Mercedes corporate hired this company to tow a sedan to the Kingsport dealership. The towing personnel broke the Mercedes star on the hood (Doug’s did replace that) however upon further inspection the dealership found where the tierod was severely bent by Doug’s hooking onto the tierod. The service technician states that the damage is consistent with the tow. The vehicle was only being towed due to a lost key fob. Also, there appears to be damage to the rear bumper which was not present just before the towing.
Unfortunately I was not present to the towing to prevent this negligent behavior but a neighbor witnessed the breaking of the emblem or I feel certain that they would have denied doing that. This occurred on September 10, 2024. Now I must either file suit against this towing company or make an insurance claim.
Best towing service around!! So kind, experienced, and professional!! He even went the extra mile of sending me a photo and update of my vehicle once it got delivered. I couldn’t recommend them enough!!
Doug’s came from Wise to Coeburn to unlock our car as a Life360 provider. Kept us informed on when he’d be here. The car was a little difficult to unlock, but he stuck with it and finally got us in. Cannot express what a wonderful positive experience this was. Wouldn’t hesitate to call them again for emergencies or otherwise! Thanks so much!

Spoke with Doug directly. He was Extremely helpful and found me a tow when my ignition coils went out. If he can't help you, he will find someone who can.
Ran over a rock that fell off of lookout mountain and busted my brand new tire, I lived all the way in Kingsport and was over in Wise at family’s house, Doug was super close to the lookout and his service was AMAZING and SUPER FRIENDLY! This is the only towing company I’ve come in contact with that was just a 11/10. Highly recommend!
