On Sept 3rd I called several towing companies with a unique motorcycle tow problem. Langley’s was the only one that sent a truck. Chris arrived and with some unique thinking came up with a solution. I needed to remove some tree limbs with a hand saw, but I was injured and Chris took over and did the limb removal! This was above and beyond in my opinion! He was friendly, courteous and professional. I would recommend Langley’s and specifically Chris for your towing needs.
The office is clean and organized and the lot is clean and free from parts laying around. The owners are very nice and helpful and they got all my belongings out of my car and had it all put in a bag for me to take with me.
My car broke in the middle of the intersection last night and our tow through insurance was 1-2 hrs out. Police officer had us cancel and he called for immediate tow due to the situation. Patrick from Langleys showed up and took care of us! Thanks for showing up and being super nice and helpful;)
The employees were nice enough but the fees are outrageous. $650 to get a stolen car out on Monday that was towed Saturday afternoon. $101 per day for storage. Its insane. There should be a law against making people pay so much to get back their car. Based on price alone I'd give 1 star, but the employees were kind and helpful. Had it not been such an incredible rip-off, I'd have given them 5 stars. There's just no justification for such inflated fees. I wonder how many people have had their cars recovered then lost them anyway. So not ok.
Tow truck driver was a joke, tried to bargain with me when I asked him how much it would be for him to drop my vehicle he said I'll split the bill with you I'll pay half as long as he pointed over to the officer and said as long as he puts me back on first rotation. And he was dead serious and then after that he stole stuff out of my car. Literally went to go retrieve my belongings and I had things missing and everything was reorganized and moved around like are you serious. Karma always comes back around the most beautiful thing about it is you have no idea when it's coming. I swear you can't trust anyone nowadays.
We recently had a customer whose vehicle was towed to Langley’s Towing following a collision. The customer needed their car inspected at Motolux Collision Center before leaving town, but since it was after hours, we urgently needed access to the vehicle to prepare a proper estimate.
Despite the late hour, Langley’s Towing went above and beyond to accommodate our request. A very kind and professional staff member met us after hours, opened the gate, and allowed us to retrieve the vehicle without delay. Her courtesy and understanding made the experience seamless and efficient.

Have used Langley multiple times in the past, hell I even drove for them at one point. Called for a tow cause I lost the transmission in my truck on the way home. They were onsite within the time frame given. The driver was extremely personable and respectful and price was definitely fair. Will continue to use them in the future if need arises.
Car blew a hose at work. Called and scheduled tow at the end of the day. Patrick came out and gave me and my rig a ride back home at the end of my day. Patrick was quick, efficient, safety conscious, and provided really good and personable service. I highly recommend Langley's Towing if you have the misfortune of needing a tow.

Needed a tow to my local mechanic. The operator, Stewart, showed up when he said he would and quickly and professionally got the job done. They were also the best price of the six tow companies I contacted. Highly recommend.

$500 to tow a mini bike a few miles. Of course police ordered. Like we wouldn't have came and just thrown it in the back of our truck, or even a car! Literally a 109cc pocket bike and got charged the price of a car and car storage fees. But nobody is surprised. It's a tow company, we all know they're scumbags.
Had our stolen vehicle recovered by these guys, that took really good care of it, very professional to deal with will, definitely be using them going forward all my towing needs.
