Hands down 5 stars to these guys. My thermometer was jacked up and it had a hole in the tube which resulted in spraying antifreeze all over my engine. Shane took me outside and showed me what had happened. I left my car at 10:30 or so and they called me at 2:00 saying they were done. Very fast and honest people and I would recommend them to anyone. Reasonably priced and they didn't take advantage of me either. Thank you so very much for the hard work and honesty you showed me.
Called for work on my jeep, guy that answered the phone was exceptionally rude when I asked for a quote. A little advice, don't talk down to your customers when they're the only reason youre open. I will not recommend these "auto experts". Just another shop that will disappear.
Decently priced, very knowledgeable and great
customer service. I've taken several older vehicles there and the mechanics had all of them in and out for repairs to include fixing the AC on them and it didn't coast an arm and leg.

Edit: Unfortunately, Auto Experts consistently delayed handling my car. Initially scheduled for a service, a mechanic unexpectedly called out, and subsequent attempts to reschedule were met with continuous postponements, stretching over four weeks. Additionally, their pricing for parts and labor significantly exceeds market rates. For example, I was charged $70 for a door handle that cost $7 on Rock Auto, and $170 for the installation. They also quoted me $4000 for suspension work, double what Les Schwab quoted for the same job. While I apprecaite their free diagnostic services, the issue with transparancy and fairness in pricing, coupled with the extensive delays, have significantly impacted my view of their service.
Original: Diagnosed engine light for free when other mechanics were asking up to $250. Will only come here from now on.
I was running rich on bigger injectors, so I asked if they could tune to fix it. I was told yes. I get there on the scheduled day, and they look for maybe 20 minutes and tell me it needs a tune, and charge me $200. Like I was under the impression they could fix it, not suggest work
This place is a good place to take your vehicle. Bruce, Shane and team are great people and make things easy to understand and work with them. I wouldn’t take my business anywhere else.
Took my 2008 dodge 3500 to them to fix the transmission and got it back and it wasn't working correctly so I had a different macanic look at it and it was missing parts in the tranny pan I would recommend who ever uses this shop beware
This place is fantastic. I brought my truck in do you have the air conditioning service which led to them fixing the dash lights then I had a misfire in cylinder number two I brought it back in they quickly diagnose it only to find out it was a minor problem instead of what we thought it might be or could be I want to look to pick the truck up it was no charge they don't oversell they don't try to sell you things that you don't need matter of fact they could have told me there was a lot of things and gave me the bill and I would have known I would have known the difference but they're not that way I can't say enough positive words about them especially Shane who answers the phone takes your keys and make sure the job is done God bless them there and they will always have my business
They were quick and honestly and even trusting of a new customer I planned on getting my ac and o2 sensory fixed and we ordered parts. As I was going camping I thought I was having alternator issuse and I had to fill my transmission fluid road side out of town, brought it back to them befor my ac appointment they changed and test with load twice no charge and then even checked to make sure I got ok amount of fluid and said which shop is best for transmission work cost wise. Shane not only hooked me up no charge until I got back for my ac work.... as a single mom this is HUGE!!!!
I have nothing but good things to say about Shane and Bruce. Both have been helpful, informative and I have had a very quick turnaround everytime I bring my car in. They have done nothing but quality work and are upfront and honest about the work needed and the price.
They had my trailblazer in for a week and a half without even starting to work on it. When I asked for a timeframe they said no idea. I have a business to run and I needed that vehicle ready. I was gracious at a week, a week and a half in unacceptable. You sub someone out with a w9 if you’re truly that busy.
I highly recommend Auto Experts. Shane was personable and their prices were honest and fair. But most importantly they did a great job on replacing my compressor and they got my car in and fixed it the same day. I won’t go anywhere else now ?
Was recommended by the shop owner to come abs bring my vehicle there for a repair. At first I thought it was going to be impossible to come up with the money. However my warranty covered the cost of the repair and their services!! They are a couple Amazing gentlemen and I will continue to bring my vehicles to them!! Well priced great experience with them!!
The starter went out on my F150, and Auto Experts stayed open late to diagnose & repair my truck. They waited for my rig to arrive via tow truck and they began work on it right away. I highly recommend this shop and thank them for going out of their way to help me.
Amazing group of mechanics who went above and beyond to help me figure out and fix the problems on my Truck.
I didn't want to jump to doing the most expensive thing to fix the engine so they offered to troubleshoot and try other means to fix the issues to help save me money. Eventually they did have to just rebuild the engine. Most shops wouldn't even consider doing what these guys did for me.
They also have all the right equipment to hook up to your vehicle to diagnose any problems you might be having. Not just your standard OBDII reader.
I'll never use another shop for my vehicles and I highly recommend everyone check them out!
I’ve been a customer at Auto experts close to 10 years, this is the place to go if you want your rig fixed right the 1st time, and at a fair price. The atmosphere is super chill, and welcoming. The guys are really knowledgeable, have no problem explaining the problem and solution. I’ve brought my personal vehicles, and company trucks to Bruce. Both Bruce, and Tyler have replaced engines, transmissions, transfer cases, timing belt, brakes, regular maintenance, and full on custom builds on my rigs. Auto Experts gets 2 thumbs up, and 5 stars from me. I’d definitely recommend Auto Experts to anyone looking get there vehicle serviced, or repaired!
Great place to take your rig if you are having any trouble. From something small to an engine rebuild they will take care of you. I recommend and will go back if I ever need any work done on any of my vehicles. Thanks Bruce and the crew.
Bruce is amazing. We called him on a Saturday stuck in the Napa parking lot and he came to our rescue! He helped change the AC pump in the parking lot. We can’t say enough about how professional he was or the work he did. We would highly recommend calling Auto Experts if you need anything!
I never write reviews, but I want to help protect others from this business. I was told that my daughter's car could be fixed and I was quoted a price. The shop ended up not fixing the problem as promised, or completing work that they had agreed to originally. At the time of payment, he verbally told me the amount due (which was significantly more than he had originally quoted me), and THEN he actually processed my card for an even higher amount. And when I tried to discuss all these concerns, to try to find an amicable compromise, he started swearing at me.
I can't say enough about the guys at Auto Experts. Bruce is such a nice guy, professional and knowledgeable.
I've brought my vehicle in twice this year, he's given me a fair price and the work is fast and excellent.
I'll never bring a vehicle anywhere else!
The AC in my Jeep blew Sunday. I called Auto Experts in Richland Monday morning and less than 24 hours later they have the parts in and Jeep fixed! Awesome! I have a new mechanic! I picked them from reading good reviews online and hoped for the best. I'm a satisfied customer.
