“Mo”, the boss, would not let the driver tow me to the correct location I gave my insurance company, I even called the insurance agent while in the tow truck and they confirmed the address. The driver had his hands tied but the boss had zero compassion. He also lied while on the phone with me that my requested location was out of the service area, which I later found out was not true.
Broke down on Highway 164.About a 15 mile stretch between Auburn and Enumclaw with a lot of Farmland. Called these guys and told them my situation. I was concerned about my dog,with the heat and I had no water. Dude wanted a cross road name or number. Told him I wasn't near any. He got rude and insisted I give one before he could send anyone. Broken down before in the middle of nowhere and was able to get a tow.
Needed roadside assistance for a blown tire (car doesn’t have a spare and the sidewall blew out after hitting a pothole) Safeco roadside booked them. They said they were coming in two hours and after over three hours they didn’t show up and then cancelled the service.
Cal from Royal showed up on scene and was absolutely AMAZING. He arrived quickly, and was VERY friendly, even having to deal with a couple impatient neighbors while he was safely pulling a large SUV from a VERY deep ditch along side a VERY busy road. I am so VERY grateful for Royal Towing and Cal for the AMAZING work you did for us. I apologize for that ONE jerk that was rude to you, put you at risk, and drove over your safety triangle. THANK you for being so kind and patient. I know it took several hours, your kindness and patience was awesome. I will DEFINITELY recommend you guys, and if I'm ever in the need you'll be my 1st call. Thank you, thank you, THANK YOU!!
My car recently broke down I and called Royal Towing. Cal arrived promptly (both times) and provided EXCELLENT customer service. He is friendly and pleasant to deal with. He also gave me some additional info and recommendations that I really appreciate. Thanks again, and if we need a tow in the future, we will be calling Royal Towing.

Royal Towing is amazing from dispatch to the tow and drop off. Rosalyn is very professional and makes the awful experience of having to tow a broken vehicle very easy. They’re very accommodating when they can be too with setting an appointment. Owen the driver was very prompt and professional taking into account the owners needs too. The price is also very reasonable and comparable for an expensive thing like a tow and mileage. Thank you and we will definitely use them again when and if we need a tow.
Towed a lifted GMC Sierra.
I was stuck on a logging road on a mountainside because my camping trailer came unhitched and the jack broke. I was by myself and quite rattled. I reached out to Royal Towing in Black Diamond. Owen was so kind to me on the phone and reassured me. He hopped in his truck and drive 30 minutes to come and help. I was so stressed out that it took me forever to get him the proper coordinates for where I was located. Owen was so patient. I highly recommend him!
My tire flew off my truck while driving. I called Royal Towing and they were there within 30 min. The woman who took my call was very friendly and the driver was amazing! So helpful, fast and professional. He also really cared about my safety since we were not in the best part of the road to be stranded. Will recommend to anyone. You just gained a customer for life. I had a break down and called Royal towing. They were fast to come to my location, professional, and Wes the driver was fantastic. Got my car safely to the shop and texted me when he was done to let me know it was there safe... great service!

I was lucky enough to get 'Owen' , he couldn't have been more careful or more skilled. By the time the job was done, I wanted to adopt him, or at least talk him into buying the house next door to mine.

I'm editing this review to add a second experience today 9/17/2022. Having met Owen, I called again for his help and got the same wonderful service I received the first time. Royal will always be my first call.
Our business operates a fleet of trucks. We have had them recover our equipment many times, unlock lock-outs, jump start and even fast tire-swaps along I-5 shoulder during rush. Never have they failed! One of their guys named Owen is definitely excellent. Highly Recommended! AAA 5-Stars!
I’m amending my review from a one to a three. Turns out AAA has shared blame.
After I received the call from the driver sharing he’d be here in 5 minutes, his dispatch team redirected him to a car accident at the request of the police. Neither the tow company nor AAA called to update me, leaving me waiting an 1.5 hours. Tow company shared the redirection with AAA, however, AAA said they had a computer malfunction deeming the tire fixed.
Once the driver showed, he was friendly, fast and efficient.

As an AAA member, this company was dispatched for a flat tire.
They never showed, told AAA they fixed it and the driver won’t answer his phone when I call.
Crooks, saying they did a job when they didn’t.
I shared with AAA they need to take them off their list, they certainly are not worthy of referrals
If I could give them less than one star I would. My daughters car was stolen and recovered. Royal Towing made an extremely unfortunate situation as difficult as possible. Would not use this business at all costs. Rude, unhelpful and disrespectful. Felt as if we were the criminals not the victims.
After a 15 hour nightmare trying to get AAA to tow our car from the side of Highway 410, Owen saved the day (and our 10 day road trip) by finally being the first person to actually help us and tow our vehicle down from Mt Rainier National Forest. Owen brought much needed empathy, positivity, confidence, and professionalism to our situation. He even brought our vehicle to a different location after we found out the shop AAA had set did not even work on tires (we had a completely flat tire that was locked with no compatible key). Thanks for restoring our faith in humanity after the 15 hour hellish twilight-zone-esque experience with AAA of Washington ??
Triple-A was the worst experience ever. Since about 8 pm PST (off of 410 with minimal reception) they promised us towing until about 4 a.m, when they finally paired us at 11 a.m. the next day with a tow-truck, Owen happen to be the driver. He was beyond considerate and kind. With COVID-19, we could not ride with him, but he gave me his personal number and kept me updated on finding the car in the middle of the woods. He allowed us to place our bags in the truck with him, while we waited. The original place that Triple-A told us to bring it didn't do anything with tires. Seriously, how bad is Triple-A? They may be competing with Comcast as the stand-in devil. However, Owen made the terrible events, as enjoyable and helpful as process. He was able to bring it to a new location than originally planned without any hassle. Owen is a good guy and can keep your spirits up during a not so fun event.

He not only helped us with our totaled car, he began to clean up the glass and debris that was littered in the street. Just a fantastic tow company to deal with, these guys turned a horrible day into a somewhat pleasent experience. They showed up on time, actually a few minutes before the time that was told to me. Then went way outta his way to make my girlfriend and I as comfortable as possible while he did his work.. Good Rates! On Time! Very Respectful! Very Professional! .. Thanks again!
Pat from Royal Towing arrived at my home within 15 minutes, was kind and understanding and had my car opened within moments. These guys are really wonderful to work with.
I called another tow company in Maple Valley today and they told me they didn't have a truck big enough to get my 18 foot box truck out of a ditch, they didn't ask questions either, instead they told me to just call Royal Towing instead and I'm very glad I did. They told me they would have someone out in 30 to 40 minutes and in about 25 minutes Owen showed up. This guy went above and beyond. You never see employees so dedicated to taking care of their customers as Owen. Not only was I amazed and impressed with his dedication, effort and knowledge but so were the neighbors. He was ankle deep in mud getting wood under the tires of this 12 thousand pound truck, he was securing the truck to a tree so it wouldn't fall over (which was my big concern). He tried multiple times when most people would give up and sure enough, he got me out of a very deep muddy ditch (without damaging the truck), if not for Owen, our company truck would probably be stuck for days. I would not only recommend this company but I would gladly recommend that if you do call them, ask that they send Owen!
They brought my truck in tonight getting an awesome job I recommend them to anybody to all my friends going to get all the AAA and inform them that's the only ones I don't want to tow my vehicles if it ever happens again good job keep it up
After an hour and a half of waiting, they never showed and i gave 3 hours of notice when to come get my truck. 95 degrees outside and they did not call or anything. Worst towing compant ever. 0/10 recommend
This place is useless! I had a flat and needed Roadside assistance. I was at work dressed up slacks, tie, dress shoes. Happend as I got to work. Couldn't get all dirty and be late to my new job that I had less than a week. Didn't get off until 9 which means the parking lot would be pitch black in the parking lot trying to change the tire. So I called Roadside 4 times and they still didn't show. They sent another company 4hrs and 5 calls later. Sorry excuse for a roadside assistance provider! Stay away from them they aren't here to help!
We called Royal Towing at 3pm to get my daughter's car towed after her car stalled and the check engine light came on. We were told the driver's estimated time of arrival was 4:08pm.. The driver finally arrived at 6pm, after we were told numerous times that he was "2 minutes away", "just a moment away", etc., etc. The driver was incredibly rude and disrespectful. He was also very creepy. To make matters worse, they had sent "the wrecker" instead of the flatbed because according to the ridiculously rude and unprofessional woman who I spoke to on the phone, we had not specified that we wanted a flatbed, and if the customer doesn't specify, then they always send the wrecker. The driver told me he was going to get the flatbed and then instead, they CANCELLED the tow completely. They couldn’t even be bothered to apologize. Just cancelled the tow and left us hanging after already making us wait for over 2 hours. I’m can't believe this place is still in business. I wonder how they actually get money to keep their awful business running? I doubt they make any money towing cars, that's for sure. This is a HORRIBLE company to do business with. Please do not support companies who treat people this way. We ended up calling Engels Towing and they were professional, courteous, and showed up about 5 minutes before they said they would.
