Last night I went to try and get a free engine check, however I was told that they aren't mechanics and they don't do that. I called this morning/afternoon to speak with a manager about this and I was told by Daisy multiple times that the manager is unavailable and then she hung up on me approximately 3 times. I called again and Julian answered he told me the same thing and he also hung up on me. It seems that their whole culture is negative towards customers.
The employees seem to be pretty educated about their products. Sometimes you get a young one who doesn’t know whats going on. Most the time I go in and out quickly to get what I need. Been going here for about 10 years. Only time i had a problem was when a newbie gave me a wrong part. Always double check what you need sometimes they can mess up to.
I just wanted to come on here and say thank you max for assisting me over the phone when I came in Julian ended up helping me out with Julian’s and Jonny’s car knowledge made my auto parts run very easy and quick very clean store as well
Horrible experience the assistant manager or whatever his title was had a nasty attitude and was super unhelpful ended up selling me the wrong part just go to auto zone or anywhere else this place should be ur last option
Stopped in to grab some wiper blades. Asked for help and was directed to an aisle. Asked for help again and was laughed at by 2 employees. Spend the extra couple bucks and go to Jerry's. You will not get customer service here.
called around 8:00 i was placed on hold 3 times i called the last time i called was around 8:40 was told i would be placed on hold again and never answerd untill closeing time then was told they were closed disapointed with the service
Gave me the wrong part, than told me "bro I think you have the wrong info". I went to auto zone got me the right part first try. Now this is no the first time I've had problems here and it's not the store it's these kids they hire here. Back then the guys working there were helpful they showed you where everything is and made sure you left with the right part or tool, and these kids just don't care, they once tried sending to go to les scwab to get a specific socket cause the kid said we don't have that here they dont sell sockets at les scwab. Then I looked in the aisle where they keep the sockets and found the socket i needed he didn't even Check to see if they had it.
I walk into the auto parts store to get my battery tested to see if the alternator is working or not and the guy treats me like I don't know what I'm talking about and I've gone multiple times before and I don't get any customer service from him, he just wants to get me in then out of the parts store like I'm a crazy Karen. This is the late day manager. I run my own side business for cars and do all kinds of things and for someone to treat me like a customer that doesn't know anything makes me feel very disrespected
If I could choose less than 1 star, I would. Ordered a part for my truck, paid for it and was told it would be there at 8:00 am the next morning. Went in to get the part the next day, and it wasn't there. Told it would be there the following day by 8:00 am. Made a THIRD trip the following morning and it wasn't there. Come to find out it had never been ordered! I needed the part to fix my truck so that we could get to a family function, which we missed! Needless to say, I will never do business here again! I will add that I was not given an apology, or offered any compensation for the three 45 mile round trips I made to the store for a part that was never ordered!
I have been in here before and the guys have been really helpful, very nice. . Today there was only 2 clerks in store and no customers. I asked one young man where the car mats were. Neither said hello when I came into store. When I checked out I asked a couple of questions. This young man isn’t good at customer service, I felt like he was just wanting to get it done because he had other things to do. He could at least have let me know he appreciates my business. Think I will probably go somewhere else from now on.
I went to a nearby compeatetor who was too understaffed to help me. When someone finally came to the counter, the fellow assisted someone who had not been waiting in line before me and another person. At O'Reilly at least 5 individuals were waiting to serve customers. The store was sparkling clean. I was in an out within minutes. Great experience!
Really terrible service to say the least. My girlfriend and I went there to get her headlight replaced, while the employee was checking for what bulb she needed, he dropped a piece (and didn’t even acknowledge that he dropped a piece but he knew he did) and we got the bulb and carried on with our day. We got home to put the bulb in (bc he couldn’t get it in at the store so we tried at home) and it turns out, he couldn’t get the piece in because he dropped the socket that the bulb goes into to hold it in place. So we go back to get it worked out and the guy who lost the piece wasn’t working so we talked to the manager that day and he said he would talk to the guy that lost it and confirm what happened so they could get a new piece but the first 2 weeks was pure avoidance and excuses and them not communicating with us or eachother at all. Then when we finally got him to take responsibility (after calling the store multiple times and going in multiple times) and order a new part, they ordered the part from Amazon … and the delivery date kept getting pushed back more and more and then they re ordered it from Amazon (?) bc it was taking a long time. And that one didn’t come either. So after not getting any updates about the order or anything from the guy that originally is responsible for losing the piece, he just decided to Venmo her $20 to order the piece herself. Overall just a really terrible experience and we are still going on month 2 without a headlight because of this. Keeping in mind she is a delivery driver and needs her car at night. But yeah overall, terrible experience, horrible communication, lack of responsibility and terrible customer service. We were treated poorly and not taken as seriously as we should have been. And they just kept coming up with excuses. Would’ve been better going to the East Wenatchee o’Riley’s or even global. Unacceptable ?
Still in shock that the whip made it all the way home without snapping the CV axle and leaving us stranded! O'Reillys came thru with the part was told it was in stock but that was for an automatic transmission the CV axle for the 5speed took a couple days to arrive and cost a bit more but still a good deal. Now comes the hard part. Putting that sonufabibich in the ride with no lift or air tools...
My wife and I were celebrating our anniversary. Our vehicle's alternator went out and this O'Reilly had amazing service. They lent me their tools while I did the repair. Highly recommend!
Always helpful, and friendly with a smile and hello, by name, they are always willing to help you find the right parts, they get crazy busy at times . I love to shop here because they remember me and know what I need and order always come in on time.
Wenatchee side oriellys lack knowing thier own deals, just make a sale and get you out, not very helpful or willing to try and save you money.
Go to the east wenatchee oriellys they look for ways to save you money. They are all about customers.
Every time I come in to this store, all the employees have been super helpful. Good customer service every time. Usually don't make these comments, but this store/location deserves to be recognized. Seamus was a great help to me.
My battery died this morning and Alex saved the day at this O’Reilly’s location! He was extremely focused on helping vs. just being an “order taker”. He took the time to help me install the new battery, where another employee was not as helpful earlier. Also, Alexis helped too! He seemed knowledgeable and helped replace my wipers too. Both of these gentlemen are the reason to return to this store! Thank-You for literally saving my family’s vacation, happy New Years!!!
I really like this location, since I own a Ford, it's not to far when I have walk and go get parts. It's also really nice that the guys don't laugh and truck shame me. They really do know their stuff, they have great attitudes, and really do their best to help you out. Even if you can only ask for the "thing that stops the bad sound". Unfortunately they don't carry the Ford brand blinker fluid.
You can always be greeted at the dislocation very friendly staff and in past experiences pretty knowledgeable. Good return policy and bilingual people. Don't forget to mention your phone number on your member card
I was super amazed when I walked in this store I'm from Spokane Washington and I went in there to use the bathroom buy radar detector for my trip I was greeted as soon as I walked in the door very professionally the store was absolutely clean which is very rare in Spokane in the bathrooms or even cleaner I was shocked to say the least go to super pleasant experience and even though my radar detector didn't work out it wasn't from them it was a manufacturer issue but I would 100% go back to these guys anytime I needed anything every time I needed buy an auto part or accessory if they were closer very highly recommended I've been a mechanic 20 + years and a Certified technician for 12 years it was one of the better experiences I've ever had at a auto parts store
I have gone into O'Reilly auto parts for awhile now. They are always friendly and don't seem to mind if i ask questions....i don't know anything about car parts ect so it's REAL nice to go in there and when I tell them what's going on with my car and what do I need and how to do it ect they help!
The employees who helped me at this location were so incredibly kind. I highly recommend shopping here. I really appreciate all the time they took to help make sure my car was working properly.
Ordered a wiper arm here and they said they'd call the next day. After a few days of receiving no call I called them and asked if it had come in. It had so I went to the store to pick up the part only to discover they had ordered the wrong one. Went back qnd ordered a new one, once again they said they would call and didn't follow through on their promise. Went in and they told me they had sent back the part of ordered because I had failed to pick it up in time. Yeah... Okay. Totally my fault here...
I love these guys!! Twice I went to Auto Zone only to stand around looking like a stupid woman in a man's store. No one ever acknowledged me at all. Went to O'Reilly's and as soon as I walked in Hello. How can I help you?
Not going back to Auto Zone.
Always have great customer service and more parts in stock than other auto stores in town. They even cut and flared a section of brake line for me, since I did not have the tools. I've had nothing but positive experiences here regardless to which employee helped me.
