Got right to the point. Did as needed, and had no issues. Knowledgeable and helpful, if not a bit indifferent. Got the impression that doing the job was not defined by affable customer service.
Called store today at 6pm and Philip answered the phone and told he can’t confirm if he has something. He mentioned the stores public and I can come take a look if I want to. Are you kidding me.
My alternator went out. I went to cost less first, was told by some coworkers try there. After I got there I asked if they could test it to be certain, the guy came out said I have to check the battery first. Cool I get it yea but then he says something is draining it you may have bumped my fuse box and broke a fuse.first of all my Pontiac g6 doesn't have a alternator fuse or relay.he then tells me I would have to take my alternator off so he can test it.I went to college for automotive,I am a blonde woman people. I go back inside to look for a serpentine belt tool. I ask a different guy there can you help me find it faster he says it's on the back wall I don't know where or what it looks like.....how do these men work here at a part store. by the way o Reillys had my alternator in stock cost less didn't plus I was able to rent the tool I needed thank you o Reilly
At first I had an issue with a part not being complete..I called in, and was ignored. I complained..THESE OWNERS MADE SURE I GOT THE PART I NEEDED, FREE, AND WAS SO UNBELIEVABLY HELPFUL.
I WILL NOT SHOP FOR PARTS ANYWHERE ELSE. PERIOD..GOOD PEOPLE!
You can usually find what you're looking for there, and the workers tend to be helpful. Was surprised they no longer put on back window wipers since they did last time I replaced it. They do still put on windshield wipers for customers though.
I needed different things for 1 vehicle 1 day and the next day my other vehicle and the gentleman at the cash register was really helpful and joked around with me about my 4 trips in there in 2 days. Reasonable prices and good customer service... that's a win win there. Lol
Nice place with full inventory. Downfall is if they don't have it Goodluck. They say they will order it by a certain time and have it at said time. Three different attempts over a lengthy time and every time had an issue. Either never showed up, nobody knows or so other excuses
Very awesome store. The service staff is polite, courteous and knowledgeable... The store is amazingly clean... I thoroughly enjoy shopping here.. it's a good experience every time...
I would like to share my rather unpleasant experience this passed Saturday, a shorter older man with balding and glasses on a string was nearly refusing to help the Hispanic guy in from of me because he could not understand him and told to go to a different parts store for help, when it came my turn to get help I explained to him the part I needed and he said “I don’t copy” as I say I need a coil pack, there was a video of some sort playing in his computer and he was paying more attention to that then me when I was right in front of him and asked me 3 times what I needed yet again witch simply was a coil pack for a Toyota. I hate to give this place this review but I am very unhappy with the way he acted towards me and the Hispanic gentleman before me, I will taking my business elsewhere and no longer recommend you guys. Yes, you are a lot cheaper on most parts but it’s not worth waiting to be talked to like you are stupid and have them not do there job and focus on the computer video then helping the customer right in front him. Thank you for your passed help and service, I hope you the rest of the guys do very well!
I have never had any problems with this store. The employees have always been very friendly and helpful when needed.

This is a great store and if they don't have a part you need, they will call a nearby auto store to see if they have it in stock.

For a long time I have been spending allot of my money , easily over $10.000.00dollers and since such a small town, not much choice in the matter. Would have to is the worst company/customer service skills I had ever seen in my life DONOT give this place your money the sale broken parts and cashier are real rude. You be better of to use DUCK TAPE.

I end up here to buy parts at least a couple times a week. Staff are always helpful and friendly. I have never been given a incorrect part and the prices are great. Also they can do a battery and altanator check instead of driving all the way to United.
I gave this place a 4 star review awhile back. It has changed a lot since then. Went there with my brother and got help from "Andy" he was probably the most knowledgeable autoparts person I have met in the 100+ auto part salesmen I have ran into in my life. Can't recommend him enough. Check out went smooth as well. Didn't catch that gals name but she was extremely nice. Cared about customer privacy as well which is always bonus.
My brother was able to pay with Apple pay. Seems like they have a pretty good return policy as well. This place has come a long way. I strongly recommend this place if you need assistance and/or need affordable autoparts.
Excellent service! Husband broke down driving from Oregon to Tacoma WA. It was small part, but they had it . Got him back on the road in under 30min. Totally saved the day! Very nice and knowledgeable customer service. Highly recommend!
Cost Less has been SOLD & after being a completely happy customer for more than 20yrs... The last 2 times I tried to purchase parts -not even close to the same experience. I hope they work the bugs out quickly. I actually ordered my parts online while at the counter today -as they were trying to figure out if they could even order same parts in a package.

Very up front and honest with great prices, and have to say Stacie is the best, always friendly and helpful, just like a good neighbor. The name says it all because the prices are the lowest I can find. They have a huge inventory and always seem to have everything I've needed on hand. The employees are also by far the best! Extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Great customer service paired with quality merchandise at the lowest prices around make it a no brainier. I highly recommend cost less auto parts!!!!!!!
Went in to get a gift card for a family birthday gift and the staff behind the counter couldn't stop complaining about the process for purchasing a gift card being so slow. We understand the frustration but we weren't in a hurry and the clerks constant complaint about the slow credit card machine made me want to leave the store as fast as possible. That being said it was my first and only experience at cost less but the store looked like it was well cared for. Shelves were stocked and organized, clean in and outside
I recommend doing business with Cost Less. They are always super helpful and patient. They have a great variety of products and you're probably going to leave with more than you expected. It's like the Target of auto parts!
They typically have the parts I've needed and most times have a better manufacturer than the other parts houses. I can't say enough great things about this place. Go, you'll be impressed!
Good cheap parts, but staff is totally hit or miss. I've had pleasant experiences dealing with them over the phone, only to receive none of the charm or customer service in person. Frequently they seem abrasive or completely lack interest in their job/customer service. It's not my fault you're working retail!
I always leave feeling like my business wasn't appreciated, or that I've somehow inconvenienced them for coming in.
But the prices and inventory selection seem pretty good, so I guess there's always a trade off.
Great customer service, very knowledgeable staff. When entering the building I was told to pick a number and as soon as I did mine was called. I needed a car battery and the gentleman who helped me not only told me where it was in the isle but he also went and got it taking it to the cashier for me. Definitely *Cost Less* Auto parts my purchase was $15 cheaper than the most competitive store about 2 miles away. I am definitely shopping here next time my car breaks down.
