Nobody ever really enjoys having to have their car towed or to pay for repairs to their vehicle but if I ever have vehicle troubles in Ocean shores again this is who I'm calling. They did a great job for the price they estimated in a timely manner. Their shop is cleaning organized. They were very respectful of my time.
Robert was great! Put his own life aside after hours to try to help us when our pickup broke down. Went out of his way to get some parts, then took time out of his weekend to get us going again! Very courteous and professional!

Dude is a con! Changed my transmission lines and didn't add fluid. Ended up blowing my transmission after about 50 miles. Dude tried to blame me for dirty fluid. It failed because of no fluid! Dude is a fraud when he towed my truck ran it straight into his trailer dented my bumper. Cost me 5k for a new transmission! Don't give this guy bussiness.
Robert opened up his shop on Saturday to check out a potential tire leak. All was well and we were back on our way in 20 minutes. Honest, great service — recommend!
Had a failed alternator on my cross country road trip. Watched the battery die but everything was handled so well thanks to Robert! We was quick, ready, and available to take my van in and install the same day. Thanks so much!
My three kids, mother and I came for a weekend to Ocean Shores and accidentally got our minivan stuck in the sand on the beach. An inexperienced Good Samaritan in a jeep appeared to help pull us out and promptly snapped our brake lines and drove off. We called Robert on a Saturday evening in hopes he could help and not only did he come right away to get our non drivable vehicle but he had it fixed and back to us the next day. He was our absolute hero of the weekend. Maybe the year. Kind, knowledgeable and understanding, as well as, very fair priced and quick. 10/10 would recommend him to everybody.
We had a bad clicking issue going on under our hood while on a weekend stay in Ocean Shores. Thankfully they were open and available on a Sunday.
Robert was extremely kind and caring about investigating and diagnosing the issue we had. Fortunately it was not anything dire that is able to wait til we could get it back home. Found to be a cooling fan making sounds. The cost was very reasonable and left very happy with the services provided.
I highly recommend this business and would call Robert again in a heartbeat if we have any future issues traveling from out of town. A+! Thank you!!!
I got a flat tire in Ocean Shores over the weekend and it was unfortunate they weren’t open, but I went in Monday and they helped me very quickly. It was a bit spendy for just a valve repair, about double what I have paid for the same service near my house. I kinda expected it to be more than usual since it was at the beach and I didn’t have many other options.
The owner was very professional. He did not make me feel pressured on time for him to pick up my vehicle. He was willing to pick it up as late as needed. When I asked if he could pick it up in the morning he said you name a time and I’ll be there. He was on time and had my vehicle fixed the same day and was more than reasonable. I found this mechanic by accident and I will use only him for now on for any and all my vehicle issues. Very pleased! Highly recommend.
got stuck in the sand when another car rushed us and our options were right, left, or collide with a van. we turned left and it was not the most correct decision as we got stuck. owner told us where the tow hitch was (borrowed car) and pulled us out right quick. we also got to pet his dog, which is always A+ service, highly recommend

Do not use! Completely unreliable. Agreed to do a roadside assistance for our uhaul (trailer had a flat, needed a new tire). He didnt respond in 90 minutes so I called uhaul again, they contacted him, he apparently decided a flat wasn't an emergency so wasn't planning to fix it till later in the day. He never even called us to check. Just made the decision we weren't important. Put our move behind 3 hours. We're moving over 2000 miles, that affected us. Shame on this business. Hard to believe its still in business with that mentality. If we could do zero stars we would.
After response reply: I'm not going to remove my post, and I'm unable to apologize for it. Here's an example, it took you a month to reply to my post. You never called us and you told UHaul you made a decision to NOT respond to our call because you felt it wasn't an emergency, even though it was to us. So, unfortunately I will NOT remove it. You need to reassess your timeliness on your customers. Without us, customers that is, you have no business. Literally.
My son got his car stuck on the beach but had almost no cell signal. He was able to text me so I called for a tow for him. There was a bit of back and forth and it took a little longer because of me playing middleman. Robert was great though, set out right away and got to him as soon as he could. Robert got his car out quickly and easily and made sure my son got moving before he left. Thank you!
My friend and I got stuck in some soft sand right next to the entrance leaving shores.
Her tiny tire buried more than 2/3rds of the way and 30 mins in trying to dig the sand away with my hands, Robert comes pulling up to the rescue. Like an angel sent from above, not even a call from us! Less than 10 mins later, her car was free and we were good to go!

Hello, I was at ocean shores beach last week. I seen the tow truck follow me on the beach , I was driving a maroon eclips and I got stuck Dayle B got out his truck looked and said he wld help me. I told him I dnt have much money and he said he wld help a brother out, he didn't even charge me. Thank u Dayle B.( I'm sure he knew I wasn't use to driving at the/ on the beach lol ).
After getting our car stuck in the sand Dayle was extremely helpful in towing us out. If I ever have an issue in the Ocean Shores area I will not hesitate to call them again.
Talk about a knight in shining armor! We were stuck with the tide up to the doors... We were rescued right on time! They were so kind and so quick! The saved my car and our vacation. I highly recommend these people. So very grateful!
Ocean Shores has miles of beaches and fascinating wildlife to view. There is no better place to spend the summer. A very comfortable place, not too crowded and very enjoyable. You can walk or drive the 13 miles of beach. Plenty of firewood for an evening fire and watch the sunset. There's something here for everyone.
