Very quick and prompt getting to my vehicle. My driver Tony that came and picked up the car also gave me a ride. He was very nice and helpful with making sure my car was loaded properly and securely. He also made sure that I was informed of his location and called to see where I was in the parking lot.
Tony was absolutely outstanding. From the moment he arrived, he was professional, friendly, and clearly knew exactly what he was doing. He went above and beyond to make a stressful situation so much easier, taking extra care with my vehicle and making sure everything was handled safely and efficiently. Blew a tire on the freeway today. Tony was there even faster than we had thought. I had my 5 year old daughter with me and was worried for our safety sitting on the side of the freeway. Tony made me feel completely at ease and even stood between us and traffic while we got out. I am beyond impressed with Tony’s customer service and genuine care for us and our safety. Tony is the opposite of a renob, and is most definitely the type of person you want working for you, and I hope he is given that recognition. I would give him 6 stars if I could!!
Our SUV had a flat tire today, and we called roadside assistance. Tony’s truck arrived very quickly and towed our car about 15 miles away.
His truck had enough seats for all four of us. Tony was very professional and careful when loading and unloading the car.
He was also very friendly and patiently answered my son’s questions during the ride.

Tony found our place with ease (not all tow drivers have been so lucky in the past). Once here, he got the car hooked up and was on his way within 15 minutes or so. At all times, he was friendly, professional, and courteous He was excellent!
Tony came to my rescue after I hit a deer, in the middle of a fast highway, very dark and foggy. My car was totally un drivable, but he had it/and me loaded in no time. He had even kept the cabin of the truck nice and warm for me. He handled that truck like a sportscar, and managed to deliver my car into a space in Portland that I could not have squeezed into myself. I was truly impressed. Thanks Tony.

I had needed a long two hour tow early in the morning. Advanced auto transport was able to come surprising quickly given where they were to where I was. Tony showed up at the time he said, was friendly, and able to assess the situation quickly. The vehicle was on graded gravel road with a tight turn and Tony navigated expertly. I had a flat tire on a rainy day on a winding 2 lane highway. Tony called and talked me through different scenarios and gave me good advice. He arrived promptly and put on the spare in a jiffy. He examined the tire, showed me the problem and told me what nearby city I could go to get things fixed quickly. He told me how to drive safely on a mini-spare tire. He was kind and had a reassuring attitude. The company worked well with my car insurance. Highly recommend them, would give more stars if I could.

These guys rocked it. I submitted a tow and insurance said it was 45 to 74 minutes out. 5 minutes later they were dispatched. Showed up super prompt, fast, and communicated well. Had to have my car towed today. Tony was my driver and he was absolutely awesome! Extremely friendly, great fast service, he was careful and made sure it was done properly. My driveway is awkward and right on Ocean Beach Hwy and almost everyone struggles to back big trucks into it. Tony backed into it with ease. He’s definitely a pro! 15/10 service from him for sure. Give that man a raise.
