The team is remarkably kind and accommodating. I brought my car in because the engine light was on and for some additional maintenance that needed done. They were able to adjust their schedule to fit my work commitments for the repairs and even gave me a ride to my job. Their prices are also quite reasonable, this shop is the best one I’ve experienced definitely recommend if you need work done on your vehicle.
I normally do not leave reviews, but this experience was extremely disappointing. My friend’s vehicle has been sitting there much longer than originally promised, yet they still charged full price without considering the delay or inconvenience caused. To make matters worse, gas was siphoned from the vehicle while it was under their watch. When we brought it to their attention, the response was basically that there was nothing they could do about it. That kind of response raises serious concerns about accountability and professionalism. Communication has been poor, the job is still not being completed in a timely manner, and overall the experience has been frustrating from start to finish. I would strongly recommend others think twice before trusting them with their vehicle.
I asked for updates since I was planning a big trip over the weekend and they told me it was almost done 30 minutes before they close for the weekend BUT they will finish it on Monday….i got a text message mid day Monday that it was done and when I picked it up the gas tank was stolen out of my boat and in there “fenced in property” and when they “checked the cameras” it was “too blurry to see” so they left it at that. Plus they called me Friday and said it was done then called me back 10 minutes later and said “they don’t understand the assignment” and it’s not done….definitely never going there again. I’ll tow my vehicle elsewhere next breakdown….
Car broke down nearby and I walked in and Sam from the moment I walked in greeted me and asked how they could be of assistance. After explaining she immediately came down to help diagnose and after some some helped us get the care back up and running. If this is who they have greeting us, she deserves a raise and it says a lot about the kind of employees they hire. Thank you Sam!
Great service and attention to my needs. Javen was expert at keeping me updated and when they couldn't fix the problem they made a recommendation about who could. I had a water leak in my truck. Honest, quick, kind, and caring. Something you don't always find in heathcare much less auto care. 5 out 5 and I would drive 50 miles to get my care care needs there!
Great local hometown shop, stoped in first time one day while helping my sister with her car where we ran into a problem with some cheap lugnuts stripping out. The guys helped us get em off and gave us some new/used ones at no cost. That simple gesture earned my business, now we get all our tires and light maintenance done there...great service and always so helpfull!
I called on Thursday afternoon and they got me in Friday morning for a diagnostic. They took my feedback and isolated the problem quickly. Gave me an honest estimate and had my rear differential fixed in a couple of days. They were reasonably priced and allowed me to test drive it before I paid. It's hard to find good people to work on Jeeps. I highly recommend taking your vehicle there.
Appreciated and needed ride shuttle service on this day. Got oil change service and basic inspection. Very knowledgeable staff. Will definitely make this my service center for all of my vehicles. HIGHLY recommend.
Got towed in after hours and it was not a problem. The staff was very helpful and my my car was fixed by noon the next day. Worked with my warranty company to get repairs done very quickly. Excellent experience. Would definitely reccomend and will use this shop for future repairs
They are very kind people they help me right away. Their service was fast and they did a good job I was traveling going to California and in my tire got flat and they fixed it. I was stressed out and they made me feel welcome and made sure I got back on the road safe
We were driving home to gig harbor on I-5N and the car plate on the bottom of our car fell down and was dragging, probably would have caught on fire if we kept driving. We walked in without appointment and the mechanic fixed the plate on our car for free. Excellent service....we are very impressed by their prompt service and are very thankful we found them. Otherwise we would have been stranded for hours and probably would have to pay a lot of money. Thank you for everything!

I first took my 4Runner in a few weeks ago for an oil change, tire rotation, and to explore the idea of new tires. I was given a same day appointment which I did not expect but was very pleased with this. During the inspection that was included, they discovered my rear brakes needed replaced. I brought my 4Runner back recently to have this done, they completed my brakes and changed out my fluids as this service needed done as well. The communication was superb, especially from Brianne, who I had worked with the most during my appointment times. I was traveling up to Seattle and suddenly had a tire blow out. I looked up the closest shop near me and found a true one of a kind repair facility. They had a replacement set of tires in stock and sent me on my way.
They also provided me with a very detailed inspection. Their team was exceptional and professional. The team was so fast I felt like I was in a pit crew at NASCAR.
Got my oil changed. They also rotated my tires and got everything done quickly and efficiently! All the employees are professional and very nice! This is the 2nd vehicle I have had an oil change done here. Will definitely continue to bring my vehicles in for service.

We had been on the road for several weeks and were staying in a local campground for a couple of days. I knew we had a slow leak in one tire on our tow car and needed to get it fixed. I googled tire shops for Castle Rock and this shop showed up in the search results. It had a 5 star rating with several recent good reviews. I called up and they said to bring it right in. Andy was great and got me right in to have it repaired. Ashton was the tech and he was great..very personable and professional. These guys have only been in business for a year and it is apparent they are out to earn your business. Highly recommend these guys and would use them again.
I can't begin to tell you how amazing this place is! If I could give them 100 stars I would. We were at Mt. St Helens and realized we had a nail in a tire. We called and talked to Maria. She was extremely friendly on the phone and told us we could bring the car in and they would help. Luckily we were able to drive the car there as the nail was only making the tire very slowly leak. When we got there Maria warmly greeted us and explained they would try and patch the tire if they could at a very reasonable rate. Ashton came out and took the car almost immediately after we got there. Unfortunately the nail had pierced the side wall and it could not be fixed. However, they happened to have a used tire there the size the car needed and it was in very good shape (if they hadn't had had the tire it would have taken a day to get one). While Ashton was putting the tire on we chatted with Maria about or trip and plans (we are here from Pennsylvania for a week seeing all the amazing things Washington State has). They saved us from potentially losing part of our trip. We were all set in less than a half hour and let me just say the price they charged for taking us Immediately, the labor, and a VERY GOOD used tire was phenomenal. I can't praise this place enough. If you live in the area go here. They are friendly, they are quick, they are fair. TRULY AMAZING!!!
Great place and service. Andy was very helpful. We knew we needed two new RV tires, so we called the day before. Andy ordered the tires and gave us an approximate time they would be delivered the next day. We planned our trip to arrive around the same time. We were in and out in 40 minutes and the prices were very reasonable! Conveniently right off of the I-5. All of the staff were very friendly and helpful. Hard workers!! Highly recommend!!
