Lathan, terrible customer service. No empathy for customer that was just in a bad car accident. Denied customer all of her property. Had us go through a garage to get to vehicle that was unsafe. No eye contact, terrible body language towards us. 0/10 recommended. Will absolutely never call this tow company for any reason in the future.

Mountain Highway towing & recovery 10/10. I was off hwy 2 down quite a bit, but they went in picked of my stuff that fell out, got my vehicle recovered to the road. Very respectful, very Reasonable prices, with amazing people! Thank you both so much ♡
