Work on my 2007 Wrangler was performed quickly and error free. They were very courteous and straightforward with needed repairs and costs. They kept me up to date on parts issues. Overall, it was a pleasant experience. I will, without a doubt, use West Richland Auto Repair again.

Update: Had another great experience with new 2020 2500 Cummins Ram Jan 2021 for routine maintenance, Thank you all again. Just had my first interaction with WRAR this past week 08/19. They we extremely courteous and excellent to work with. I made my appointment to have an aftermarket Bull Bar installed on my Ram 1500 Sport Truck. They got me in very quickly and did a great job and got me my truck back the same day. They offered me a ride home or work which was very kind of them even though I had a ride set up already. The install work so far is great... They even did a follow up via text to make sure I was happy with the work, Thank you WRAR. AS my newer vehicles go out of there manufacture warranty's I plan to use them for all my maintenance in the coming year. We try and support our local city business's as much as possible in WR. Want to keep them here and its so convenient too. Their prices seem fair and competitive for the Tri Cities area as well. Will use them again! A++ for service and communication and friendliness. Update 06/04/2020 Took my 2nd vehicle in for routine maintenance on our 17 Honda Accord sport. Once again WRAR did a wonderful job. Montana was awesome as always at handling everything from delivery to pickup. Thanks again for being the best Automotive and honest repair shop in West Richland. Will be back....

Excellent service; prompt and friendly communication, detailed assessment of the vehicle, and quality diagnostics. We were so pleased with our experience bringing our Honda here! After So Much frustration with the Honda dealer “service” department, this place was a dream to work with. They even left a little goodie bag for us in the vehicle. We’ve enjoyed their seasonal tire decorations outside the shop for years, now we will continue on for years as customers.

Getting my truck repaired at West Richland Auto Repair was a positive experience. From my first call to John @ W Rich Auto through the entire repair process, he was so helpful, professional, and easy to deal with. RAD towing, towed my truck to W Rich Auto from the dealership service Dept where it had been sitting, untouched for two weeks. Needless to say, I was a little frustrated but John solved everything. W Rich Auto was able to diagnose the problems quickly and then moved on to the repairs which were large repairs since my steering gear assembly had failed on the truck. I had my truck back in three days! This is my new favorite shop and I love John's happy, friendly demeanor, super pleasant to deal with. Jamie from the office followed up after the repairs to make sure all was well, I appreciated that extra effort as well.

I was on a road trip and a bunch of my dash lights came on (check engine, etc). I'm not from here and was just passing through, so I was worried nobody would be able to help me in time, but they squeezed me in. They are friendly and accommodating and they appear to take their work seriously. The main tech (Jamie) explained all the technical aspects of the repair and I feel confident that he knows what he is talking about and that everything is done right. They have a nice waiting area and even have toys for kids to play with. I like that there is a window so you can watch the technician, if you like. It all feels very open and honest. The clientele here that I interacted with speak highly of the owner and the team in general. I'm grateful I chose this shop for help on my trip!

We love west richland auto repair! Super professional and friendly, very understanding with our situation and always communicated and kept in touch with us while they did our repairs. Truly appreciated the sincerity, integrity and compassion they showed us throughout the entirety. This local repair shop will be our new go to - so thankful to have them near us!

Asked specifically if they can program the power steering module on daughter's car, or do I need a dealer. Was assured they can. 3 days later I got a call saying only the dealer can program the module. And they charged $300 for time to figure it out. (Gave me a half price break). I just paid and left, never to return. I hear mechanics are good. But feel front office ripped me off.

We have had our wheel bearings, timing belt, transmission fluid and oil changes all nicely serviced from West Richland Auto and the service is all professional. Even with a hectic schedule work is completed and at times in difficult time frames. Thanks Jamie for the quality and speed you have put in getting the work done. Had some basic maintenance items done. The inspection report I was given was a good overview of the general health of the car. What was really nice, they gave me a ride home when I dropped the car off. Very much appreciated. I even received a text the following day to make sure I was happy with the service. I'll be using them again.

My car broke down 300 miles away from home in a town where no mechanic had any openings. They said they could check it out but had no guarantees they’d be able to fix it. Luckily they were able to order the part and install it and send me back on my way home! They were polite, quick, and went above and beyond! They even sent me photos of exactly what was wrong in a full diagnostic rundown which I’ve never seen any other mechanic do!

I have been impressed by the service my wife and I have received from West Richland Auto Service. Response time to problems has been very good. If you can't wait they can provide a ride home.. I have no complaints thus far and I hope it stays that way. Thank you to the whole staff. Recently with the stay at home orders we needed work on our car, they picked up the car for maintenance and returned when finished. In the drive they wiped down wherever they may have touched the car.

I have been taking all my vehicles into West Richland Auto Repair for several years now, and am very satisfied with their service. They always perform quality work, back it up with 2 year warranty, get the work done on time, and never have gone over the original estimate. Their prices are very competitive, and they even have matched lower estimates. But even without that, I would take my vehicles to them just for their quality workmanship. Everything they said they would do, they do it, and even more, just to show they appreciate my buisness. The rest of my family have started taking their vehicles into West Richland Auto Repair, and are just as pleased as I am. Whenever someone asks me, what do I recommend for a good auto repair shop? I always say West Richland Auto Repair, you won't be disdipointed, and I am always right. It doesn't get any better than this!

Phone calls and interaction with staff were kind, helpful, professional, friendly, and expedient. Service was 1 day and repaired car was test driven twice by different staff. The staff is very friendly. My car needed a lot of work, and they had a loaner waiting for me ready to go without having to fill out a bunch of paperwork. I got regular text updates to my phone which was helpful. My car is working great now, and it's never smelled so good. It's my first choice for car repair in the Tri-Cities.

First off I have to say the customer service is outstanding! Not only are they very thorough they communicate the whole way through the process. I feel completely safe bringing my vehicle in to be serviced and never feel like I’m being taken advantage of. The only problem I have is that they’re going to make my truck run forever which means I will never get a new one. I would recommend anybody I know to use them as they do an outstanding job! First experience with an auto shop since moving to Richland and I lucked out. Went in with the check engine light on and left with a great running car. Easy to work with, upfront about cost and was able to get my car back to me earlier than anticipated. Their communication is on point and even followed up a few days later to ensure everything was good. Will definitely be heading back whenever the need should arise.

From the moment I called and spoke to Montanna to see if there was any openings. To the check in txt message a few days after my car was fixed from Jamie. Everyone was Super friendly & it seemed like I had been part of the West Richland Auto Repair Family for years even though it was My 1st time there! Called on a Tuesday and got my car back fixed and ready to go 2 days later! Excellent work! Jamie is a well certified technician. He sets the tone in his shop to ensure every repair is done to manufactures specifications. What I enjoy about Jamie most is his honesty. If he encounters a manufacture and/or make that he isn't familiar with such as my 2015 Land Rover Evoque he had no issue letting me know that he was confident he could service the vehicle although he may not have in the past. Both facts were equally important to me when choosing a shop. Montana runs the front end of the shop. She too is upfront and did not make up stories when she did not know something unfamiliar. This shop has also worked on my 2008 Ram and was very efficient with the repair time and costs. Thanks Jamie and Montana for all the great service. We will be back for sure

I was impressed with how thorough the vehicle diagnostics were and the text updates. The links to the diagnostic test and vehicle checklist made it quick and easy to understand what the issues were and what my options were to fix it. The shuttle service is wonderful! I was able to drop off and pick up my car with no hassles and stress! Staff is professional, courteous and helpful. I have recommended them to friends and coworkers after my last car repair.

I've always had great service from the team at West Richland Auto Repair. They are professional and thorough. I had an issue with my Audi leaking coolant, they diagnosed the issue as well as a multi point inspection throughout the vehicle and gave me a print out of needed maintenance. After the repair I had another coolant leak issue and WRAR sent out a tow truck to bring the vehicle in for repair without any charge. Great reliable team! And will be my go to for any other maintenance needs

I would highly recommend this shop, in fact I already have to multiple people. They were very professional and knowledgeable. The quote ended up being a bit more than I was hoping to spend so they gave me a detailed inspection form for me to look over with issues from most urgent to least urgent so I could pick out the things I needed to get taken care of right away. They communicated with me frequently and in a timely manner to get the most important things I needed taken care of as quickly as possible. I will definitely be bringing my car back for work in the future.

This isn't the first time I have used West Richland Auto - they are still great! Here's a recap of my last trip: I called a week ahead to schedule an appointment or drop off for my car which needed new struts. I have a new job with not a lot of time off, one car, and can't have my family drive me everywhere for work. I discussed this with Montanna, who not only cares for you as a customer, but as a person too. She was also available to text on her work phone which made communication easy for me since I was at work (normally I call). I've enjoyed all of our talks! What I didn't know is that she took note and balanced what I needed and their workload from just a friendly talk of me telling her how happy I am with my new job. She knew I needed my car - I dropped my car off after hours on Wednesday and it was ready Thursday! I thought I would have to wait until Monday, so I was prepared for that. She also contacted me on Thursday when my car was done, but I wasn't able to pick it up at that time because I was recovering from surgery. But, I appreciated their hard work making sure my car was ready for me! For Before/After Hour drop off West Richland Auto has a packet you fill out, place your keys in, then drop into their drop box. I liked this because I get off of work at the same time they close. Their location also doesn't make me worry about my car getting broke into; I feel safe leaving my car there at night. On Friday, when I picked up my car, Jamie and Montanna were their to greet me. I always like chatting with them. I feel safe, see their hard work, and honesty. Those gals won't let you get the runaround about your vehicles like I have had at other places. Usually, I go get my car looked at and play dumb to see what the guys try and tell me. If they lie, I leave! West Richland Auto NEVER talks down to you no matter your gender or which employee you talk to. I have talked to the owner and mechanics there also - every time I get the same answer - no lies! Everyone their is very knowledgeable. Their staff is certified and use domestic material instead of cheap import. They even met a quote I got from a different company that changed my tires. I highly recommend West Richland Auto to people!

I want to start with integrity. To me a mistake is less important than how you respond to it. That said here is my experience with them. They seemed very accommodating and they were empathetic to my situation. They rushed to get my vehicle done, even ahead of schedule, because it was my primary and only business vehicle. The bill came out to more than I thought it would. When I discussed it with them they were more concerned with my satisfaction and their reputation than the monetary difference, even to the point of insisting on sending me a check immediately for the difference. I told them it wasn't necessary but they were insistent. I would not hesitate to do business with them again or recommend them to friends and family. That level of integrity is what we need in businesses in our community.

We have three vehicles that we take to West Richland Auto Repair, and every time the service has been great! Montana and Jen are very friendly, enthusiastic, and willing to work around your schedule when making appointments. Questions are answered promptly, and quotes have been pretty much spot on. We've never had to bring a vehicle back for the same issue, and the techs are great about following up to make sure everything was done well (thanks again, Jamie!). The folks at West Richland Auto Repair are wonder to work with. Their prices are fair and they get the job done quickly. We all need to keep up on regular maintenance. Too many times when we take our cars in for repair and the cost seems high. But, not keeping up on it will make things worse and just cost you even more. Anyway, these folks are wonderful to work with.

I have never taken any vehicle I have ever owned into a repair shop. I have always done the work myself. (Plus my Dad;) however, since the giant piece of garbage vehicle I purchased (2008 Suburban) doesn't physically fit in my garage.-my bad. I found it necessary to take it somewhere because a wheel bearing needed to be replaced. I asked all the people I know and they recommended this place unanimously. To say they were right would be a massive understatement. These guys are legit. They were fast and charged me less than I had anticipated. I was totally happy with just this primary visit and repair work. Little did I know, the story would continue... To add another chapter to this review: The part they replaced catastrophically failed while my wife was running errands. I called them and without any hesitation they told me to have it towed at their expense to their shop. This was around noon. They had completely replaced the entire axel and had it fully repaired in time for me to get it before they closed on the same freaking day!!!!! Oh and did I mention they charged me NOTHING because it was due to a faulty replacement part and they quote, "stand by their work." They also offered to come get me/wife. They literally couldn't have done anything more. If you can't tell, I am fully on board the W. Richland Automotive train. I will never take my vehicles anywhere else. If you take your vehicles anywhere else you are stupid. Thanks again for being so unbelievably honorable and genuine.
