. Thankful this company didn’t take advantage of us being stranded at the top of the mountain and gave decent advice.

Jason was amazing and super helpful when we needed our car towed. He went above and beyond to offer us advice and support and got our car where it needed to go.

It's a wrecking yard what would you imagine a wrecking yard being rated as? For me it looks like a wrecking yard and the workers customer service was lacking at most. So it gets one star because it is a wrecking yard and because they said they provided one service when I spoke to them on the phone but when I got there they don't provide said services and still had to pay full price. I recommend going to Black Diamond Auto Wrecking for all your auto wrecking needs. Awesome customer service and cheaper overall.

Fred's was absolutely great to me and my partner. My car got stolen and ended up in his impound lot and even though I was on a very tight budget, they did their darnedest to get it my car out for me. I left with my vehicle and having hope there are still decent businesses like this out here!

Fred's towing was the only place that would come to Hwy 165 to tow our car when we had a flat tire. They were timely and professional and we are grateful for them!

Lazy fat works with no work ethic and have no common sense. Don't ever call this company for a tow there sleez bags. The owner is ok but his drivers are mentally challenged.

We got stuck up in Evans creek/carbon River. They were quick with getting that dark out there. Tow truck driver #536 truck #80, he was absolutely amazing. The way he handled the truck in so much snow, got an 8klbs truck out of the snow, he was professional, didn't make us feel bad for the situation. In a scary situation like that, being trapped up that mountain so far is a scary feeling, it was nice to feel safe with Fred towing.

Tow truck driver was very nice and polite, and the people on site were respectable. Over the phone and every other thing has been a hassle to get anything done. First time someone called freds for me, the operator straight lied to the guy, saying a tow truck was coming but never called it. 2nd group of people who called found that out, and now they wont release my car to my insurance company. If it can be avoided, don't use these guys.

These guys are great!!! My 17 year old got into her first accident while I was out of town and they patiently helped her with everything and seeing as all the shops are backed up they worked with me on storage. If you need a tow make them your first call!

The guy that worked at the front desk at the Enumclaw Fred's Towing yard was as rude as they come. I tried buying a tail light from there yard. I went out to pick it in a snowy icy mess. I asked him a direction he pointed that way in a very rude manner I finally found a tail light, I'm thinking score. I disassembled it and brought it to him at the front desk. I also ordered the exact tailight at OReilly Auto parts in town and had it being delivered at a cost of $31.99. I asked the guy how much they wanted , he replied 40 bucks and didn't even look at the part or remove his eyes from his screen. I told him the comps for a brand new one, and asked if he would come down. He replied NOPE. I looked at him stunned and he said we'll be just fine. The worst of all is it's a small town Enumclaw which I've used Fred's for years and years. If this is how they treat their locals they have lost a customer for life because old boy at the counter was having a rough morning. It's not hard to be kind and I was not looking for a deal of any sort.

I needed to get winched out of some mud. I drove my coupe into a muddy part of a parking lot and couldn’t get it out. I called the office and they estimated $75-$90. Tow truck driver arrived and said he wouldn’t touch my car unless I paid $200. My car is bone stock but he said it was too low to the ground. I paid up and they got my car out of the mud in 15 min.

First time going to Fred's, but it looks like it won't be my last if this experience is any indication of how they deal with customers. Extremely helpful and one of the last good wrecking yards still left! Don't waste your time on other places go here first

My wife's car was unfortunately totaled (everyone survived), I knew Fred's was the closest to the car. Called them, I think they only took 10 minutes to get to us. The driver was great, very helpful and knew what he was doing. Being in the Autobody industry I knew the process but didn't throw it out there. No complaints at all. Thanks guys!

Great experience with this company after Triple A decline to assist with the recovery of the vehicle French towing came accomplish the task in 20 minutes it was pretty impressive
