We are camping at the KOA and while in town a street worker told us we had an oil cover under our truck dragging in the road. Leavenworth Auto Care let us bring our truck in right away and fixed it for us at no charge. Amazing quick service and a huge relief. Thank you!
I called ahead to see if they could help me with an electric issue on my motorhome. I was told to drive in and they would take a look. I did, they did, and 2 hours later I was back on the road. I highly recommend Leavenworth Auto (and sometimes motorhomes), Care, Inc. Real people fixing real problems.
Want to give a shout out to Leavenworth Auto Care. I was in adesperate situation, I needed a set of chains as my granddaughter was stuck on Stevens Pass and it was Sunday night in Leavenworth with the stores closed. I ran into the gentleman in town and he said he had a set of chains and had us follow him to his shop and he donated the chains for my cause. Thank you for your help my granddaughter made it home. I highly recommend this gentleman for all your car needs as he is a honest and kind soul.
Eric was amazing, we were in town on family vacation when our car broke down. He knocked out our repair quickly so we could get back on the road on time. Customer service was beyond outstanding !!!

I hit a pot hole really hard and tore the flex joint on my exhaust pipe. Eric was booked out far (as was everyone else), but offered to stay late with a flashlight and do a quick diagnostic. One new exhaust pipe and a couple gaskets later, and my car runs like a dream. Thank you!
Eric was absolutely amazing and a true lifesaver. I was in town for the weekend with a bachelorette party when a rock slide happened and I ran over a boulder. When I got to town, Eric was my first call and he dropped everything to help—including offering to pick up the whole party if we were stranded on the highway. My insurance covered the accident, and Eric was a godsend through this whole process also. I heard from Eric with updates more than I heard from my insurance. He fought for the best parts and helped advocate for me and my car against the insurance. He went above and beyond to make sure my car was given back to me in perfect condition. If you are in town and need a mechanic, let Eric be your first call! I cannot recommend him and Leavenworth auto enough.
The owner Erik is a terrible business person. I had my truck there a year ago....Erik said he would fix the front end for me.. It sat there from November 2021 until March 2022 not repaired. I had to have it towed from his place all the way to Wenatchee for repairs. I highly encourage you to seek other mechanics.
Been doing business with Eric for years. He’ll give you the shirt off his back. Stay late to help you out in a pinch, and his price points are too honest! Doesn’t mind walking you through what is wrong and even show damage that needs repaired.
Eric is an absolute stand up mechanic...and we all know how tough those can be to find these days. Was honest, up front , and thorough throuout servicing of my vehicle. Nevermind that I called at least 10 other shops trying to find someone to work on an my car, an import. All in all have nothing but praise for this shop. Best mechanic you'll find out here in the mountains. Eric got me fixed up when literally no one else would or could.
Tried out ice dancing in our truck... Clearly I need some practice. Eric fixed the aftermath of our failed foray into four wheel drive figure skating for a reasonable price. If you're broken down in Leavenworth, I most definitely recommend him.

Well hard to describe our experience any other way than: EXCELLANT. Not just knowledgeable but friendly, helpful and hard working. Very reasonable price wise. If you need mechanical help, Eric is the only guy to visit.

Very honest people!! Stopped with a bolt in a semi trailer on inside tire. Owner came out to try and pull it out and plug it, only to find the head of the bolt in it. He did what he could to help but had to refer us to another tire repair shop due to lack of proper tools which he stated he was in the process of getting. He just took over this shop about a month ago. Quick and honest service at no charge after spending 45 minutes trying to help. Still refused any money. Thank you from Pennsylvania customers. We would use you again.

My family and I were leaving the camp grounds at Lake Wenatchee pulling a 18' travel trailer when our ML430 Mercedes broke down. We were about 20 miles from Leavenworth, WA. We made it to the local gas station and called Leavenworth Auto Care for a tow. In addition to my wife and I, we had two small children and two teenagers with us. Unfortunately, the tow truck only could hold an additional three people (safely), so Tom (the tow truck driver and mechanic) had his wife come out in her car (on her personal time) to help bring us back to Leavenworth. They also offered to shuttle us back and forth from the Leavenworth Auto Care (~5 miles out of town) to Leavenworth to get items from our Car/Trailer if we needed them. Tom did a great job of diagnosing the issue and fixing our car with in 24 hrs (even though Mercedes can be very difficult to figure out the issue and find parts). They also stored our trailer on site while they worked on the car (for no additional cost).
My overall experience was great. Everyone at the garage was friendly and wanted to help out. They went the extra mile to make an unpleasant experience a better.
