I have been using Oreilly for decades and I want to say that Gavin was the definition of customer satisfaction! I called late Saturday evening with an urgent alternator request out of Elbe, he informed me that Yelm was going to be too far to make it before closing but he did everything he could to make sure I got one from the closest store to me which was Elma. He checked inventory, distance from me to the store and called ahead of time and had the alternator waiting in will call for me. Gavin went above and beyond what I would normally expect and that’s why I’m a long time customer here.

Excellent customer service, not just did they check my engine code, the looked it up on line with me and printed me out alot of info, very knowledgeable

Gavin, but especially Jordan are the best. I had to get back to Omak and my alternator went out. These two men gave me just the right advise to get it in. The cashier's offered to let my 73 year old mom wait inside and stay warm whole I got the car back to running.

I’ve had nothing but great experiences coming to the new O’Reillys in Elma. Every time I am Met with great customer service and good conversation. 5 stars!
