Joey with On The Road Again came out after being told to take my vehicle to the dealership for an Electrical Problem that was not correctly diagnosed, he found the problem in five minutes. He’s very smart and definitely knows what he’s doing, I will be using him from now on. He also was very honest and didn’t overcharge. Very professional and Kind Man, If I could give 10 stars, I would. Last night was the start of a series of extremely unfortunate and frustrating events due to my car not starting and having to leave it overnight with no hope of reaching someone over the weekend, but Joey turned this whole mess around for me just this morning and saved me so much time and unnecessary expenses. After dealing with so much BS and being given the run around by so many other businesses, reaching out to Joey was the best decision I could’ve made. He was so quick and communicative and actually went out of his way to help me in a desperate situation while not talking down to me, getting frustrated with me, or trying to upsell me on anything. He’s the one who you want to see if you value honesty and someone who really knows what he’s doing and loves what he does. I wouldn’t trust anyone more with my vehicle.
If you’re looking for an honest, expert mechanic, Joey is your guy! We hired him back in November to replace the starter on our Ford F150, and he offered a lifetime warranty on it. A few months went by and we started having issues with our truck and couldn’t get it to start. We were on a time crunch so we had it towed to the Beach Ford dealership to get it fixed. They told us there was an issue with the negative terminal on the battery and it needed to be replaced along with the starter and we were quoted $1300 for the repair. My gut told me this seemed off, especially since we just had both the battery and the starter replaced recently. Knowing we had the lifetime warranty on the starter replacement with Joey, I called him up and he quickly came to take a look and just as I thought, both the battery and the starter were fine and it was simply a matter of tightening a few loose connections to the battery and securing the battery hold down. He even took a look at few other things under the hood and gave us recommendations on what we could do ourselves to maintain our vehicle and cut down on costs. All in all this cost us $170. He was truly a lifesaver and I can’t say enough good things about him!
Absolutely awesome and a total lifesaver! I was in Va Beach for the weekend and my alternator started to go bad and I was a couple of hours away from home. Autozone recommended that I call Joseph and provided me with his contact info/business card. I called him on a Sunday evening and he answered the phone. He was very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. He was also a "people person". He gave me a quote and scheduled my appointment for early the next morning. Needed help with my Pathfinder. I texted Joey and got a timely response. He even made over to see me the same day. Kept me informed on the process and ran down all the problems. Unfortunately they were more than I wanted to deal with. Joey is personable, upfront on cost and very fair. My wife’s car would not start and the battery needed to be replaced but I was stuck at work. This guy told me he would help me Oct. 15th. He is not a man of his word. He’s very unprofessional because he just ghosted me after the last text in the pictures I posted. He could have at least had the professional courtesy to say he was busy, but today is Oct. 23rd and still nothing. I will be taking my business elsewhere. If you want an unprofessional professional he’s your man. He definitely doesn’t know how to run a business.

Joey is the man! I dont trust anybody else with my work trucks. He does it all for a great price, even helped rewire our trailers. Truly happy to have found him he is my got to for any car problems I have.

Joey provides excellent customer service . . . I had a mech and locksmith, both unable to positively ID my issue. Then I found Joey -- late in the day he fit me into his schedule (same day, pretty sure he extended his day for me). Joey had the issue diagnosed (switch and TIPM) and parts on order within 5 minutes. As soon as he received the parts (can't help shipping) he was back, showed and explained everything to me, and had me back on the road in 15 minutes. And to top it off, he is a really cool dude! He is in my contacts and his card now lives next to my registration in the glove box.
I would give him TEN STARS if the Google would let me!!

Joe was awesome! Called him, he came out in 20 min and 30 min later issue discovered. Most would have given up but he kept searching and issue found. We got a temp fix which we are happy with. He will be our mechanic contact from now on. Exceptional service.
Joey went above and beyond for me today , I was in a rush and needed my brakes done bad as I was grinding metal on metal … Joey showed up , did my brakes , and even took the back drum off my back and grinded off the old .. re adjusted my back drum brakes , and was honest the entire time. 10/10 will use Joey for multiple more jobs. Diagnosed the problem almost instantly, parts and labor complete and correct in no time. No nonsense, let’s you know what the issues are, points them out, doesn’t try to upsell any unnecessary repairs. Straight to the point, QUALITY and REASONABLY PRICED work! I am so grateful to this man! I called him the day my car broke down and he came right out. What was thought to be a small job turned into a major job. He even had to have a special tool (that he had to order) just to replace the water pump. He ended up having to come out to my residence 3 times to get the work completed.
