Decent selection. However, I was in to look for some touchup paint. Gentleman asked me if I looked in the section. I said yes, and then asked him if he could search it and all had to say if it’s not over there, they probably don’t have it. Like come on, bro just search it in case I missed it. And I even stated that to him. Either way their prices are not that good.

They always help so much. Even when they explain how to find it elsewhere.

Went there to get wiper blades, plugs, oil and oil filters for 2 different vehicles. Made the comment about 2 places in shelton selling us the wrong oil filters on 2 separate occasions. Guy working says his computer says both my vehicles take same oil filter..very odd to both of us, but if your computer says so... Go to change oil and wiper blades next day.. Wiper blade does not fit on 1 vehicle & wrong oil filter on other vehicle. Aahhhhhhhh!!!! Very annoyed to say the least, especially for a dang wiper blade!!

Bought a windshield wiper, decently priced, and the gentlemen working helped install it too. Thank you! 😊

Best staff and customer service you can find. Always friendly, helpful and willing to go the extra mile. Love that I don't have to spend an extra $15 in gas driving to Olympia to get something. Love the owner's sense of humor calling it CRAP lol!

Only place in town to get Automotive parts I called ahead for replacement gas cap Thinking it might be ready Unfortunately "call ins" must not be offered at this Store Maybe my expectations were too high ...Waited a total about 15 to 20 minutes I understand they only have a couple people working and busy Customer service needs to be drastically improved

These guys are awesome. I live locally and work in the city. It's easy for me to go to the big parts corporations, but I never get the level of service that I get at Cut Rate. I have company discounts at a few larger places, and Cut Rate has the same price for the same parts. They are very knowledgeable and go the extra mile, every time. If they don't have what I need, they can get it by the next day! It's definitely a quality place with good prices and amazing customer service!

Fantastic place ! They have a huge selection, knowledgeable staff and even still have cool parts for hot rods etc!! Loved this place!

If we had more people like Tom around. The world we would simply be a better place. Tom is the definition of a real man. And a real decent human being he did not have to help my wife with her car. But he did and stood in the pouring down rain to help her get her car fixed so she had winsheild wipers again to travel to seattle. I hope one day I can repay tom and the cutrate auto parts store family thanks so much tom for helping my wife when I could not be there. It means alot.

HUGE THANKS!! Bought new wipers at O’Reillys in Aberdeen and the guy who put them on for me broke the clip off that keeps tension to the windshield. Couldn’t see anything in the heavy rain. Tom, at the Elma Cut Rate, stood in the pouring rain for over 30 minutes to fix it. Can not thank him enough!

, double check the stuff you get from them did a rotor and caliper fix on my truck they gave me the wrong rotor two times and the wrong caliper so what should have taken a tops maybe 2 hours took 2 days

A++ service. The Elma location. We needed help with a instrument panel alert. A diagnostic was not possible for the alert we had. The guy behind the counter was amazing. He gave us a few options on what it could be. He suggested a couple things. Great service and very helpful. I love that they are here locally.

These guys are great I use the one in Elma. Patrick and the guys a really easy to work with. And they usually have what I need, if not most of the time it comes in by the next morning. Definitely happy with the quality of the parts and the good service!

I needed new windshield wipers and I found this place on the internet. I was impressed. They were very helpful and they put the wipers on my car without charging me. I will definitely be back.

Wonderful customer service but sadly, I've learned I have to triple check any parts that they give me to make sure that they actually work for my car... its a little frustrating but they are always willing to swap once I point out the problem.

We stopped in because we had trouble with our car while on the road. The staff was very helpful. The young man came outside and looked at the vehicle and helped me. He also told me what I needed to do when I got home. I would highly recommend this store. Great customer service.

Had some battery trouble with my truck last week and instead of selling me a new battery I didn’t need, the man (I forget his name) tested my battery and helped me figure out what was going on. I appreciate that he came out back to do that for me!! Another store may have tried to sell me a battery when all I needed to do was clean the terminals!

Elma, WA poorly trained teenage staff. Called and ask if a part was in the store, I was told "yes" by Coby (2 times for two different parts on two different occasions). Drove all the way into Elma only to discover that they have to "order" the parts, because the parts were not in the store... Total DigDongs! Coby informed me that the Elma stores stock is incorrect in the computer... I will follow up with a phone call to management. This 2nd time this has happened to me at this Elma location, I even asked the kid to pull my part and put it on hold... you guessed it. I showed up and the part had not been pulled. This store wasted my time on 2 occasions, when I needed parts. It appears management should keep staff after hours and actually do inventory and correct their computer systems or train and hire knowledgeable staff... If you need parts "Go to some place else", spend your money at a more professional, well trained and organized location and whatever you do, "do not trust that the person who answers the phone, actually knows what they are talking about!" I really wish I could give negative stars in this review. I mean if you call and ask if they have a part in the store, you are told yes, and you ask them to pull the part ...and the auto-parts place cannot accomplish that simple task... you pretty much are failing as an auto-parts store... and If I wanted the part ordered, I would go online and buy it cheaper from Amazon rather than CutRate!

Cut Rate is a great home grown parts store. They have a great selection of parts and can get what's not in stock in short order...

Very helpful. I love all of C.R.A.P.'s locations. Their staff are generally more knowledgeable than other part stores. Elma's location is as good as any.
