Helpful, smiling staff at the scales. The new recycling area is much better organised.

As far as "dumps" go, this one is good. Lots of recycling options including yard waste, clean wood, scrap metal, cardboard, etc. It would be nice if there was a way to recycle large Styrofoam without having to drive all the way to Bow Lake or Factoria.

They don’t accept any construction debris, no drywall, no wood or roofing or insulation, make it clear so ppl won’t waste time

Although prices have increased, I am very thankful for service provided by the County and staff at the Enumclaw Transfer/Recycling Station. And they do with a smile.

Great location! Came here at 4:51 PM to drop off garbage—very fast and excellent service. Paid $36. This is the cleanest recycling station we’ve seen.

I love the customer service I get at the transfer station. There’s a lady there with really cool style. She’s got great glasses and cool hair do all the time her energy is positive and she truly cares and I always get the best version of customer service when going to the transfer stationif I had more trash to throw away, I’d go there more often just to have great conversation thank you for having such great employees

Super recycling facility and rarely a line for the dump. We use this transfer station often. The staff is also super friendly.

It’s a good recycling station. Very clean, smells fresh, lots of signs for clarity of using transfer station. Amazing View on the way here. Recommend using this transfer station.

The people here are always awesome and helpful. The new distance you have to park away from the dumping area makes it very difficult. I have to go to the dump myself a lot, I'm not that strong, and it's a struggle. I always think about elderly or anyone with disabilities. It must be next to impossible

I always love going to the Enumclaw Transfer station. But who ever thought adding curbs and welded gates at the dump stations has really created an ergonomic safety issue for the customers.

There is free recycling for paper, plastic, glass, metal. Dumping garbage is expensive. Today is cost $30.25 to dump 260 lbs of garbage. There is also free recycling of fluorescent lights and other obsolete light bulbs. The place is clean, spacious, and easy to maneuver through.

Nice place, but the workers in the weigh station need some help with their attitudes! Very rude! Never again, I will go somewhere that they are friendly over a nice dump.

A dump run turned into a wonderful experience. I have had 6 shoulder surgeries and was struggling to unload a recliner when the 2 people on both sides of me jumped up and unloaded the whole truck load. And then swept the bed out. Almost brought me to tears. There are good people out there.

It would be better if they had better lighting inside for backing up with a trailer. I have a someone ride with me so to direct me when to turn the wheels.

Got charged a extra 25 dollars for what the lady at the window thought was a unsecured load. Funny how the gentleman in front of me had nothing strapped down and he didn’t get the extra charge. Was also told I need to understand the law better. Obviously on a power trip.

As transfer stations go, it's one of the nicest anywhere. Traffic flow is logical, separate recycle areas, rarely see a line to wait in. They take appliances, (refers for a fee) yard waste, recycle, the only thing they don't take is hazmat.

Staff (everyone) has always been friendly and courteous- ALWAYS. The unloading area is well lit and dry. Even the loader operator that pushes the pile pays attention and waves if you make eye contact. All in all "going to the dump" isn't a bad experience.

As far as transfer stations are concerned this place is great. Plenty of room and short wait times. Staff is always friendly but make sure your load is secured. You will be turned away or charged extra.

HIGH CLASS!! I have been to a lot of transfer stations over the years and this is by far the nicest and cleanest yet. My compliments to the management. Enumclaw, a bit more of a drive but... No lines to get weight! 4-5 cars in front at the station, and from the time I got weighed in and out was no more than 30 minutes. I pulled into Algona yesterday.. waited in line for 45 minutes for them to tell me that I was "too long"... they had staff out in the line that would have said something all along. The staff at ETS was happy, polite, professional and courteous. Also... it's a beautiful drive.

Bar none, the best transfer station anywhere I've been! Wide open, covered, easy in and out, clean, good rails and safe. They recycle many items and allow disposal of 4 car tires per load! A+

Polite, helpful people. My help did not have the answers I needed regarding metal, and one of the gals from the entrance came all the way over to help. She saved me from having to get back to the entrance to find out what I needed to know, and I had a hard time walking because of a disability, so I was very grateful that she came to help. The people there are very helpful and kind.

Clean and well-organized. You can drop off materials for recycling for free-everything except styrofoam. There’s a drive-through station, looks like a toll booth where they direct you to the huge garbage depot. Minimum load is $25. Look for the large wind vane sculptures at the entrance.

This place is the Ritz of dumps. I had no appreciation for how well it is laid out and the services provided, until I went to the Bow Lake and Algona locations. Everything is clearly marked for recycling and is spacious. The garbage portion is clean and there are helpful people, unlike Bow Lake. I will never waste my time on the other locations and will enjoy my country drive too.

What a dump. Zing! No really, it's clean, friendly, simple. I almost never have to wait in line. $22 lets you offload up to 340 lbs.
