This store doesn’t care about customer service. Twice I went there for advertised services that they either charge for (others don’t) or don’t provide the service their website and state reference for recycling, states they do.
When I did call the owner he wanted to talk about other things and just give me excuses. I don’t care what the reason or excuse is, just fix the issue. I don’t work for your company. Those are your issues to deal with, not mine.
Then, when Steve couldn’t actually have a conversation anymore about the issue at hand, he wanted to complain about me and somehow make this my fault. Terrible management of the store.
Do not shop here. They suck and don’t understand the concepts of customer service. There are other places in town that don’t mislead you about their services and are locally owned.
Will not honor warranty for a bad battery, taken it back twice and tell me nothing is wrong. Only holds charge for a few hours. Never buying anything else from them again.

Only giving 5 stars because of Jorge, I showed up and some other guy first helped me he looked at the battery and said no we don’t have it. Jorge then saw and took a look at the battery and started looking for it and sure enough they had it Jorge was very helpful unlike the other dude.
Someone told me that they recycle old TVs, and computer monitors. I sent my brother in law, and wife to drop some off this past weekend for their job. They were very friendly over the phone! My wife even told me they helped them unload. I will definitely be back when I'm in need of a battery for one of my vehicles!
Fast service and helpful! They were able to find out that my battery was weak. Got a new one installed and I was on the road again. Manager was awesome.
Had a 1 year old battery with a 15 mth warranty. No help, no replacement. If you won't guarantee it you shouldn't sell it.

Manny and his team have been so helpful with my car and motorhome battery needs both this year and last year. I discovered them when Costco didn't carry a battery for my car. PPB got my battery installed in one quick stop. They also have helped me with a charger for my motorhome batteries along with advice on maintenance I can do myself for winter storage. When it was time to go camping this summer, Manny checked my batteries for free and answered all of my maintenance questions. Super helpful and super patient. Fast and efficient. Definitely recommend!
Did not have my specific pwc battery in stock; however, they ordered and I received next day. Knowledgeable, professional, and courteous. My "go to" place for marine, specialty battery sales and service.
It is a good place to find what ever type of battery you need whether it is for a cell phone or a car that needs a battery. They have all kinds of batteries for what ever you need it for.

Quick, service! So much easier than going to a large tire store. I walked in on a Thursday afternoon and was out in less than 30 minutes with a new battery installed in my Toyota Corolla. There's no free popcorn, but you won't be there long enough to even eat it.
Went to Pacific Power Batteries after looking all over town for the right sized battery for an old motorcycle. They had the exact replacement I needed and didn't charge me for the battery acid. Should have come here first.
Will go here for all battery needs in the future.

Honest as all hell. They told me my alternator is going out and my battery is fine. That's after testing. They said this knowing I won't be purchasing from them now but I sure will be later.
The employee named Chris was super helpful. I saw him throughout the day. He waved the core charge because I told him I'd bring the old battery back, I went and returned the core but told him I lost the washers for the clamp under my car, and he let me borrow a magnet which helped me find one of the missing washers, I also then returned the tool and took my old PC there to have them recycle it. Upon arriving he opened the door for me while I carried it in. I've only bought vehicle batteries from this place, and I've never regretted it.
Went there to drop off a truck load of large, extra large and a couple small t.v.s for recycle. They said I had to unload them myself or be charged, Im a disabled senior lady, the t.v.s were bigger than i am. Charge me OMG!! Ill find some other recycle center from now on .... NOT COOL!!!!!
Purchased top of the line deep cycle batteries for my bass boat and payed top dollar ($225 each) so I wouldn't have to deal with any issues. One completely failed (zero volts) and bulging out the side. Dropped the batter off so they could do the standard charging test . 24 hours later the the guy tells me" it shows a couple of volts, so we can't warranty it yet. We have to keep it a couple of days to see if might recover". The damn battery is bulging out one side and 24 hours of charging gives it a couple of volts. Any idiot would know that it is not going to recover. Great customer service if you want to buy something. Poor customer service if you have an issue with the product. Get ready for the run around if you have a problem.
