The service I received exceeded my expectations. From initial call to final item removed, everyone was friendly, respectful, and communicated well. Service was completed promptly and with great attention. My only complaint was that I had not called them for my earlier jobs.
Guys were great, did a wonderful job and quickly - price was right in the middle of the quote too! Thank you very much. Oh ya, also very communicative - got texts with ETA when on the way. Honestly, I can't think of a thing they could do better!

I had a difficult junk removal project and Junk King handled it perfectly when others wouldn’t. The owner came out, figured out a smart solution, and made it look easy. He was friendly, professional, and even cleaned up afterward. It cost a bit more than expected, but it was completely fair for the amount of work involved. I’d absolutely use them again and highly recommend Junk King for any junk removal job.
I was genuinely shocked at the price for taking 2 couches. At least they took one of them for free but still it shouldn’t have been what it cost. I appreciate them getting it out of here so quickly, I just think the price should be known beforehand with the quote

Tyler and Chase were punctual, quick, efficient and very congenial. These two did such a great job and I cracked a smile several times during our interactions. I wish I would have taken a before picture but there were large particle board cabinets all the along the side as well as two large defunct fridges on the back wall an extra large solid wood workbench and of course all of our broken down boxes after moving. They even swept the garage when they were done.

Very efficient and well priced. Two gentlemen did the work quickly and cleaned up everything. I had several big planters loaded with dirt, and they even emptied the dirt and spread it all around for me, which was very nice.

I can't praise Junk Management enough. When they arrived this morning, we couldn't walk thru our garage. It was jam packed from two households merging and the belongings of a recent family members passing. Dan, Tyler and Rob put the muscle behind all the work that my mom and I had no idea where to begin. The best part is they all have amazing personalities, so the work went fast and they felt like family! This was only the first time we had them out, and we already have isles set up from our new shelves, they built. We can't wait to have them back out *-*

2 guys showed up. Cleaned a big truck full of my junk up and left in about 40 minutes. These guys know what they do and do it incredibly well . Highly recommend Junk King. The price was more than hauling it myself but definitely worth the time and energy I saved. Before and after photos prove it's worth the service.

I hired a junk removal service to perform a cleanout, but the job was marred by a heated dispute between workers. As the argument escalated, I intervened to restore order. I later apologized to the remaining workers, who concurred that Jon's behavior was unacceptable. Regrettably, the incident led to a reduced workforce, causing delays and increased inconvenience. I brought my concerns to the owner's attention, and he apologized, promising to make amends. Nevertheless, the resolution fell short of my expectations, as I was still required to pay the full price and leave a gratuity. Moreover, the workers broke a glass canning jar in the garage, which was left unattended for hours. I slipped in the mess and the glass stuck in my shoe. Although they eventually cleaned up the mess, I was not satisfied with the overall experience. Would I hire them again? No. They also showed up with items in the trucks before they even stated. I took pictures of that as well. These items were in the truck as the pulled in.
I had a huge leather couch with a hideaway bed that was way to heavy for us to get rid of. I had received several quotes from various junk haulers up to $400. 00. These guys came in and quoted me a much better price, but it was still more than I had. They gave me an amazing deal so I could just be done with it. They were so quick and even took a clothes rack. I recommend these guys to anyone needing something moved or taken away. Great Guys!
This is the second time I have used Junk King. Both times they came at stated time frame. Very polite, made sure they had permission on items to take, and took care on carrying items out of the unit. They also took photo's of items not taken. I will need their service again and will use them.
I ordered a Junk King dumpster bag from Amazon and filled it up while doing a few projects in my house. Easily scheduled pick up on the Junk King website. Zander and Edison came to collect the bag today. They called ahead to let me know when to expect them and were courteous and efficient when they arrived. This is the second time I have used their service and would absolutely use them again.
Francisco and Steven from Junk King did an excellent job at dismantling and removing an old rubber shed and its items inside. They arrived quickly in one day, gave an estimate, and did their service. They were also very friendly and transparent with their process. Highly recommend them .
They were very commuticative, on time, professional, did everything they said they would do for process. What I was impressed with the most, was they did not leave a mess whatsoever. I was not able to be there, and there was garbage debris everywhere. It looked great when I arrived later to see what may have remained, and it looked Great! Thanks Guys.
