I called Bob’s RV Repair with an urgent problem. I had driven away from my campground with my camper step down, and it became twisted and bent, and it would not retract. He told me to come right in and he would see what could be done. He quickly bent my step back into place and sent me on my way without even allowing me to pay. Certainly, this type of kindness and care is uncommon these days. I would highly encourage anyone to do business with this wonderful shop. Bob’s RV Repair shop was a true blessing to me and my family.

Driving through town on a 3k road trip and BAM! Toilet broke, swung in bought a new toilet and he let us park so we can install it. Kept on rolling down the road!

I was needing a portable pool tank ASAP, as my RV was full! They had it in stock, which I was thankful for. The customer service was excellent and very friendly.

They are the essence of service and going above and beyond the call. Had a camper change over needed to a new truck and had some issues. No problems for them. Mark took charge and kept me up to date and did a superb job on installing new tie downs. Came from three hours away Only place to deal with.

Needed a part for my RV. Looked at box stores with no luck. Stopped here and not only found what I was looking for but other pieces I needed. Good customer service!!

**BAD BAD ALL BAD*** Had my RV that I live in for 31 days told me they would get to it asap. I said to them ( "if you can't get to it rite away I can take it elsewhere. This is my home.") He replied no no no I can do it I just don't know when. After 31 days of living in a hotel I went and took my RV from them and had a mobile RV repair guy do the work. He had it completed in less than 10 hours and I was back on the road. Bobs RV then tried to bill my ins company for the repairs they did not do. When confronted bobs RV said they had a partially made fender witch my RV did not need and could not produce said fender when I went to pick it up and pay them for their work. This place has cost me so much money more than their estimate to do the work they did not do. Bad Bad Bad!!! Do not waste your time or money.

I ordered a tow hitch for my Toyota rav 4, and an appointment to have it installed and the wiring as well. My mom recommended them. I get there and he was the rudest person I had to deal with. Ever. He first charged me over $100 more then he quoted me. He knew I was bringing in a toyota which uses toyota products. Which he didn't use. I left when he was done. Go to use the trailer for work the next day and it kept shorting out the lights and blowing s fuse. 4 times. My mechanic checked everything for me and low and behold, it was the wiring causing it. Had my mom call as she recommended him and that less then person informs her he did everything right and I would be eating my time taking it back in. Now, not only did I give him way to much money, he won't even make it right. It is now costing me additional repairs for his mistake. And I have been without being able to use my trailer with my vehicle due to his very expensive and extremely rude mistake. I will never go there again and never recommend anyone to go there either.

When I think of "Bob's RV Service", the (3)P's are a perfect choice. 1) Professional:Everything was/is done at top level. 2) Price: They're not trying to get rich on one repair (they will tell you up front the cost). 3) Personal: They treat us as if We're the only customer that they have. We were in Aberdeen when we noticed our back bumper on our trailer had cracked in 2 places. We called around, no one had time to help with a weld. We called Bob's not really expecting much, but he told us to come right in and he would take a look at it. Long story short, he sanded and welded it right there with no wait, and didn't charge us for it. What a nice person, beautiful shop and builds your faith in good people!

I had my sewer valves changed a couple weeks ago. I got it in and out early in the day. No surprises, no delays. I was pleased with the service. The prices were reasonable.

I called bobs rv for some information about leaf springs for a boat trailer and they did not have any but recommended a place . very nice and helpful on the phone.

I just had them put on a hitch for my van. Less expensive than I thought it would be, they did a great job, and did it fast. My new go-to RV people.

I ordered a complete tow hitch installed with wiring. so I could tow a trailer. Left without a way to tow anything. They said that was extra. Yes they do good work but very very expensive

Our furnace wasn't working so we had camped several days in winter without heat and couldn't find anywhere with availability to look at our furnace. Bob got us in right away, and fixed our issue super quickly. He was really kind and competent. I can't recommend him more.

Got bearing job done on utility trailer during the pandemic. Great service, clear communication on scheduling for drop off and pick up. Task completed in a day for a very reasonable price considering the complete unknowns of project and considerable age of trailer (1940's or 1969's, respectively) and would do business here again. Trailer now pulls more smoothly and restoration continues. Recommend to others for their needs in services offered by Bob's RV and Automotive Repair.

We bought an older coach with little or no experience. Virtually nothing worked. After Two days he called that it was ready. The cost was more than fair in my opinion. He took the time to explain the operation of all the components and gave me options to fit my pocketbook.

Jerry and Mark have taken care of keeping our car and truck in good mechanical condition for many years. They rescued me several times with a tire problem and dead battery! if I was still driving, I would not hesitate to rely on Bob’s RV and Automotive.

Jerry and Mark are wonderful guys that have always been willing to help with anything. We recently needed a part for our trailer and when I explained my problem, they not only had the part but had an even better solution to the problem.

Watched this guy treat a customer very bad today. He is supposed to be a Atwood waterheater authorized mechanic but dont have the tools or skills to use an ohm meter. Would not use this business for anything.

We made a quick stop on our way down the coast to get a part for our RV refrigerator. The had the part at a reasonable price! Our refrigerator is now working perfectly.

Whoever is griping about $90 an hour probably hasn't been to very many mechanics. Dealers are much higher and often times not as thorough.
