They rip people off. They will sell you something that is completely wrong by hiding it in a resealed box. Then ignore you when you try to get them to fix their lies after promising you they will fix it.

I had a slow leak in a tire. I called at 8:30. Was told to bring the car in any time. Went there at 8:50. Had a friendly conversation with the woman at the counter. 15 minutes later I was shown the culprit, a nail. They had fixed the leak and only charged $15. Everyone was really nice. Will go back for future needs

I have had a lot of work done here and so far, satisfied with the results. For my wife and I, this place has been really great. I have seen some of the other comments where this has not been so good, but for us, results have been really good and reasonable considering the costs of everything these days. I would reccomend this place.

Truck was sitting in his shop for months. Lie after lie was told about parts and what he replaced. Finally got the truck back. Over $1500 worth of work he charged me for and didn't do. New plugs and wires charged over $1300 and still had old original ones on it. He refuses to call me back. He told me that he would come to my house and put the wires on because he forgot to do them. I've wasted this much money so I guess I'll spend more to take him to court. Do not use. He is a scam arrest that charges for work that is never done. Day 4 now and still no return call. The owner will avoid anyone he did wrong. This guy is clueless. Look at all the people he has stollen money from. He even took money from a church and didn't donate work. What an outstanding guy. His wife is no better. She will lie and say he's never at the shop and says he will call back. This shop needs to be shut down and I will do everything I can to make that happen. 3/7/25. Brandon picked up the phone. Said he would not be fixing the issues he charged for. Told me good luck and to come say it to his face. This guy is trash. Taking money from people how don't have it to spend in the first place. He is such a joke and need to be shut down. If you take your car to him, you will not get the work he charges you for. 100% scam. He had a lift of people has done this. I would not trust him to take out my trash must ledger work on a car.

I went in for an oil change. Didn't have an appointment but they took care of me anyway. The wait wasn't long. I'll definitely come back to get my car serviced here.

I called for an oil change he told me the price and just to come in. I drove down and they pulled a vehicle out and pulled my car right in. I sat in their comfortable waiting area only for about 18 minutes and they had my car done! Pulled right up to the driveway for me to hop in, very happy with the service and will use them again absolutely.

Oil change and check engine light diagnostics/repair. Brandon explained well the diagnostic issue and when doing repair found a $225 dollar part would be un-needed.

I dropped off my car for an oil change and tire rotation. They had an appointment available on the day I called which was a bonus. The work was completed in a timely manner at a fair price. I would recommend them.

I have a 2005 Mazda 6. The battery died. That was my fault. Bought a new battery from Napa and it worked fine for a week. Dead battery again. I called Family Traditions and they towed my car in for $125. I was told mice chewed up some wires. 4 days later, dead battery. Towed in again for $125. He said I must have gotten a defective battery. Swapped that out with one he ordered. 4 days later, dead battery. Towed again for $145. He replaced the alternator. 2 days later, dead battery. I called and told him that I didn't have $145 for another tow. He said he would stop by after work and look at it. That was 2 weeks ago and I haven't seen him. Over $1000 later, my car is still in the driveway with a dead battery.

We brought our car here in November 2023 to have the transmission fixed, this garage was supposed to buy and install a remanufactured transmission for $4200 Almost 3 months later we finally got sick of the lies, we accepted $2000 back along with a car that now has NO transmission after being promised at least the one it came with. hired an attorney 02/23/2024 this week
