Been going to costless for over 15yrs unfortunately the quality of this one has dwindled severely might be the area might be the buisness itself but id avoid this costless if possible amd dive the extra 35 miles to the Vancouver location

Absolutely the most horrible customer service experience of my life! The woman who is a manager at this location (she’s super loud and wears some sort of transmitter on her head) absolutely has zero respect for customers as well as her employer! Nobody should ever talk to her customers the way she talked to my wife and I. We made the mistake of buying a battery from this location and after only two days we were constantly left stranded in our RV to where we finally had to swap the battery to the house side so that we would go from being stranded to just living in the dark without any power! So we made the choice to stay on the property and await the shop to open in the morning in order to warranty the battery we bought for it obviously is bad! She shows up starts kicking and hitting the door of our motorhome kicks us off the property and tells us she doesn’t care that we are here due to the faulty battery we are to remove our vehicles from her property and we can walk on with battery later! Now that’s just absolutely stupid and lacks in any sort of customer service skills whatsoever! This lady should be fired for if she can talk to us like that, then she definitely has no issue talking to others the same way! I will gladly tell as many people I can about my dreadful experience with this absolute rude person and as long as she is working with Cost Less I will drive as many customers as possible away from this location!

Bought 2 light bulbs from them always had issues replaced the light bulbs 2 months later with Amazon ones and now they work great. Each light bulb was a 100 dollars total of 200 dollars. the whole kit online was 40’dollars ballast igniter total of 80 dollars. I also bought an axle the boot tore in less than 10 days. I can go on further but if you’re going to buy some thing and you need it today shop around. Quality and warranty should mean more than cheap and quick. You work hard for your money so why throw it away so quickly. Update I called in for a part i ordered just to have Larry say that my names scary. Tomorrow I’m coming in to talk to an owner or some thing gotta change this racist stuff gotta stop my names scary because of what the American narrative has put on tv. Not what it really means

Always great prices and always the most helpful people working! Asked some strange questions before and still have gotten completely honest answers that were reliable! They even change your wiper blades for you, sweet huh!

Review: As a business owner and veteran who visits this location 3–4 times a week while in town, I can say the customer service is consistently solid, even during busy hours. Like most locations, the food is standard across the chain — reliable and familiar. It does get busy at peak times, but the staff handles it well. Overall, a dependable stop for coffee and a quick bite.

I've been going to cost less number one first most of my life that's got the best prices and upsets other auto parts stores because of it and don't let other auto parts stores mouth off about the brands nor the quality, because most of those other stores are selling Chinese parts and not American parts

The wait wasn't very long considering there were 12 people in line ahead of me they were more helpful than most places and had everything I needed in stock and better prices than every other store I called I'd give them a 10 star rating if possible and they even have decent restrooms for customers unlike any auto parts store in Portland Oregon. Well worth the almost 20 mile drive.

I've been trying to find a few auto parts from a variety of stores and shops in Washington and in Oregon it seems like no one would take the time to ask the right questions and give the right answers. I was going to give up but I decided to call Cost Less Auto Parts and a person named "Larry" answered to my surprise he truly asked the right questions and answered exactly what I needed wow! what an incredible person. I wrote a review before the new ownership this just to be a really nice place to buy autoparts but now is not a very pleasant place to go, customer service is not nice take a number and you have to wait a lot of time to be served, the salesman are in the phone or at the computer all the time, they just look at you and look away again with a mad face like they are not enjoying what they do. Also the service at the phone just to be good now you call asking for a part and just the machine answer, last time I called I waited for 15 minutes and nobody answered my call. No good

Always a great experience. Clerks are always helpful. Had to bring a bad battery in under warranty and forgot to bring the right socket to pull it out of the car and he was able to bring one out for me. Appreciate this place.

Good place to get parts. I don't like Amazon parts. They never get it right. Cost less. Is good at looking up part. And matching up parts. And they are friendly.

First of all I would like to start off by saying I live the store or at least the employees there. But to night and a couple times I've went in there. They are so understaffed as overwhelmed. that people can't help but to be on edge and it shows.. If you cared about your employees or even your customers you would help Us by helping them. I've never been in a store that the employees are so knowledgeable. Your prices are amazing.Your people are great.You just need more of them

When you go in you have to get a ticket and wait for your number in line will announce it or you'll see it on the wall once you get to go to the counter servers are very attentive hey Google get the product for you or show you where it's at cashiers are really nice and friendly.

Just spent 115 bucks to have cashier follow me to my truck and check my receipt. Only brown guy on the store. Instead of asking the cashier who rang me up he asked one next to him on the other side of the store then followed me outside. Look I'm used too people in this area treating me like I'm going to rip them off but to act on it out of negligence? Other cashier who helped me was very nice. I won't call out this young man but he knows what he did. 3 stars. Was recommended to go here by my girlfriend who is a local. First time I went by myself today and was to exchange or get information on why my steering wheel cover wouldn't go on. Was helped with that by being told a tip so there's that. Won't be coming back. Do better I have many options to get this stuff

Originally, I was unhappy about my experience. I had purchased a new battery and explained that I didn't know if it was the right one and if I could check and return it if it wasn't. They said I could. It wasn't the right one. When I went to return the battery they wouldn't take it. However, Alex from customer support reached out to me, and we were able to correct the issue. He was able to get me the correct battery the same day that we spoke.

Not sure where the decline in service has come from, but wait times are 15 minutes plus in the service counter queue, and the last several times I’ve come through have been advised/sold incorrect parts. Returning an item means standing again in a 15+ minute wait. Frustrating to consistently receive incorrect information for parts, will be shopping elsewhere.

I purchased a alternator here about four months ago and it cost me roughly $160 with the core exchange. Four months later, the alternator failed. I brought it back and decided to return instead of exchange due to the failure being so early on this unit. However, they were not able to give me a core back. This puts me at a disadvantage because now going to purchase one at the dealer, I will still need a core, and since I don’t have one, I will have to pay extra for that. I tried to talk it out with the manager, but that was unsuccessful. I am very disappointed. Update: I was contacted by the regional manager and we figured out the situation. I am extremely impressed with their response. I honestly didn’t expect the situation to be resolved in such a timely manner and headache free. I was able to go back to the store and get my core refund. Huge shoutout to Alex H who reached out and resolved the issue. Way to turn an unhappy customer into a extremely satisfied customer!

I like the store. I think here for all cars you can find any spare part. because no matter how many times I come, I always buy what I need and even offer different companies, different qualities. qualified guys. very rarely, but maybe there is no spare part on site, then they can order and bring it in a few days. here you can ask and they will check your car and tell you what to do, what spare part needs to be changed. I especially remember a guy named Alex from the staff. he served me several times, I had some questions and he thoroughly answered and helped. It is immediately clear that he loves his job and understands a lot about car repairs. The prices are good compared to other places. The battery and alternator can be checked on site. I brought. I recommend, I think you will be satisfied

They had everything we needed. Everyone was helpful. There prices where reasonable. I would double check how busy they are beforehand as you can really wait once you’re in the store.

Hands down this is the best auto parts store within 100 miles. Huge inventory, they seldom have to order your parts. Very competitive pricing, quite frequently beat other local stores. There's just one area that I feel they could improve and that is customer service skills. Almost never see a smile on an employee's face, almost never receive a hello how are you, yes please, and thank you, or recognition of your existence although you can be standing within feet of 5 or 6 people behind the counter who act like you aren't there. ***UPDATED 10/04/2031 I've been in the store several more times since my first review. This place has not changed. Still a wonderful store as far as product availability but the customer service is willfully poor. When your customer is talking to you and you have to repeat yourself because they weren't listening or you're throwing a little humor and they can't even crack a smile because all they want is for you to hurry up get out of their line so they can help the next person. How about helping the one that's in front of you. Treat your customers like human beings not like cattle!

This place is always my first stop! The staff are all very knowledgeable and helpful. This visit I didn't buy anything because the part I needed was out of stock and due to the holiday they wouldn't be able to get it until next day (every other place I called said 3-5) but the associate who helped me troubleshoot my car's issue until we figured out the problem (and he was 100% right) and explained to me how to replace the part myself. He probably saved me $300 at a mechanic! The store itself was very well organized and clean

*I'm like a Drunk in a liquor store at this place* Just a great time, only you can't drink anything outta the bottles. Unless you hit up the vending machine of course. Be careful though, the coin return is just deep enough to prevent undetermined folks from retrieving all their change. I wish we had this place in Oregon. This place has amazing customer service! A few days ago my brother bought me new windshield wipers but they turned out to be too short, so since he's at work I decided to go by myself to see if I could have them replaced or if not, just to return them. I went to the cashier and she sent me to the store manager -Wayne- who listened to my inquiry and immediately gave me a replacement and even put them on my car for me. I really appreciate the customer service here and recommend this place. I am definitely coming here again if I need any car parts. Thank you.
