Lito is the only mechanic I trust. He’s honest, kind, professional, and knows what he’s talking about. He’s helped me with multiple issues with my car, explained what the issue was, and showed me what broke. He’s the best!!
Lito has helped me solve a number of different issues with my Mercedes over the last few months. Recently I had him help with replacing my alternator, valve covers, EGR valve, air filters, oil change, and gave me advice on changing transmission fluid as well. He is very professional and gets me in quickly every time. He made a point to prioritize me when he had numerous other projects he was juggling. Do not listen to the other reviews from people talking bad about him, he is a reliable, trustworthy mechanic. Highly recommend.
Lito is AWESOME! He is Rocket Auto. I got a quote from a different shop in Castle Rock for $1700 for a brake job. Lito did it for under $700. Saved me an extra $1000. Didn't try to upsell me or service unnecessary things. Totally honest, skilled and fast. Done in 3 hours. I am absolutely returning for any needed service he can provide. Thank you Rocket Auto!
For someone who has 5 stars sure dont know how fix cars and gets grease all over in ur car while doing so vary unprofessional never bringing anything to this shop ever again if u read this stay away so many other professional shops around that do a great job for the same or better prices
If I could give more stars I would I’ve taken my car here several times each time was fast and quick and honest and VERY reasonable he always calls first to let you know what’s going on and the price so there are never surprise charges

We broke down while towing our camper and called Rocket Auto since it was the nearest shop. We were close by so he volunteered to come see what was the problem. Broken serpentine belt. He went above and beyond to help us out, track down the part, and get us back on the road the same day. Very reasonable price, too. This is the kind of business you can trust.
My car broke down on I-5 during a camping trip to Oregon. I was fortunate to limp in to Castle Rock and find Rocket Auto. Lito analyzed the problem immediately (a broken serpentine belt), helped me move my car to his shop, ordered replacement parts, installed a new belt (in less than an hour), and had me back on the road in a couple of hours. The cost was fair and the entire experience was a huge relief --- Lito and Rocket Auto saved my camping trip. I highly recommend this business but, absent an emergency, do make an appointment.
Had an issue with my truck. It was an urgent fix I needed asap because I use my truck for work. Had to have it towed in. They got me in quick and fixed the issue the same day. Every other mechanic in the area said the same thing, "idk when I can do it, but you drop it off." Me and the wife just moved to Castle Rock, and it's always good to have a preferred mechanic. We will be using them for future work on our vehicles. Hopefully, not anytime soon, haha. Price was resesonable I guess. Everything is more expensive these days, thanks to Joe Biden. So overall, great experience. I'll be recommending to people in the future.
Litto is amazing ! I was having intermittent issues with my fan turning on and running 24/7, called Litto and get got me in the next day . Diagnosed the issue and took the time to explain everything . I was back on the road in a couple hours .

My Ford Explorer broke down on I-5 heading home from a vacation and got it towed to their shop without even speaking with him, because it was a holiday weekend. They were on top of their game. Great work and communication. Also, great customer service.
We were in trouble when we came to him. Our car battery had died while going to Mt. St. Helens. We got a jumpstart and it died again. We googled and found this place. The guy is experienced, knows his stuff well, is patient and helped us to the end till he was able to figure out what’s wrong with the battery and cleaned it and fixed it. He even did electronic diagnostic. He probably spent 30 to 45 minutes on my car and charged me just $20. I offered more but he would not take. So reasonable in his pricing-it’s amazing to find somebody like him today in this day! He is simply the best! He was a blessing to us today! Thank you Ledo!

The guys at the shop are always friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. I met Lito by chance when my mom was purchasing a car. A few months later my car started acting up so I got in touch with Rocket Auto and had my car towed to the shop where they had to preform lockout services after a misunderstanding with the tow company and still managed to squeeze my car services in. They were able to send me pics of the issues and they could have charged me for a lot of work for a car on borrowed time. It wasn't the ideal outcome for me but they were upfront and honest about the issues and only provided and charged me for the services necessary to get me on the road until I could make arrangements for a new vehicle. Their quick response and honesty saved me a lot of money. I will definitely use their services again and highly recommend them.
Where do I even start? I have a 2013 VW Golf R and typically VW's cost a lot of money to have serviced. I took my car to Rocket Auto thinking that it would cost what timing belt services typically cost, at least $1200 or so, but that was not the case. I won't say exactly how much it cost but suffice it to say that it was right around half of that!! I couldn't believe it. I have had my timing belt done on a few different cars I've owned. The cheapest was $977 and that was for a Honda motor! VW service is expensive everywhere but Lito knows a thing or two about VW's and was able to use his expertise to save me a ton of money.
That was the first thing I had done there, and a few months later my check engine light came on down in Kalama. I looked underneath and water was pouring out. Stuck like Chuck I called my insurance's tow plan and had my car towed to Rocket Auto even though I went over the coverage limit to do it. I was worried that this would be something that would cost me an arm and two legs. Lito took a look and saw the problem right away. Somehow the radiator hose had worked itself loose and drained all of the coolant. Even though Lito was busy he stopped what he was working on to take care of my problem by jacking up the car and climbing underneath to access the hose. This was something that would have taken me all day to fix. I took him about an hour to gain the access he needed and reconnect the hose. I went and bought some coolant, filled the radiator back up, and started the car. Problem solved. I was worried that it would cost a couple hundred bucks for his time and effort, and again, I was surprised to find out how little it cost me. Now I'm not saying that it will be this way for everyone that goes to see Rocket Auto, this was just my experience! I am sold and anytime one of my vehicles needs anything I will go to Rocket Auto to have it done.
Rocket Auto went above and beyond. Blew a brake line on New Year's eve and they were the only place open. Had me fixed and on my way in less than an hour. Saved me in so many ways. Definitely use these guys. They are genuine and knowledgeable. 100% thanks guys!! -Kevin
Needed brakes done immediately! Unfortunately the schedule was booked for the week. The owner knowing the circumstance and impact that having a vehicle down could have on my business squeezed me in and had me back on the road in 2 hours. Price was fair and service was fast.
