I have used Rainbow Forest for years, they are down to earth people, very friendly, honest and do great work in a very timely manner. I don't think I'd ever go anywhere else for repairs. And the little the pup is just a sweet bonus. Real honest, real work.
I had to use AAA and a awesome guy pulls up from Rainbow Forest toeing to help me! And he did a tremendous job! I couldn't have been more happy with his help and great attitude! Thank u young man for your help!
Cannot recommend this company enough! We are very new to the area and don’t know our way around yet, and unfortunately ran over a giant screw that messed up one of our tires. We have AAA so set up the tow service that way. Captain was fantastic, arrived very quickly, super polite and personable and changed out the tire and recommended a place for us to get a repair/replacement. Stellar customer service and work!
We had an issue with one of our rigs and Rainbow responded fast through AAA dispatch. Not only were they fast, professional, and careful with our ride, they showed up in a CLEAN rig! As a company that has to make sure our vehicles are clean because they truly are our calling card, it was nice to see another business take pride in their fleet. I know this is a minor detail to most, but this caught our attention. Would highly recommend.
The driver also followed up with us to let us know our vehicle was delivered safely.

Used through AAA call. Great service. Fast (less than 30 minutes), friendly, and informative. Even if wait time had been longer, I am more confident in their service so I would wait.
Needed a tow and Triple A called Rainbow. I was sick and couldn’t stay with the vehicle so left the key in the front seat. They were very busy but not only did Triple A keep me informed but the driver did as well. Yes it took a few hours for them to tow to my house but the driver jumped it and was able to drive it where I wanted it. It’s the alternator that went out. This same driver has towed for me before, super nice and polite. Thanks to Rainbow forest for getting my vehicle to us.
Don't be a insurance company trying to use there services they put you off and a 45 minute wait turns into 3 hrs wait and still haven't gotten a call back and phone calls are sent to voice mail
I called to confirm my tow this morning, only to get an attitude from the guy that answered the phone. I waited over two hours and NO ONE called, texted or anything to let me know they wouldn't be able to tow today. They were too busy. I DO NOT RECOMMEND their services.
Used AAA today as my vehicle wouldn't start and a warning showed on the dashboard indicating the brake fluid was low. I thought it was leaking brake fluid. AAA contacted Rainbow Forest Towing. The fellow arrived within 20 min. of the ETA given by AAA. (Reasonable and update was provided.) He asked about symptoms, determined the leak was A/C draining, and suspected it was a low battery. He was correct. He jumped the battery, car started, and avoided an unnecessary tow to a dealership. Off to Advance Auto, new battery needed, and installed! THANK YOU SO MUCH!! Highly recommend.
