Avalon to the rescue! My fuel pump went out on the 101, in the rain...Went through my Triple AAA and Avalon called with in 10 minutes, and dispatched Jordan from Ocean Shores to come get me! Excellent customer service and visit all the way back to Olympia! I appreciate you all so much!
Broke down between ocen shores and hoquiam. Called avalon. Dispatcher was very professional and friendly. Not even 5 minutes later Jordan (driver) called me and said he was on his way. He showed up in no time, and was really friendly and helpful. The shop he took me to wasnt able to work on it today, so he towed it all the way back to olympia to the dealership for me. It was literally zero notice change of plans, and Jordan didnt blink about adding the extra distance. Hes a skilled driver, with an awesome attitude. Im really grateful I happened upon Avalon. Hopefully I wont be stranded again in this area, but if I am, I know exactly who to call. Excellent customer service, and very competent staff. Highly recommend Avalon if you need a tow in the ocean shores/ hoquiam area.
Called to have my Honda taken into , Aberdeen they had my truck on the truck and headed into town in no time, very friendly. Reasonable price and great service. Would highly recommend this company

Sean was so kind and drove us from Ocean Shores back home to Seattle after our car’s electric power steering failed. He arrived promptly within 5 minutes of calling AAA, and first towed our car to our lodging to let us pack our car so we could bring our belongings home. Sean made an otherwise traumatic experience very pleasant and we are very grateful!

Jordan treated us like family when we were stuck about 2 hours from home. He towed us home on a Sunday at dinnertime and kept our spirits up the whole time with his positive attitude. It was truly a pleasure to be served by this young man, and, weird as it sounds, I am thankful we broke down so we got to meet him and have our faith in humanity restored a little bit to see someone really caring and going out of his way to be kind and genuine.

Jordan provided us our solution in our time of need, Our Ignition was solidly locked in placed due to the steering wheels locked location. He politely muscled💪🏽😆 our steering wheel and got us on the road 2 minutes after he arrived! 👊🏽😎

We had an amazing experience with this towing company! Jordan was an absolute lifesaver on a really tough day. He arrived quickly when our car broke down, made sure we and our baby were comfortable, and was incredibly friendly throughout the whole process.
Late at night, when we ran into an unexpected issue with our drop-off location, Jordan went above and beyond to help us out. He didn’t just tow our car - he made sure it was safely and perfectly placed in our driveway.
