I had a brand new car and got hit going down the freeway. It damaged the entire back end of my new car. These guys did amazing on putting it back together and making it look brand new again! They are super nice and great at communication! I will definitely use them again if I have the misfortune of getting hit or in a wreck again😜
I don't know why this company isn't five stars yet or known all over the place best place I've ever gone respectful very fast very affordable I'm definitely going back in the future if I need to ain't going nowhere else I'm definitely going to highly recommend this place for business over anyone else
I would recommend this shop they are family orientated them they have done body and paint jobs for me awesome jobs very professional work on my vehicles I'm very pleased with the jobs they have done
Woodland auto repair is the best shop ever! amazing~ The owner, Dennis is the best mechanic ever. He has kept all of my cars running perfectly.! Excellent, quick service and very reliable!
Sent a check for a person to get their car fixed my crew had damaged, The person decided to go to a different shop, Now Dennis Johnson the owner keeps avoiding me to refund my money he deposited for work he never did!! He has promised multiple times to mail back a check and 3 months later still no check!! POOR BUSINESS PRACTICES!!!
Was told they had the space and time and it would be a quick turn around. After no communication I called and was told they wouldn't even be able to look at it for a week. Then that changed to the end of the week. After no contact again they told me it would be done Monday. Again no communication so called today and was told they ordered the wrong part. They have no communication and will tell you different info based on who you talk to.
Definitely my kind of people here at Woodland Automotive! Had some car trouble and was stranded in Woodland on my way to Seattle with a bad bearing, okay destroyed bearing 😆, and these guys went above and beyond for me. Fair pricing and big hearts here. Be sure to call ahead for better quotes and timing.
This guy is a s**tshow! Stay away.
Had some bodywork done(mediocre at best) he didn't bother to even repair items that a decent bodyshop would repair he just left it off the list without mentioning it to us. Now we are taking it to a legit, professional bodyshop in Woodland. Wouldn't trust him with a Tonka truck. Not thorough... only wants your money and doesn't care about your family's safety. 1 star is a hundred times what he deserves.
Very affordable and knowledgeable mechanics. They never upsell, just do the job and get out. Also they bill by actual time instead of the suggested amount, always saving me money.
I have taken several of my vehicles here for repairs. In the past, incredibly pleased with work and service.
One week ago today took vehicle in for warranty work I was not pleased with. On Friday morning, contacted the owner to learn the status on vehicle. Learned as yet, since dropping off Monday morning, nothing at all had been done.
After agreeing Friday morning with owner what needed to be done, should be done. Informed owner then, Friday morning, I would be picking my car up midday on Monday.
Picked up car today, and one of the owners totally tried to place blame elsewhere.
After vehicle being there an entire week, I have to have. If I were only willing to leave it indefinitely, wonder how long it would take for the warranty work to get completed to my satisfaction??
From this point forward, I will not only NOT take my vehicles to Woodland Automotive & Collision Repair Center, I will not make referrals for this business to anymore friends and/or acquaintances
Clearly appears I will have to pay some other qualified company to make the repairs, even though under warranty.
Very UNhappy about the service I did NOT receive this time around. Clearly would not recommend!
Had $1200.00 work done STILL HAVENT RECIEVED A INVOIVE. STILL DONT KNOW WHAT WASNT DONE... HAVE IN A REPUTABLE SHOP AS WE SPEAK...NEVER WOULD I RECOMMEND OR GO THERE AGAIN .
We took our son's car here after his accident. The repairs were poorly done. The fit and trim rubbed into each other. The front quarter panel was wedged against the front driver's door. The hood closes crooked. A plastic piece next to the windshield blew off while driving on the freeway. The car's alignment also was not fixed. The whole job was very amateur and we were very disappointed. We will not ever come here again.
These guys go above and beyond to make sure you are taken care of. I've been there 3 times now and every time they did great work. Everyone is extremely friendly and you leave feeling good. As a single mom I dont have a lot of extra money and they are less than half the price as everyone else in the area. Plus they do better work. Woodland Auto Body and Tire has your back. Would recommend them to everyone! Great prices, great work and great service!
I was super happy with there work! They defiantly exceeded my expectations. I didn't think I would get my car fixed as quickly as they did. They were very responsive and updated me on what was going on with my car. Overall very satisfied and they defiantly have a new loyal customer!
I was involved in a hit and run accident, and my car had its fender crushed and and the front bumper was toast.
So I took it to Woodland Autobody for repair.
Long story short, the paint is chipped on my front bumper, nothing lines up right, and the blending is terrible.
I had to take them to court to get my money back.
Avoid at all costs!
