I locked my keys in my car while at Kaiser & called to have someone come help. I expected a long wait but was surprised when Brian called me within 10 min. He followed my crazy directions to which parking lot I was in & had me on my way within 30 mins of my call to Carls. Brian was very kind & polite even though it was HOT & he had to move his truck.
Best towing company in the area. I use this company on a regular basis and cant wait to evangelize them every chance i get. Lance is a specialist when it comes to recovery, mechanical issues and customer service. You wont be disappointed giving them call.
Lance was above and beyond, my Girlfriend and I were broke down on the highway with a Monaco Dynasty RV Bus, and he towed it perfectly into an RV spot at an RV park, flawlessly!!! I was stressed and very upset with this whole situation, and he explained everything in a way I could understand and had no problem asking anything he needed to help have the situation resolved and put me at ease. Bro deserves a raise!!! 5 stars because I can't add more, A++++++++++
We went through five other drivers from four other companies who passed on the job before Lance showed up. We were in a tight space with low clearance in a parking garage. Lance flipped his light bar down for clearance and went in like a BOSS. 30 minutes later we were out. Tell your insurance company to call these guys FIRST. I really don't know what the other companies were scared of.
Lance at Superior Towing helped my son out of a pickle in the snow and ice on Larch Mountain. My son’s truck slid into a deep ditch and he needed a tow. It was complete ice. Lance showed up and knew exactly what to do. He expertly pulled him out and got his rig turned the right direction and even followed my boy most the way home. Can’t beat this kind of service.

My insurance company used them for roadside assistance. I was given an estimate of 59-minutes for them to arrive, after initiating it in the app. He showed up ten-minutes earlier than expected & got my car running right away. All it needed was a quick jump start. So, I can't speak to their other services. But, the guy who came out was great.
I cannot thank Superior Towing for their customer service. Considering it was just after the ice storm of 2024 they delivered the car to my address in Springfield. Because I wasn't at home I asked them to contact me and send photos of the car after dropping it out. Very thoughtful and considerate. The driver sent me pictures and video when delivered
These people were great in recorded my car and the scene before and after they arrived. They also took photos to prevent them from being sued. I got my carstuck because of amazon flex jot working with the property owners to improve directions and read aloud instructions for safety. They are lucky I didn't die or kill someone
Devon was the driver that arrived in a reasonable amount of time from our call. He was very polite, professional and knowledgeable. We had a tire on out travel trailer start to fall apart. He was helpful and made suggestions about the kind of Jack we should carry with us for future trips. Thank you Devon

Devon was so kind & had an awesome attitude!!! My car was in a tight spot & he had no problem getting it out ! I had no key & a flat tire but he got it on the flat bed without any problem at all!! My insurance company contacted Superior Towing when I needed a tow. A tow truck came within 30 min. Devon was friendly, efficient and very helpful; relieving me of my stress in this unfortunate situation I had gotten myself into. From start to finish they were very great! The gal in their dispatch was very kind and gave me all the information I needed right away. The driver, Devon, was exceptional! He was quick and very accommodating- hauled directly to my house and I didn't have to stay with the car for it to be delivered. Car had issues that are probably beyond a dead battery. I was worried that a towing company would make the situation worse but Devon with Superior was quick and helpful and carefully loaded and unloaded my car from the flat bed. Really appreciate Superior Towing and will make sure to keep their contact info if I need a tow again.

I called Superior Towing & Recovery on a Sunday after I had been sitting in a parking lot for two hours. Nick L. shows up, after ten minutes, and proceeds to be the most professional and loveliest person who could have came to my rescue. I told him immediately to tow my car to a dealership (for I know nothing about cars) and he instead tried to jump my battery with two seperate jump boxes. He then went to get me a battery (which I had given him the wrong make and model of my car for) only to realize that the size was wrong, and worked to ensure that I got the right size. I cannot thank Nick L. or Superior Towing enough! The best towing interaction I could have ever expected! Thank you, Thank you, Thank you!!!

Nick L. Was Amazing and super reliable and professional. Superior really saved our bacon. Our car's alternator went out and these guys are who my car insurance picked, and I see why. Nick knows his stuff, and he was able to not only diagnose the problem, but at first the car started and appeared to be drivable, so we were going to limp it home, but when we got back in the car it didn't start again. Nick was still there, so he hooked it up and towed it to our house (it's Saturday and our mechanic is not open Saturdays) which was super cool! 10/10 would recommend to anyone!
Nick was excellent and professional. We are new to the area, and our alternator died and he got us towed home, and the car parked in the driveway! Nick is an excellent shinning star at this company, and we really appreciate you guys and him.

Our 45' RV became stuck as we pulled into a parking lock. The drive axels lost contact with the ground as there was an unexpected deep dip where the road met the entrance. Called our recovery insurance company and they put us in touch with Superior Towing & Recovery. They managed to pull us out with a wench - not an easy task considering we are about 31 tons! Can't say enough positive things to say, very professional, got us back on the road in no time. Highly recommend.
