I’ve been to Main Street Collision a few times now—for both bumper and door repairs after unfortunate run-ins with other drivers—and every single experience has been top notch. Their communication is incredible. They’re thorough in explaining exactly what needs to be done and always keep me updated throughout the process.
Most importantly, they’re trustworthy. They give you options and never try to upsell or do unnecessary work, and the quality of their repairs speaks for itself. Every time I’ve picked up my truck, it looks brand new—and as a bonus, it’s been washed and cleaned inside, which is such a nice extra touch.

The people at Main Street Collision in Coupeville are skilled, professional, and will not give you the runaround. In the last 15 years I've brought them 4 or 5 jobs. Each one has exceeded expectations. Pat the estimator is extremely knowledgeable and will explain to you the ins and out of your situation - factory parts vs aftermarket etc. I know first-hand the people working on your vehicle are very experienced, and they care about the finished product. There are a lot of intricacies when repairing a damaged vehicle - parts, insurance, cost of labor - not to mention workmanship - body work and paint. Main Street delivers a quality product. As with any business, you have to respect their schedule, they aren't going to fix your problem tomorrow. If you live on Whidbey and you want your vehicle repaired *correctly*, there's no other option than Main Street Collision. This is a tenured business that delivers an exceptional product.

Respectful of my wish to do functional only (not cosmetic) off-insurance repairs on my Beater. 100% up-front and accurate about scheduling, in fact once estimated they squeezed in my relatively minor repair next-day (reattached front cowling scraped off on parking bumper, still doing great 3 months later.) Returned car with IMMACULATE interior, a real treat. Absolutely my go-to for any future needs.
Worked with David who was able to squeeze my car in on a Friday afternoon to fix my window and door frame. Excellent service, David was very professional and kind and explained everything thoroughly. Interior of shop was clean, quiet and comfortable with wifi to work while waiting. Very grateful for the last minute assist for a window that broke on the ferry over for the weekend.

I had the most wonderful experience with an amazing repair and body shop in Coupeville, Washington. Main Street Collision center in Coupeville performed an excellent job on my Mother’s car. I have had the car since 2014, and wanted to keep it as it is in excellent condition and is a wonderful little Buick LeSabre. They exceeded my expectations wholeheartedly with their exceptional workmanship and the car looks absolutely gorgeous. Thank you very much again Main Street Collision center in Coupeville for performing such wonderful workmanship,care and restoring my Mother’s very precious vehicle into superior condition!!!
We had a minor bumper incident which they repaired. Great service! When we picked up our vehicle the attendant explained everything they did in the repair.
Unsatisfied by the quality of work, I wouldn't recommend this shop to anyone. I was met with refusal to correct the problem until stipulations they made had been done first which I refuse to do until problems I addressed were fixed.... most unprofessional business I've encountered.
I backed into a concrete pillar and basically caved the right rear of my RAM bed in. The right rear of the bed was in terrible shape and the tailgate and bumper were not much better off. I go to pick the truck up and it looked as good as the day i picked it up from the dealership. The attention to detail is impeccable. The paint matching is exceptional!!!! Looking at the paint job you cant tell where the original paint ends and the repair begins. Nobody wants to be a repeat customer when it comes to vehicle collision repair.....but if i had to be a repeat customer i would highly recommend

This shop is great! Pat was very thorough and truly tries to get you the best price. My vehicle looks great and was done 3 days early. They patched up a spot I had asked (separate from the insurance coverage) and was planning on paying for free of charge. Highly recommend.
Main Street Collision is the place to take your vehicle for body repair. They gave me a lot of information and accurately estimated the time it would take. They also washed my car and polished my headlights before delivering my vehicle back to me. They definitely deserve 5 stars.
I recently total my vehicle and at first I wasn't completely positive if it was going to be totaled or not so I had it towed to Main Street where they dealt with my insurance and made it all very easy on my end. Professional, courteous and to the point which was exactly what I needed and I would go there again anytime.

I stopped by on a Friday right before closing as my driver's window had fallen in. The forecast called for rain and the manager was concerned. He was going to help me get it taped up , but had the body tech came out with him . They took my car in and fixed it on the spot! Not only that, but they didn't charge me! I mentioned this to my family and friends and they all say that they have had a good experience here. If you can go to a place who will help you when you need it, why would you go anywhere else. Integrity matters!
I've only used this place twice, the first time they did great work and I have no complaints, but this time they went above and beyond. I can tell they take a lot of pride in their work. When I was getting my car back this time, the man giving me the rundown of what they'd had to do paused when he got to my passenger side door, he noticed a scuff in the paint job, if I'm honest, I probably would have never really noticed or at least far enough into the future that I would have had no clue where it had come from. He noticed though, because the door should have been perfect, and he looked at the car parked next to mine and opened its door and they lined up. He was very apologetic, and they'll be fixing it at no cost and setting me up with a rental car for my trouble. That's why I felt the need to write a good review for them. Take your vehicle here, everybody, they will treat you right. It was hard to take a picture, it being a bright sunny day and making my car door into a mirror but I tried. Then two more of what it looked like when I brought it in.
I have used them several times and their work is superb and their customer relations are first class. I had major body repairs to a high performance black Jaguar, and when I traded it in the dealer did their usual painstakingly through inspection as you would expect on a three owner two year old car (over an hour) and they did not detect any repairs and were astounded when I told them about the extensive repairs. Needless to say I am thoroughly pleased with the work Main Street does.
