Called this morning at about 10:15am, was told that they could get me. I called again at approx 11:15am and was told that my driver had to do a pick up for VPD. I get a call at 12pm from the driver saying she is on her way and will be there in 20 minutes.
At 12:53pm I get a call from a different driver, saying he will be coming to get me and will be there in about 25 minutes.
At 1:21pm I get a call saying that my driver had to do a pick up for VPD and it would be another 60-90 minutes.
At no point during my initial call did they tell me that my service could be delayed indefinitely because VPD calls get immediate priority for them.
I then called Budget Towing and had someone sent to me in 30 minutes, it was almost $100 cheaper, and they assured me that they arent contracted with VPD so there won't be any delays with coming to get me.
I'm sure the employees here at Speeds are just doing their jobs, no issues with them. My issue is with the company that made me wait in the cold for 3 hours while I thought I was being picked up any minute. Terrible business practice.
Alycia was amazing and was very kind and helpful in getting my car towed to a repair shop. The process was quick and they were at my home within 30 minutes of calling. I could not be more satisfied with how efficient and simple the process was. Thank you!
Ran over a bicycle that fell off a pickup today on SR 500. Ended up with a flat tire and messed up transmission. Dept of Transportation guy showed up shortly after it happened and was nice enough to jack up my vehicle and pull the bike out from underneath. Good guy! My car died in the middle of traffic on a hill on St. Johns. Andrew from Speeds Towing arrived quickly, secured my car and delivered it to the mechanic. He was so kind and made sure I was safe. Great service from Alycia today. My Tesla was stuck in a parking lot, unable to open the doors or put the car in a gear. Great communication, easy process. I was happy to have her as my tow driver!
A few days ago during the morning commute from Vancouver to Camas, we got caught up in a rear end accident on Hwy 205. Brandon showed up with his flatbed, quickly had us loaded up and headed for the secured facility on our property, to await the insurance adjuster. Brandon was professional, friendly and fast! If I ever need a tow service again, I will call Speedy, And hope that Brandon would be our tow truck driver – he was excellent!

Brandon, the tow truck driver, was very helpful professional and was able to work safely to place my vehicle on his tow truck. This was on a very busy highway during the night hours. He does a great job communicating and listening as well.

I accidentally turned onto a construction site, and got my car really stuck in cement. I was just about to have a breakdown when an angel named Alycia showed up and saved me and my car. I received a very professional towing service from Aaron today. He arrived quickly with a flatbed truck, was very careful loading my car into it from a tight parking lot, and drove myself 13 miles to my shop. Aaron was so courteous that although the shop had closed, he knocked on the door and found the owner inside who was able to open the gate so my car could be safe overnight. I had an excellent experience with Eddie and John from Speed Towing! After damaging my tire and realizing it wasn't safe to drive, I called them for help. They arrived quickly with a wheel lift truck, but Eddie immediately suggested getting a flatbed for my car instead, prioritizing my safety and peace of mind. I truly appreciated his thoughtfulness!
They swiftly returned with the flatbed and delivered my vehicle to Lexus without any hassle. To top it off, they even sent me a picture once my car was safely at its destination! Eddie and John went above and beyond to ensure I was taken care of, and I couldn't be more grateful.

Eddy was great, it was my friends birthday and my coolant system messed up and eddy picked us up really quick and took us home. He’s funny and a kind dude. We (two women) felt safe with him so if you need your car towed these are good people!
Eddie was my guardian angel last Saturday night - I finished work around 11:30pm, near downtown Vancouver, but my car won't start. Alone on the side of a deserted road, tired and anxious to get home, I turned around and saw a tow truck pulling over out of nowhere. Eddie offered his help and I gladly accepted. He immediately turned his truck around, looked under my hood and managed to jump my "dead" battery. He was calm, friendly, and efficient. Even better, he did not charge me anything... "Paying forward as he said." What a great guy!! If only all tow companies had employees like him, we'd all feel safe and relax when needing a car assistance service in the field. Eddie came out this evening to tow my car and he's just an all around nice guy! Wished me a happy belated birthday and sent a picture of the car when it was dropped off to my great mechanic!! He really cares about his customers and that's really hard to find I have had my car towed few times and most of them don't care and are rude or clueless! Give this man a raise he's awesome!!

Totally happy with the service from Speeds Towing. Eddie came out and got my 1 ton pickup loaded up out of a tight area and made it all seem easy. He took great care of it and sent me photos of it at delivery to my chosen shop. Not only that he drove it through Portland at rush hour on a Friday and did so with a smile. Outstanding quality of service and professionalism, and peace of mind for me. Thanks again Eddie! Hope I won't need Towing any time soon, but if I do Speeds Towing will be the first ones I call.
I had an issue with my car on Friday, first tow truck driver was newer and was honest with me about not sure exactly how to lift my car safely.
I got ahold of Eddie from Speeds towing and he showed up shortly after and assessed the situation.
I have a GTR with some mods done and I myself was concerned. He was able to safely lift my car onto the flat bed with no damage to my diffuser / exhaust / front end ( I was pulled into a spot and could not reverse) He safely dropped my car off and then today picked it up and dropped it off at my car shop for work.
Eddie is very courteous and does a great “Speedy” job along with being safe with my car.
If I ever need another tow, I’ll be calling Speed’s and asking for Eddie.

Our car was stolen, then found in non-working condition. When AAA dispatched Speeds towing, Kris came out to rescue her on the side of the road and bring her home. He was professional, kind and so fast! When he delivered the car to our home - we live at the end of a circle so its hard for trucks to get in and out - My husband and I couldn't believe how he made it look like a breeze. His skill and precision were so impressive! It was a Friday and we were his last call of the day so you would think he would just want to get the job over with and get home. Instead, he pulled out his tools and helped us start the car! This helped tremendously since we needed to report it to our insurance. He had so much compassion for our situation and was by far the best tow truck driver we have ever worked with. A special thank you to Kris for that win that we so desperately needed in our dire situation.
