Troy towed our tiny house for us in April 2024 from Duncan to the Parksville area. We were very happy with his service and felt that we were in good hands. It was getting dark when it was delivered but he made sure to spend the time to position it exactly where we wanted it. We wouldn't hesitate to call him again.
Troy towed my car from my driveway to the dealership. He showed up on time and delivered. My car wouldn't start and he tried to jump it twice before the tow. I felt like he had my best interest at heart. When it didn't jump start, he said it was probably the BCM. Believe it our not, that is what was wrong. Forget the others, call Troy.
Troy is THE MAN he helped is back our travel trailer in to a super narrow driveway. He literally saved us hundreds of dollars because otherwise we'd have to pay lot rent somewhere. Very skillful knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. Super professional and a great dude.
Troy is AMAZING. He's come three times to jump start my battery (was going to tow to dealership, but tried jump start first saving me $$$). When it was apparent my battery needed changing (it was original to my 2011 Jetta - 11 years old!), he did the research and supplied me with a new battery. He was quick and efficient. Recommend highly.

This nice gentleman picked my Jeep up to bring it to a Les Schwab for a stuck lugnut, and was kind enough to let Les Schwab remove the lugnut while still on the truck and then drive to the drop off location saving me both several days of time and money. I can't thank him enough!

Had to get a tow tonight and called all around for 30 minutes and left voicemails for other tow companies. I sat waiting for companies to return my call. Then I see Troy’s Towing drive by the lot I was stranded in. I immediately called the number on the truck and got Troy. He was heading to a call but told me he would be right back to help. Troy is a true stand up professional hard working individual. I would recommend him.
