Nick was awesome! He had my vehicle parked in front of my house less than an hour after i called the roadside assistance number on my insurance card. Which was a little unheard-of in my experience LOL he was polite, he was efficient and the service was super fast. I would recommend them to anybody
Nothing but good things to say about Fernanda who came to my rescue. I had a dead battery over the weekend and I got it replaced but it was installed incorrectly at the place that installed it. I needed to get my car towed to a repair shop to figure out what was going on. Fernando gave me a call to let me know he was on the way, got here so fast, and asked what the problem was. I explained the situation and he asked me to pop the hood. He immediately figured out the battery wasn't connected fully and helped me get it going. I paid for a jump but I probably saved somewhere between $250-$500 that I would have spent for the tow and the shop to fix it, and the ubber to pick it up. Thank you Fernanda for world class service. You ROCK and made my bad day a good day! I will definitely use this service again if I'm in a jam.
Fernando did a great job. Very professional. Called and picked up my daughters car that broke down, took the car to the shop, filled out the paperwork and made sure to give me a call and let me know all was taken care of. A huge thank you to ASAP Towing and Ryan was so great. I had gone through my "roadside assistance" app and another company had me scheduled 2 hours out, then delayed another hour. I called ASAP and they were there in 8 minutes. I highly recommend them!

I had a bad day yesterday with other towing company they let me waited for entire afternoon and cancelled after all and today the driver Danny came in 15 min and finish the towing in 10 min. He was calm, pleasant, reliable that he quickly assess the issue and found a way to get it resolved to tow. So smooth. Recommend with 6 stars.
My family was locked out of our rental car at a pull-off overlooking the Golden Gate Bridge last month. We were waiting on AAA to come and unlock the doors when I struck up a conversation with one of your drivers, Danny. He had stopped a moment to enjoy the view after delivering a vehicle from Washington. He was so kind to get his tools from the truck and after a few minutes, was able to grab the keys lying near the console and pull them out of the small space he had made.
He did not charge us and I only had a $20 bill (we rarely have cash) but I gave it to him with thanks for making our day. I cannot tell you how much I appreciate his willingness and kindness in helping us. Thank you again Danny!!
They said it would be an hour to two hours before they could get to my truck, they were there in 45 minutes, the driver was extremely friendly did an excellent job of securing my vehicle. I felt very secure and safe knowing that my $50,000 truck that decided to leave me stranded, was being towed by an extremely detailed driver. Thank you very much for your help!!!!
Lets start with the negative - the only negative was that they ended up being an hour later than their original ETA. I get it sometimes stuff happens, but I do wish that they had contacted me to advise that they were running behind.
On the positive side - when I called them to check the status, their dispatcher sounded genuinely concerned that the driver hadn't called us yet to let us know when he was going to be there. She told me she was going to text him to have him give an update. Not even 2 minutes later the driver called me, informing me he was almost there, and should be there in less than 15 minutes. He arrived in 10. Once he got there he was friendly, polite, and professional. He was also extremely efficient, having my truck up on the flatbed in minutes.
Other than the delay, I couldn't have asked for a better experience with this company.
I would like to give a Special thank you to Fernando the toe truck driver. We needed to have our 2020 Mercedes towed to the dealer. Between the issues with the car, cold temperatures and the time of night, it was a bit stressful. However, Fernando arrived professionally, with a smile and great energy. Fernando took the time to explain how he was going to carefully load the vehicle onto the flat bed and ensured me that he would care for the car with the upmost respect. After delivering the vehicle to the dealer, he provided me via text messages photos the car safely parked, the key dropped into the night box and ensured me that the care arrived safely and without incident. Because of Fernando, ASAP Towing and Recovery will be our tow company of choice for any future needs. I've been using Asap Towing's services for about two years and my experiences with their services have left me totally satisfied and confident that my car was in competent hands. My car is old and has had many problems since I got it two years ago, and I've even been stranded more than once because it broke down while I was out doing things. Asap Towing has been my GO-TO whenever I've needed a tow, or needed a jumpstart, and that won't change any time soon!

After 6 long hours of loading a 20' U-Haul truck, then driving 23 miles from Oregon to Washington, I miscalculated a turnaround about a mile from my destination, and ended up with the back 2 tires off the payment & stuck in a steep ditch. ASAP Towing & Recovery came to the rescue quickly. First the owner, Alex, came and assessed the situation, Bella soon arrived with the tow truck, and then Lance arrived to help. While Bella was on the phone with U-Haul about the situation, Alex & Lance went to work figuring out the best way to pull out the truck. The 3 of them did an Amazing job - they got the truck out of the ditch, turned it in the correct direction for me, and even followed us down the street to complete the process. And to my amazement, helped us unpack the truck, and then took the truck to the local U-Haul service center to be checked out. What a glorious outcome to what could have been a bust...and the truck was unloaded within minutes - with the help of additional amazing people who witnessed what happened & showed up to help. I highly recommend ASAP for any towing needs - they are the ABSOLUTE BEST: friendly, professional, & they know what they're doing! I'd give them 10 stars!
My drivers name was Alex, and I cannot tell you enough how happy I was with his service. He was so nice, so accommodating, so patient and so helpful! I made a call for my flat tire but my battery was having issues too. He took the time to look at it and saw it was a simple issue! When we got to the tire shop, he also drove my car into the spot at the tire store! I was so impressed and so amazed. FANTASTIC JOB ALEX!!!!!
This was the best experience I've ever had with a towing company. Extremely personable, professional, and knowledgeable. So much so, that I will only ever use them from this point on. You don't think about how important it is to have someone you trust and can depend on when something like your car breaks down. But feeling like you are in good hands and are being taken care of to the best of their ability is priceless. Also a family owned outfit so supporting a local small business is extremely important to me.
Alex, Brandy, Mark and Lance all know how to deliver top notch customer service. I don't think that anyone expects to end up in the situation that they're in when they have to call a towing company. Realistically not having the right people can really ruin the whole experience. But Brandy was super communicative and made sure we were kept in the loop the whole time when Mark was on the way. When he got there we did run into a hiccup and couldn't get my car out properly. They made me feel safe and waited for my friends and I to get a ride back and said they'd handle my car. I'm not going to go into details because I'm still in a claim with my car insurance. But they got my car out safely and Alex really advocated for me and made sure I knew exactly what was going on with my car and what I should expect. He promised me that I wouldn't have to pay anything to them as my insurance should take care of it. They got me out of a really bad situation where it could have been a lot worst and I'm super grateful of that. Now I'm hoping that the dealership and insurance can take care of the rest.
Office was great, my insurance had trouble finding a provider being Memorial Day but luckily being open and available the driver Mark was efficient and on time. After being denied at the tire place and being 230 miles away from home. With Marks help we got everything approved and got towed from Portland OR to Pasco WA. Definitely an outstanding and professional outfit. Highly recommend and will use again in future.
Had an excellent experience with this company. Mark was the driver for my situation. Friendly, professional and an all around good guy. The dispatcher, (can’t remember her name) was friendly and completely accurate with the arranged time I requested. Alex, the owner, runs a great company and has been there for the community and his employees during this odd time of “essential workers”. Very fair rates. They also do certain work on vehicles as well. Thank you to the entire team for taking care of me. I highly recommend them for your towing needs.

These guys saved me twice today. Probably the fastest service I've gotten from a tow company, and when I had to get my car towed to a tire shop to get a new rim to replace my busted one the owner stayed until he was sure I'd be able to get out okay. Unfortunately my car was in worse shape than I thought, and wasn't able to drive it home, so I had to call a second time. The next guy they sent out was also quick both in getting out to me and getting me where I needed to go. Really appreciate all your help ASAP!
I was stranded at the PDX cell phone wait area with a dead battery and an arriving passenger who was anxious to get home! Gary responded to my request for service through my auto insurance company. I appreciate that Gary called me immediately once he had been contacted and gave me an ETA for his arrival. I bought a Hyundai Genesis Coupe, it’s had a few warrantee malfunctions needing repair. I was tired of paying for a tow I called road side assistance then they appointed me to ASAP. My driver was Daniel, he was so incredibly respectful and aware of all the possible issues when towing a die hard car guy’s pride and joy. He is a amazing worker and very diligent of what his duties and tasked were. I wasn’t put on hold or constantly having times adjusted by his work ethic. Daniel if I could’ve I would’ve given you a nice tip for how you put care and kindness into your work and customer service.

Had a flat tire, so we called AAA, who said they were dispatching ASAP to give us a tow to the tire shop.
After being told it would be about an hour, we set about waiting.
After an hour and a half, we gave ASAP a call to find out what was going on.
Turned out they had actually declined the tow job coming from AAA, with no warning, no call, no anything.
Had we not called them, who knows how long they would have left us hanging.
Trash tier customer service.
We ended up calling Retriever Towing who came in less than 20 min, got us hooked up and on our way.
The tire popped off our car on the highway and AAA call A.S.A.P. to have our car towed to the nearest mechanic. Gary came out and immediately starting getting the car ready to be towed. While we were there on the shoulder of the highway, he did not let us leave the safety of our car. He was expedient and a true professional. I would recommend A.S.A.P. Towing and Recovery to anyone who needs their vehicle towed. Thank you Gary!
Awesome!! 1st time I have ever had to call a towing company and i was very impressed! Jennifer whom answered the phone was patient and kind. Gary was the guy who came out. He was early and professional. As a single lady I felt safe, comfortable and listened to. Gary explained to me what he was doing as he did it and did the job fast. WOULD HAVE tipped if i could!

I waited almost 2 hours for Patriot Towing to arrive and after getting frustrated contacted my insurance company who was able to contract with ASAP Towing and ASAP contacted me within just 5 minutes of that notice and showed up within 20. The driver Jon was even apologetic for my experience with the other tow company - obviously not ASAP’s doing. The quick response, arrival, Jon’s great attitude, professionalism and service speak volumes about ASAP’s clear customer-centric and quality service business model. Obviously ASAP cares about its image and reputation and even sent me photos of my vehicle arriving at the dealer safely to give assurance my vehicle was taken care of. Thank you!
Unfortunately my truck wouldn't start after filling up at Costco on 02/16/19. I contacted AAA and they sent A.S.A.P. to tow my vehicle. THe driver I believe was Gary was a great help, courteous and really professional. He took care in the transporting of my truck and I was very please even in this frustrating situation.

One of those really hot days, my car died. I called AAA and they sent ASAP Towing. The driver was friendly and professional. He made sure the truck was cool for me to ride with to the dealership with him and my car. He skillfully and safely loaded up my car on to his truck. I was very pleased with the service he provided.
